技术领域
本发明涉及生化仪离子选择电极,具体涉及一种离子选择电极保养液。
背景技术
离子选择电极是一种电化学敏感器,它能对特定离子产生响应,通过与参比电极构成的电化学测量回路,可选择性测定溶液中特定离子的活度。当前大部分医学检验实验室在检测K/Na/Cl等离子含量时,通常使用离子选择电极进行检测,通过离子选择电极测定简便快捷、测定结果准确可靠。离子选择电极主要包括电极管和布置于电极管上的电极膜,生化仪离子选择电极的电极膜是固体膜。生化仪离子选择电极由于是配合检测血液中的各种化学物质的含量,故离子选择电极需要经常维护和保养,以免受到污染。当前实验室生化仪离子选择电极的维护保养工序十分复杂,需要拆装保养,且干扰因素多,特别是检测样本较多时会有结果漂移的问题,因此,离子选择电极在长时间使用后出现的老化和响应时间延迟的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种离子选择电极保养液,解决离子选择电极在长时间使用后出现的老化和响应时间延迟的问题,保证离子选择电极的正常使用。
为了实现以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种离子选择电极保养液,包括中性蛋白酶8~12g,过氧化脲4~6g,缓冲液450~550mL。
优选的,所述的离子选择电极保养液,包括中性蛋白酶10g,过氧化脲5g,缓冲液500mL。
再进一步的,所述的缓冲液包括Na2HPO42.840g、KH2PO40.272g、NaCl5.967g、KCl0.186g,取上述四种物质以去离子水溶解,定容至1000mL,静置,得到所述的缓冲液。
本发明的技术效果在于:中性蛋白酶去除离子选择电极固体膜上检测血液沉积的蛋白,过氧化脲作为氧化剂除去离子选择电极难溶的杂质,缓冲液较精确的离子强度,以活化电极膜,并为中性蛋白酶、过氧化脲的反应提供稳定的环境。本发明离子选择电极保养液使用方法:首先用保养液对离子选择电极模块进行灌注和清洗,整个过程持续0.5~1h,清洗完毕后定标并检查电极斜率,如果恢复,则保养完成;若电极斜率无明显改善,可再使用保养液进行灌注清洗和浸泡1-2h,然后用缓冲液(无酶及氧化剂)浸泡4-8h,然后重新定标并检查电极斜率。通过本发明的保养液解决离子选择电极在长时间使用后出现的老化和响应时间延迟的问题,保证离子选择电极的正常使用。

下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
一种离子选择电极保养液,包括中性蛋白酶8~12g,过氧化脲4~6g,缓冲液450~550mL。
优选的,所述的离子选择电极保养液,包括中性蛋白酶10g,过氧化脲5g,缓冲液500mL。
再进一步的,所述的缓冲液包括Na2HPO42.840g、KH2PO40.272g、NaCl5.967g、KCl0.186g,取上述四种物质以去离子水溶解,定容至1000mL,静置,得到所述的缓冲液。
中性蛋白酶去除离子选择电极固体膜上检测血液沉积的蛋白,过氧化脲作为氧化剂除去离子选择电极难溶的杂质,缓冲液较精确的离子强度,以活化电极膜,并为中性蛋白酶、过氧化脲的反应提供稳定的环境。本发明离子选择电极保养液使用方法:首先用保养液对离子选择电极模块进行灌注和清洗,整个过程持续0.5~1h,清洗完毕后定标并检查电极斜率,如果恢复,则保养完成;若电极斜率无明显改善,可再使用保养液进行灌注清洗和浸泡1-2h,然后用缓冲液(无酶及氧化剂)浸泡4-8h,然后重新定标并检查电极斜率。通过本发明的保养液解决离子选择电极在长时间使用后出现的老化和响应时间延迟的问题,保证离子选择电极的正常使用。

1.一种离子选择电极保养液,其特征在于,包括中性蛋白酶8~12g,过氧化脲4~6g,缓冲液450~550mL。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种离子选择电极保养液,其特征在于,包括中性蛋白酶10g,过氧化脲5g,缓冲液500mL。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种离子选择电极保养液,其特征在于,所述的缓冲液包括Na2HPO42.840g、KH2PO40.272g、NaCl5.967g、KCl0.186g,取上述四种物质以去离子水溶解,定容至1000mL,静置,得到所述的缓冲液。
