The pan returning device 100 is mainly used for realizing the automatic pan returning function of household automatic cooking equipment; the cooking main pan 200 and the second driving assembly 300 are mainly used for realizing the cooking and dish discharging functions of food materials, wherein the cooking main pan 200 is mainly used for realizing the cooking of the food materials, and the second driving assembly 300 is mainly used for driving the cooking main pan 200 to perform overturning movement so that the cooking main pan 200 can move between a cooking food material state position and a dish pouring state position; the support assembly 1 is mainly used for supporting and fixing the return pan body assembly 2, the cooking main pan 200, the first driving assembly 3 and the second driving assembly 300. The embodiment of the invention provides the household automatic cooking equipment, and the pan returning device 100 is adopted, so that the pan returning function of the household automatic cooking equipment is effectively realized; meanwhile, since the dynamic size of the return device 100 is small, the overall size of the automatic household cooking apparatus can be effectively reduced, and the miniaturization development of the automatic household cooking apparatus is facilitated, thereby being beneficial to meeting the diversified demands of users.
Specifically, the second drive assembly 300 may be any drive mechanism capable of performing circular motion, including but not limited to various types of gear motors, torque motors, pneumatic dials, combinations of motors and pulley transmissions, combinations of motors and chain transmissions, combinations of motors and gear transmissions, and the like.
Specifically, referring to fig. 6 to 8, the main cooking pan 200 and the return pan body assembly 2 are both located between the first support frame 11 and the second support frame 12 (i.e. the first support frame 11 and the second support frame 12 stand on two sides of the main cooking pan 200 and the return pan body assembly 2 respectively), and the return pan body assembly 2 is located below the main cooking pan 200.
Specifically, referring to fig. 6, the first support frame 11 and the second support frame 12 are provided with bearing seats 400 for facilitating the rotation of the main cooking pot 200 and the return pot body assembly 2, and the driving shaft 3001 of the second driving assembly 300 passes through one bearing seat 400 on the first support frame 11 through a bearing and extends to be connected to one side of the main cooking pot 200, and the other side of the main cooking pot 200 passes through another bearing seat 400 on the second support frame 12 through a connecting shaft and a bearing. The driving shaft 3001 and the connecting shaft are coaxially disposed, that is, the central axis of the driving shaft 3001 and the central axis of the connecting shaft are on the same straight line.
When the household automatic cooking device provided by the embodiment of the invention works, the main cooking pot 200 has two main working positions of a cooking state position and a dish outlet action state position, the return pot device 100 has two main working positions of an initial state position and a return pot action state position, and the following three different working processes can be realized through the coordination control of the main cooking pot 200 and the return pot device 100:
the cooking process, i.e., the process in which the cooking master pot 200 is cooking the food material: as shown in fig. 6, which is a schematic view of a state of the domestic automatic cooking apparatus during a cooking process, at this time, the return pan device 100 is in an initial state position, and the pan opening of the return pan body 21 is in a vertically upward state; the main cooking pan 200 is in a cooking state, the pan opening of the main cooking pan 200 is in an inclined upward state, and the orientation position of the pan opening of the main cooking pan 200 can be specifically adjusted according to different cooking amounts and cooking methods. As a preferred implementation of this example, the mouth of the main cooking pot 200 is disposed at an angle of about 30 degrees obliquely upward from the vertical during cooking.
A dish discharging process, namely a process of pouring out food materials in the cooking main pot 200 when the cooking of the food materials is completed or the food materials need to be returned to the pot: fig. 7 is a schematic view of a state of the automatic household cooking apparatus in a dish discharging process, in which the return device 100 is at an initial state position, the main cooking pan 200 moves from a cooking state position to a dish discharging action state position with a obliquely downward opening, and the dish discharging position of the main cooking pan 200 can be adjusted according to different cooking amounts and cooking methods. As a preferred implementation of this example, when the main cooking pan 200 is in the dish-out state, the mouth of the main cooking pan 200 is inclined downward at an angle of about 30 degrees to the vertical.
A returning process, namely a process of returning food materials in the returning pot body 21 into the cooking main pot 200: as shown in fig. 8, which is a schematic view of a state of the automatic home cooking apparatus during a returning operation, the main cooking pot 200 is in a cooking state position (a position in which a pot opening of the main cooking pot 200 is inclined upward at an angle of about 30 degrees with respect to a vertical direction), and the returning device 100 moves from an initial state position to a returning operation state position and then returns to the initial state position after the returning operation is completed. Specifically, when the pan returning device 100 moves from the initial state position to the pan returning action state position, the first limiting boss 326 on the first link 324 plays a role in limiting the second driven rocker 323 when the first link mechanism 32 moves to the mechanism dead point position, so that the second driven rocker 323 cannot overrun the first link 324, and the movement state of the parallelogram link mechanism formed by the first link 324, the second link 325, the first driven rocker 322 and the second driven rocker 323 is destroyed, so that the upward movement speed of the end part of the second link 325 far from the second driven rocker 323 is faster than the upward movement speed of the second driven rocker 323, and the end part of the second link 325 close to the second driven rocker 323 is inclined downwards, so that the pan opening of the pan returning body 21 is inclined downwards when the pan body assembly 2 is lifted to a certain height position, and finally, the pan opening of the pan returning body 21 is horizontally moved to the upper side of the main cooking pan 200 and is inclined downwards by a certain angle, so that the food in the pan returning body 21 can be completely poured back into the main cooking pan 200. After the returning action is completed, the returning-pot body assembly 2 needs to be driven to move from the returning-pot action state position to the initial state position, and when the first link mechanism 32 continues to drive the returning-pot body assembly 2 to move to the mechanism dead point position, the second limiting boss 328 on the auxiliary rocker 327 plays a limiting role on the second driven rocker 323, and applies pressure to the second driven rocker 323 and makes the second driven rocker 323 move in the same straight line with the auxiliary rocker 327, so that the double-parallelogram link structure formed by connecting the fixed plate 4, the first driven rocker 322, the driving rod 321, the first link 324 and the auxiliary rocker 327 moves to the double-parallelogram structure state and descends to the initial state position.
The household automatic cooking equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention is a novel cooking machine with a pan returning function, has a simple structure and reliable action execution, skillfully realizes the motion trail and action of the pan returning device 100, and reduces the cost and control complexity of the pan returning device 100; more importantly, the dynamic size of the pan returning device 100 for realizing the pan returning function is small, the overall size of the cooking machine can be effectively reduced, and the miniaturization development of the cooking machine is facilitated.

