Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗猪腹泻病的饲料及其制作方法,按重量份数计包括以下原料:稻糠45‑50、小麦淀粉35‑40、芦苇秆9‑11、芡实粉10‑15、胡萝卜20‑25、玉米酒糟15‑20、果渣10‑12、焦山楂5‑6、炒山药3‑5、石榴皮6‑8、大腹皮3‑5、螺旋藻粉2‑4、滑石粉15‑20、碳酸氢钙粉6‑8、硫酸铜1‑2;与普通饲料相比,本发明的猪饲料配伍合理,营养成分均衡,可提高饲料营养转化率和利用率,增强饲料适口性,同时焦山楂、炒山药、石榴皮、大腹皮等中药水煎液的加入,有利水通淋、清热解毒、止泻的功效,能够显著降低猪腹泻率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗猪腹泻病的饲料及其制作方法,属于饲料加工技术领域。
背景技术
近几年来,我国对猪肉特别是优质猪肉的需求与日俱增,猪肉价格不断上涨,肉猪市场一直供不应求,肉猪存栏量较大,猪饲料需求量巨大,国内一直致力于南方草场和草山草坡的开发利用,但产业化进展缓慢,其主要原因是栽培牧草的成本大于所生产畜产品的收益。而我国南方大面积种植的甘蔗的蔗梢是肉猪的上等饲料原料,甘蔗叶严重过剩,因不能充分利用,在一定程度上污染环境、传播病 虫害。
猪的腹泻主要在仔猪阶段发生,腹泻主要由大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌和魏氏梭菌影起,最为普遍的是大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌影起的黄痢和白痢,目前治疗腹泻通常使用抗生素来解决上述问题,但是这样的方式会造成食品安全瘾患。
发明内容
为了提高猪的肉质,减少猪的腹泻病发病率,本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗猪腹泻病的饲料及其制作方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
治疗猪腹泻病的饲料,按重量份数计包括以下原料:稻糠45-50、小麦淀粉35-40、芦苇秆9-11、芡实粉10-15、胡萝卜20-25、玉米酒糟15-20、果渣10-12、焦山楂5-6、炒山药3-5、石榴皮6-8、大腹皮3-5、螺旋藻粉2-4、滑石粉15-20、碳酸氢钙粉6-8、硫酸铜1-2。
治疗猪腹泻病的饲料,按重量份数计包括以下原料:稻糠48、小麦淀粉40、芦苇秆10、芡实粉12、胡萝卜22、玉米酒糟18、果渣11、焦山楂5.5、炒山药4、石榴皮7、大腹皮4、螺旋藻粉3、滑石粉18、碳酸氢钙粉7、硫酸铜1.5。
治疗猪腹泻病的饲料的制作方法,包括以下内容:
(1)按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,先将焦山楂、炒山药、石榴皮、大腹皮加入煎煮锅中,加入7-8倍量的纯净水,混合水煎,过滤取煎煮液;
(2)将胡萝卜与5-10倍量的纯净水混合打浆,然后与稻糠、小麦淀粉、芦苇秆、芡实粉、玉米酒糟、果渣、螺旋藻粉混合,搅拌混匀后,密封发酵10-15天,控制发酵温度28-35℃,发酵结束后取发酵产物;
(3)将上述步骤(1)的煎煮液与步骤(2)发酵产物倒入混合机中,混合半个小时,然后依次加入滑石粉、碳酸氢钙粉、硫酸铜以及适量的纯净水,最后经烘干、造粒即得。
所述的步骤(2)密封发酵12天,控制发酵温度30℃。
本发明的优点:
与普通饲料相比,本发明的猪饲料配伍合理,营养成分均衡,可提高饲料营养转化率和利用率,增强饲料适口性,同时焦山楂、炒山药、石榴皮、大腹皮等中药水煎液的加入,有利水通淋、清热解毒、止泻的功效,能够显著降低猪腹泻率。
具体实施方式
实施例1:治疗猪腹泻病的饲料,按重量(斤)数计包括以下原料:稻糠48、小麦淀粉40、芦苇秆10、芡实粉12、胡萝卜22、玉米酒糟18、果渣11、焦山楂5.5、炒山药4、石榴皮7、大腹皮4、螺旋藻粉3、滑石粉18、碳酸氢钙粉7、硫酸铜1.5。
治疗猪腹泻病的饲料的制作方法,包括以下内容:
(1)按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,先将焦山楂、炒山药、石榴皮、大腹皮加入煎煮锅中,加入8倍量的纯净水,混合水煎,过滤取煎煮液;
(2)将胡萝卜与8倍量的纯净水混合打浆,然后与稻糠、小麦淀粉、芦苇秆、芡实粉、玉米酒糟、果渣、螺旋藻粉混合,搅拌混匀后,密封发酵12天,控制发酵温度30℃,发酵结束后取发酵产物;
(3)将上述步骤(1)的煎煮液与步骤(2)发酵产物倒入混合机中,混合半个小时,然后依次加入滑石粉、碳酸氢钙粉、硫酸铜以及适量的纯净水,最后经烘干、造粒即得。

1.一种治疗猪腹泻病的饲料,其特征在于,按重量份数计包括以下原料:稻糠45-50、小麦淀粉35-40、芦苇秆9-11、芡实粉10-15、胡萝卜20-25、玉米酒糟15-20、果渣10-12、焦山楂5-6、炒山药3-5、石榴皮6-8、大腹皮3-5、螺旋藻粉2-4、滑石粉15-20、碳酸氢钙粉6-8、硫酸铜1-2。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗猪腹泻病的饲料,其特征在于,按重量份数计包括以下原料:稻糠48、小麦淀粉40、芦苇秆10、芡实粉12、胡萝卜22、玉米酒糟18、果渣11、焦山楂5.5、炒山药4、石榴皮7、大腹皮4、螺旋藻粉3、滑石粉18、碳酸氢钙粉7、硫酸铜1.5。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的治疗猪腹泻病的饲料的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下内容:
(1)按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,先将焦山楂、炒山药、石榴皮、大腹皮加入煎煮锅中,加入7-8倍量的纯净水,混合水煎,过滤取煎煮液;
(2)将胡萝卜与5-10倍量的纯净水混合打浆,然后与稻糠、小麦淀粉、芦苇秆、芡实粉、玉米酒糟、果渣、螺旋藻粉混合,搅拌混匀后,密封发酵10-15天,控制发酵温度28-35℃,发酵结束后取发酵产物;
(3)将上述步骤(1)的煎煮液与步骤(2)发酵产物倒入混合机中,混合半个小时,然后依次加入滑石粉、碳酸氢钙粉、硫酸铜以及适量的纯净水,最后经烘干、造粒即得。
4.根据权利要求3所述的猪腹泻病的饲料的制作方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤(2)密封发酵12天,控制发酵温度30℃。
