Background
With the development of intelligent technology, in daily life, more and more products have a radio frequency transmission function, such as a WIreless-FIdelity (WiFi), a Global Positioning System (GPS), a low power local area network protocol (ZigBee ), bluetooth, and the like. Various radio frequency signals are full of living spaces of people, certain interference can be generated on the operation of the air conditioner, and for example, various signals (such as current signals) generated during the operation of the air conditioner can change due to the interference of the radio frequency signals; therefore, the detection of the radio frequency signals around the air conditioner needs to be realized by detecting various signals generated during the operation of the air conditioner, so as to obtain the interference result of the radio frequency signals on the air conditioner, thereby avoiding the interference of the radio frequency signals on the air conditioner based on the obtained interference structure result and enabling the air conditioner to normally operate.
In the prior art, when various signals generated during the operation of an air conditioner are detected, the following modes are mainly adopted:
the method comprises the steps of detecting the air conditioner before leaving a factory at a specified detection place by adopting a special test tool such as an ammeter to obtain corresponding test data, and further determining the interference result of radio frequency signals around the air conditioner on the air conditioner based on the test data.
However, in this way, the air conditioner must be tested at a specific testing location and before leaving the factory by using a special testing tool, which wastes manpower and material resources and increases testing cost, and the air conditioner after leaving the factory cannot be tested in real time to obtain an interference result in real time, so that when the air conditioner is abnormally operated due to interference of peripheral radio frequency signals, the interference result cannot be obtained in real time and the operation state is adjusted, which brings great inconvenience to users.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments of the present application without any creative effort belong to the protection scope of the present application.
In order to implement radio frequency interference detection in time when the operation of a terminal is abnormal, report a detection result and inform maintenance personnel to perform radio frequency fault maintenance or position adjustment of the terminal, so that the normal operation of the terminal is recovered in the shortest time, and the efficiency of the radio frequency fault detection and the fault maintenance is improved.
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The embodiment of the application provides a radio frequency interference detection device, which can be a functional module in a terminal or a device which can independently operate and is installed in the terminal.
Referring to fig. 1, in the embodiment of the invention, the radio frequency interference detection apparatus includes a communication module 100, a driving module 110, and a processor 120. The communication module 100 may adopt a General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) module, a low power consumption local area network protocol (ZigBee) module, or a WIreless-FIdelity (WiFi) module.
Further, the communication module 100 is connected with the processor 120, and the driving module 110 is connected with the processor 120.
Referring to fig. 2, in the embodiment of the present application, a specific process for detecting radio frequency interference is as follows:
step 200: the communication module 100 monitors network signals around itself, and sends a first notification message to the processor 120 when determining that the signal quality of the network signals is lower than a preset first threshold value.
Specifically, when the signal quality of the network signal is lower than the preset first threshold value in step 200, it indicates that the signal quality of the network signal is poor, and the communication module 100 may be interfered by radio frequency, so that the communication module 100 may send the first notification message to the processor 120 to notify the processor 120 in time.
Step 210: the driving module 110 monitors the internal current signal and sends a second notification message to the processor 120 when determining that the fluctuation degree of the current signal is greater than a preset second threshold value.
Specifically, when step 210 is executed, optionally, the following manner may be adopted:
the driving module 110 monitors the internal current signal in real time, calculates an average value of the current signal within the current preset fluctuation time period according to a preset period, and sends a second notification message to the processor 120 when it is determined that a difference between the currently obtained average value and the average value obtained by the previous calculation is higher than a preset second threshold value.
For example, assuming that the preset period is 30s, the preset fluctuation time period is 2s, the preset second threshold value is 10mA, the average value of the current signal in the current fluctuation time period (2s) is 50mA, and the average value of the current signal in the fluctuation time period (2s) before 30s is 35mA, the corresponding difference value 50-35 is calculated to be 15>10, and then the second notification message is sent to the processor 120.
When the fluctuation of the current signal inside the driving module 110 is large, it indicates that the current signal may be subjected to radio frequency interference, so that when the current signal is abnormal, the second notification information is sent to the processor 120, and the processor 120 is notified in time.