Claims (9)
1. The pot returning device comprises a supporting component, a pot returning body component and a first driving component which is connected between the supporting component and the pot returning body component and used for driving the pot returning body component to move, and is characterized in that: the first driving assembly comprises a power component arranged on the first support frame, a first connecting rod mechanism connected between the power component and the return pan body assembly in a transmission manner, and a second connecting rod mechanism connected between the second support frame and the return pan body assembly; the first support frame and the second support frame are of an integrated structure or a split structure;
the pot body assembly comprises a pot body, two brackets and two connecting structures, two pot ears are respectively arranged on two sides of the pot body, one ends of the brackets are respectively connected to the two pot ears through the two connecting structures, and the other ends of the brackets are respectively connected to the first connecting rod mechanism and the second connecting rod mechanism.

The pull-back device of claim 1, wherein: the first connecting rod mechanism comprises a driving rod, a first driven rocker, a second driven rocker, a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod, one end of the driving rod is connected with the power component, the other end of the driving rod is connected with the middle part of the first connecting rod, one end of the first connecting rod is connected with the middle part of the first driven rocker, the other end of the first connecting rod is connected with one end of the second driven rocker, one end of the first driven rocker is connected with the first supporting frame, the other end of the first driven rocker is connected with one end of the second connecting rod, the other end of the second connecting rod is connected with the other end of the second driven rocker, and the middle part of the second connecting rod is connected with one side of the pot body assembly.
3. The pull-back device of claim 2, wherein: and a first limiting boss used for preventing the second driven rocker from moving and overturning above the first driven rocker is further arranged on the first connecting rod.

A pull-back device as claimed in claim 2 or 3, wherein: the cooker further comprises an auxiliary rocker, one end of the auxiliary rocker is connected with one end of the second driven rocker, the other end of the auxiliary rocker is rotatably connected to a driving shaft of the main cooker, and a second limiting boss used for applying pressure to the second driven rocker after the cooker returning body assembly finishes a cooker returning action so as to restrain the second driven rocker to move is arranged on the auxiliary rocker.

A pull-back device as claimed in claim 2 or 3, wherein: the connection point of the driving rod and the first connecting rod is offset above or below the connection point of the first connecting rod and the first driven rocker and the connection point of the first connecting rod and the second driven rocker.
6. A pull-back device as claimed in claim 2 or 3, wherein: the power component comprises a fixed part fixed on the first supporting plate and an output shaft extending out of the fixed part and extending through the fixed plate to be connected with the driving rod.

A retorter device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein: the second connecting rod structure comprises a follow-up connecting rod and a fixed rod, one end of the fixed rod is fixed on the second supporting frame, the other end of the fixed rod is rotationally connected with one end of the follow-up connecting rod, and the other end of the follow-up connecting rod is connected with the wok body assembly.

The pull-back device of claim 1, wherein: the connecting structure comprises a torsion spring and a force arm rod, wherein a fixing column is arranged on the bracket, the torsion spring comprises a middle spiral part sleeved on the fixing column, a first torsion bar arranged at one end of the middle spiral part and extending to be clamped on the bracket, and a second torsion bar arranged at one end of the middle spiral part and extending to be connected to the force arm rod, the force arm rod is provided with a clamping column penetrating through the bracket, and a back-off button capable of being connected with the clamping column in a clamping mode is arranged on the pot handle.
