本发明公开了一种高散热性复合电缆,包括一PVC材料制成的外被层,所述外被层的上下端面均设置有一排呈“一”字形的通孔,所述外被层中间设置有两个固定轴瓦,所述固定轴瓦正对一个面的通孔,固定轴瓦的相对面均设置有一个弧形凹面,两个固定轴瓦的弧形凹面正对设置于外被层中的电缆芯,弧形凹面扣入于电缆芯的上下端,所述固定轴瓦的外侧端正对每个通孔设置有对应的凸部,该凸部穿过外被层的通孔至通孔的外侧端面,所述固定轴瓦内均开设有一个存储腔。本发明结构简单,能够有效实现高效散热,可应用在一些高温环境使用,且内部的固定轴瓦不仅可以提供电缆芯的散热性,还能提高电缆的抗压能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆,具体涉及一种高散热性复合电缆。
背景技术
现有技术中,电缆都需要一个最大散热能力,使其在一些高温环境能够有效散热,保证电缆的正常使用。但是电缆的散热能力有限,我们在外界温度很高的环境下持续工作时,电缆如果不及时散热,会导致电缆不能正常工作,传输速率变慢,而且电缆的抗压抗剪切能力较差,使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种高散热性复合电缆,能够用于一些高温环境下的散热,且具有抗压抗剪切的能力,强度更高。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种高散热性复合电缆,包括一PVC材料制成的外被层,所述外被层的上下端面均设置有一排呈“一”字形的通孔,所述外被层中间设置有两个固定轴瓦,所述固定轴瓦正对一个面的通孔,固定轴瓦的相对面均设置有一个弧形凹面,两个固定轴瓦的弧形凹面正对设置于外被层中的电缆芯,弧形凹面扣入于电缆芯的上下端,所述固定轴瓦的外侧端正对每个通孔设置有对应的凸部,该凸部穿过外被层的通孔至通孔的外侧端面,所述固定轴瓦内均开设有一个存储腔。
作为优选,所述存储腔内填充有冷却水,所述凸部中间设置有一个进水通道,进水通道与固定轴瓦的存储腔相通。
作为优选,所述凸部的外侧端开口,开口端塞入一密封塞,密封塞密封凸部的开口端。
作为优选,所述凸部的外侧端套装有一个密封环,所述密封环设置于凸部的底部并与通孔的上端面接触密封。
作为优选,所述固定轴瓦采用柔软塑胶材料制成。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单,能够有效实现高效散热,可应用在一些高温环境使用,且内部的固定轴瓦不仅可以提供电缆芯的散热性,还能提高电缆的抗压能力。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本高散热性复合电缆,包括一PVC材料制成的外被层4,外被层4的上下端面均设置有一排呈“一”字形的通孔,外被层4中间设置有两个固定轴瓦7,固定轴瓦7正对一个面的通孔,固定轴瓦7的相对面均设置有一个弧形凹面,两个固定轴瓦7的弧形凹面正对设置于外被层中的电缆芯5,弧形凹面扣入于电缆芯5的上下端,固定轴瓦7的外侧端正对每个通孔设置有对应的凸部6,该凸部6穿过外被层4的通孔至通孔的外侧端面,固定轴瓦7内均开设有一个存储腔3。
其中,存储腔3内填充有冷却水,凸部6中间设置有一个进水通道(未图示),进水通道与固定轴瓦7内的存储腔相通,凸部6的外侧端开口,开口端塞入一密封塞1,密封塞1密封凸部6的开口端。我们可以通过凸部6注入冷水,使得快速对整根电缆进行散热,如果还是不能满足散热,只要打开密封塞,循环加注冷水即可,应对紧急情况下的散热。由于设置了密封塞,当我们踩踏在电缆上时,如果达到了密封塞的最大密封能力时,密封塞便会打开,此时我们即可清楚的知道电缆受压,可用于一些人员较多以及生产环境复杂的车间使用。
其中,凸部6的外侧端套装有一个密封环2,密封环2设置于凸部的底部并与通孔的上端面接触密封。通过密封环2,防止凸部开口端的水通过通孔进入到电缆内部。
其中,固定轴瓦7采用柔软塑胶材料制成。由于固定轴瓦7采用柔软塑胶材料制成。因此整根电缆柔软性好,可以方便的弯曲变形,中空的固定轴瓦具有很好的减震以及抗压能力。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单,能够有效实现高效散热,可应用在一些高温环境使用,且内部的固定轴瓦不仅可以提供电缆芯的散热性,还能提高电缆的抗压能力。

1.一种高散热性复合电缆,其特征在于:包括一PVC材料制成的外被层(4),所述外被层(4)的上下端面均设置有一排呈“一”字形的通孔,所述外被层(4)中间设置有两个固定轴瓦(7),所述固定轴瓦(7)正对一个面的通孔,固定轴瓦(7)的相对面均设置有一个弧形凹面,两个固定轴瓦(7)的弧形凹面正对设置于外被层(4)中的电缆芯(5),弧形凹面扣入于电缆芯(5)的上下端,所述固定轴瓦(7)的外侧端正对每个通孔设置有对应的凸部(6),该凸部(6)穿过外被层(4)上的通孔至通孔的外侧端面,所述固定轴瓦(7)内均开设有一个存储腔(3)。
2.如权利要求1所述的高散热性复合电缆,其特征在于:所述存储腔(3)内填充有冷却水,所述凸部(6)中间设置有一个进水通道,进水通道与固定轴瓦(7)内的存储腔(3)相通。
3.如权利要求1所述的高散热性复合电缆,其特征在于:所述凸部(6)的外侧端开口,开口端塞入一密封塞(1),密封塞(1)密封凸部(6)的开口端。
4.如权利要求3所述的高散热性复合电缆,其特征在于:所述凸部(6)的外侧端套装有一个密封环(2),所述密封环(2)设置于凸部(6)的底部并与通孔的上端面接触密封。
5.如权利要求1所述的高散热性复合电缆,其特征在于:所述固定轴瓦(7)采用柔软塑胶材料制成。
