技术领域
本发明涉及电气设备领域,尤其涉及一种阻燃耐高温电力电缆。
背景技术
电气设备包括一次设备和二次设备,电缆属于电气设备中的二次设备。随着我国经济的不断发展,电缆的应用范围越来越广,其性能要求也越来越高。传统的电缆耐热性能差,在发生火灾时,容易发生燃烧,影响电力传输的同时,扩大了火灾的蔓延趋势,不能有效保障公民的生命财产安全。上述问题亟需解决。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种阻燃耐高温电力电缆,以解决上述技术问题。
本发明提出的一种阻燃耐高温电力电缆,包括:缆芯、绕包层、屏蔽层、阻燃层和外护套;缆芯包括一根第一线芯和多根第二线芯,第一线芯位于所述缆芯中部,其具有圆形截面,第一线芯包括第一导体和包覆在第一导体外部的第一绝缘层,第二线芯具有扇环形截面,其平行纵置,第二线芯的内弧面与第一线芯相抵,第二线芯之间通过平直面相抵,并使所述缆芯具有圆形截面,第二线芯包括第二导体和包覆在第二导体外部的第二绝缘层,玻璃纤维带绕包在所述缆芯外部形成绕包层,钢丝铜丝编织绕包在绕包层外周形成屏蔽层,陶瓷硅橡胶挤包在屏蔽层外周形成阻燃层,低烟无卤聚乙烯挤包在阻燃层外周形成外护套。
本发明提出的一种阻燃耐高温电力电缆,第一线芯和第二线芯的布置放置充分利用了电缆的内部空间,其结构紧凑,在受到外力时,缆芯不易发生移动;玻璃纤维带耐热性强、抗腐蚀性好,机械强度高,绕包在缆芯外部,提高了电缆的耐高温性能和机械强度,延长了使用寿命,降低计算机电缆绝缘老化的风险;陶瓷硅橡胶耐高温,拉力强度好,在遇到明火时,其燃烧形成坚硬的氧化层,防止火势向缆芯内部蔓延,提高了电缆的阻燃性能;外护套可防止外界热量进入电缆内,进一步提升了电缆的耐高温性能。本发明提出的一种阻燃耐高温电力电缆,结构紧凑,具备良好的耐高温性能和阻燃性能。

参照图1,本发明提出的一种阻燃耐高温电力电缆,包括:缆芯、绕包层3、屏蔽层4、阻燃层5和外护套6;缆芯包括一根第一线芯1和多根第二线芯2,第一线芯1位于所述缆芯中部,其具有圆形截面,第一线芯1包括第一导体11和包覆在第一导体11外部的第一绝缘层12,第二线芯2具有扇环形截面,其平行纵置,第二线芯2的内弧面与第一线芯1相抵,第二线芯2之间通过平直面相抵,并使所述缆芯具有圆形截面,第二线芯2包括第二导体21和包覆在第二导体21外部的第二绝缘层22,玻璃纤维带绕包在所述缆芯外部形成绕包层3,钢丝铜丝编织绕包在绕包层3外周形成屏蔽层4,陶瓷硅橡胶挤包在屏蔽层4外周形成阻燃层5,低烟无卤聚乙烯挤包在阻燃层5外周形成外护套6。
本方案中的第一线芯1和第二线芯2的布置放置充分利用了电缆的内部空间,其结构紧凑,在受到外力时,缆芯不易发生移动;玻璃纤维带耐热性强、抗腐蚀性好,机械强度高,绕包在缆芯外部,提高了电缆的耐高温性能和机械强度,延长了使用寿命,降低计算机电缆绝缘老化的风险;陶瓷硅橡胶耐高温,拉力强度好,在遇到明火时,其燃烧形成坚硬的氧化层,防止火势向缆芯内部蔓延,提高了电缆的阻燃性能;外护套6可防止外界热量进入电缆内,进一步提升了电缆的耐高温性能。
本方案中的外护套6沿其长度方向开设有多个散热孔7,电缆工作产生的热量可通过所述散热孔7向外部传导,进一步提高了电缆的耐高温性能。
此外,阻燃层5内设有多根吸热管8,吸热管8内填设有冷却剂,可吸收来自电缆内外的热量,更进一步提高了电缆的耐高温性能。
本发明提出的一种阻燃耐高温电力电缆,结构紧凑,具备良好的耐高温性能和阻燃性能。

1.一种阻燃耐高温电力电缆,其特征在于,包括:缆芯、绕包层(3)、屏蔽层(4)、阻燃层(5)和外护套(6);缆芯包括一根第一线芯(1)和多根第二线芯(2),第一线芯(1)位于所述缆芯中部,其具有圆形截面,第一线芯(1)包括第一导体(11)和包覆在第一导体(11)外部的第一绝缘层(12),第二线芯(2)具有扇环形截面,其平行纵置,第二线芯(2)的内弧面与第一线芯(1)相抵,第二线芯(2)之间通过平直面相抵,并使所述缆芯具有圆形截面,第二线芯(2)包括第二导体(21)和包覆在第二导体(21)外部的第二绝缘层(22),玻璃纤维带绕包在所述缆芯外部形成绕包层(3),钢丝铜丝编织绕包在绕包层(3)外周形成屏蔽层(4),陶瓷硅橡胶挤包在屏蔽层(4)外周形成阻燃层(5),低烟无卤聚乙烯挤包在阻燃层(5)外周形成外护套(6)。