Step 220: the processor 120 determines that the network signal is abnormal and the current signal is abnormal when receiving the first notification message and the second notification message, and transmits a detection instruction to the communication module 100.
Specifically, the processor 120 sets the first flag bit to 1 after receiving the first notification message, sets the second flag bit to 1 after receiving the second notification message, and determines that the first flag bit and the second flag bit are both 1, determines that the network signal is abnormal and the current signal is abnormal, and sends a detection instruction to the communication module 100.
Step 230: the communication module 100 executes the radio frequency interference detection based on the received detection instruction, and obtains a radio frequency detection result of the radio frequency interference detection.
Specifically, first, after receiving the detection instruction sent by the processor 120, the communication module 100 interrupts the current network signal monitoring and sends radio frequency signal test information to the network side (e.g., a base station).
Then, the communication module 100 determines whether response information returned by the network side based on the radio frequency signal test information is not received within a preset test duration, or when response information with errors returned by the network side based on the radio frequency signal test information is received, if so, a radio frequency detection result representing that information transmission between the communication module 100 and the network side is subjected to radio frequency interference is obtained, otherwise, a radio frequency detection result representing that information transmission between the communication module 100 and the network side is not subjected to radio frequency interference is obtained.
For example, after the GPRS module (communication module 100) sends radio frequency signal test information to the base station, if the received corresponding response information is incomplete within a preset test duration (10s), a radio frequency detection result indicating that information transmission between the GPRS module (communication module 100) and the network side is subject to radio frequency interference is obtained.
For another example, after the WiFi module (communication module 100) sends the radio frequency signal test information to the base station, if the corresponding response information is not received within the preset test duration (10s), a radio frequency detection result indicating that the information transmission between the WiFi module (communication module 100) and the network side is subjected to radio frequency interference is obtained.
For another example, after the Zigbee module (communication module 100) sends the radio frequency signal test information to the base station, and receives the corresponding response information within the preset test duration (10s), a radio frequency detection result representing that information transmission between the Zigbee module (communication module 100) and the network side is not subject to radio frequency interference is obtained.
Step 240: when the communication module 100 determines that the detection result indicates that the information transmission between the communication module 100 and the network side is interfered by radio frequency, a third notification message is sent to the processor 120.
Step 250: the processor 120 determines whether the third notification message is received within the first preset time period, if so, step 260 is executed, otherwise, step 270 is executed.
Step 260: the processor 120 determines that there is radio frequency interference, and sends a detection result representing that there is radio frequency interference to a control server on the terminal side.
Specifically, when step 260 is executed, the control server is configured to monitor the operating states of the plurality of terminals in the set area.
Therefore, when radio frequency interference exists, the detection result can be sent to the control server at the terminal side, so that a worker is informed that the terminal is interfered by the radio frequency and cannot work normally.
Step 270: the processor 120 interrupts the power supply of the communication module 100 and sends a current monitoring instruction to the driving module 110, triggering the driving module 110 to start monitoring the internal current signal again.
Specifically, when determining that the third notification message is not received within the first preset time period, the processor 120 first interrupts power supply of the communication module 100 to remove an influence of a radio frequency signal, which is sent when the communication module 100 operates, on the driving module 110, and then sends a current monitoring instruction to the driving module 110 to trigger the driving module 110 to start monitoring the internal current signal again, so that the fluctuation degree of the internal current signal of the driving module 110 when there is no interference of the communication module 100 can be further determined.
Step 280: the driving module 110 sends a fourth notification message to the processor 120 when determining that the obtained current signal has a fluctuation degree greater than a preset second threshold value based on the received current monitoring instruction.
Step 290: the processor 120 determines whether a fourth notification message returned by the driving module 110 is received within a second preset time period, if so, step 300 is executed, otherwise, step 310 is executed.
Step 300: processor 120 determines that there is local radio frequency interference and sends a detection result indicating that there is local radio frequency interference to the control server.
Specifically, the processor 120 determines that the internal current signal of the driving module 110 is still abnormal when the radio frequency interference of the communication module 100 is removed based on the received fourth notification message, and determines that the current signal inside the driving module 110 is abnormal, which is caused by the fault of the internal line, that is, there is local radio frequency interference.
Further, the processor 120 sends a detection result indicating that the local radio frequency interference exists to the control server, so that when the maintenance personnel determines that the local radio frequency interference exists, the maintenance personnel checks the circuit inside the driving module 110, and further determines detailed information of the fault.
Step 310: the processor 120 determines that there is radio frequency self-interference, and sends a detection result indicating that there is radio frequency self-interference to the control server.
Specifically, the processor 120 does not receive a fourth notification message returned by the driving module 110 within a second preset time period, and determines that the internal current signal of the driving module 110 is not abnormal when the radio frequency interference of the communication module 100 is removed, and then determines that the current signal inside the driving module 110 is abnormal because of the interference of the radio frequency signal sent by the communication module 100 itself, that is, there is radio frequency self-interference.
Further, the processor 120 sends a detection result indicating that there is radio frequency self-interference to the control server, so that the maintenance personnel can determine that the communication module 100 itself performs radio frequency interference on the driving module 110 according to the detection result.
Step 320: the processor 120 starts power supply of the communication module 100, and sends a backup instruction to the communication module 100, triggering the communication module 100 to backup various obtained detection results.
Step 330: the communication module 100 transmits the obtained detection result to a database server on the network side.
Specifically, the communication module 100 sends various obtained detection results to a database server on the network side through a mobile communication network, so that a user or a maintenance person can check various detection results at any place and at any time through a PC and the like, perform fault maintenance according to the detection results, and provide accurate data for later research and development.
Further, due to radio frequency interference, when the detection result is sent to the database server on the network side, there may be a case of transmission failure.
Step 340: the processor 120 determines that the detection result indicates that radio frequency interference exists, or when the detection result indicates that radio frequency self-interference exists, executes a shutdown command to stop the operation of the terminal.
Specifically, when the detection result indicates that there is radio frequency interference or that there is radio frequency self-interference, the terminal cannot normally operate due to interference, and the processor 120 automatically shuts down the terminal after determining that the detection result is sent to the control server on the terminal side and the database server on the network side, so as to stop the operation of the terminal.
The radio frequency interference detection apparatus provided in the embodiments of the present application is further described in detail below.
In the embodiment of the present application, in the radio frequency interference detection apparatus, the communication module 100, the driving module 110, and the processor 120 are provided, and the communication module 100 is connected to the processor 120, and the driving module 110 is connected to the processor 120.
In the embodiment of the present application, the communication module 100 is configured to monitor the network signals around itself, determine whether the network signals are abnormal, perform radio frequency interference detection according to the detection instruction of the processor 120, and further backup and send various final detection results to the database server.
In this embodiment, the driving module 110 is configured to monitor an internal current signal and determine whether the current signal is abnormal.
In this embodiment, the processor 120 is configured to send corresponding instructions to the communication module 100 and the driving module 110 based on notification information reported by the communication module 100 and the driving module 110, so as to perform radio frequency interference detection, obtain a detection result of the radio frequency interference detection, and send the detection result to a control server on a terminal side, so as to notify a maintenance worker to perform radio frequency fault maintenance, and further, after the communication module 100 sends various final detection results to the database server, when it is determined that radio frequency interference exists or radio frequency self-interference exists in a detection result representation, execute a shutdown instruction, and shutdown the terminal.
In the embodiment of the application, peripheral network signals are monitored, and when the signal quality of the network signals is determined to be lower than a preset first threshold value, a first notification message is generated; monitoring an internal current signal, and generating a second notification message when the fluctuation degree of the current signal is determined to be greater than a preset second threshold value; and when the first notification message and the second notification message are obtained, determining that the network signal is abnormal and the current signal is abnormal, and starting to execute radio frequency interference detection. Therefore, the peripheral network signals and the internal current signals can be monitored in real time, so that when the network signals are abnormal and the current signals are abnormal, radio frequency interference detection is automatically carried out, a radio frequency detection result of the radio frequency interference detection is obtained and reported in time, and maintenance personnel are informed to carry out fault maintenance and position adjustment, so that the normal operation of the terminal can be recovered in the shortest time, and the efficiency of fault detection and fault maintenance is improved.
