Abstract
The invention provides a welding fixture for welding connecting rods, which comprises a base, wherein a transverse groove is formed in the base, a vertical push rod is arranged in the transverse groove, the bottom end of the vertical push rod is connected with a driving device, the top end of the vertical push rod is connected with a transverse supporting plate, a left clamping frame and a right clamping frame are arranged on the base, a translation lead screw is arranged on the left clamping frame and is in threaded fit connection with the left clamping frame, a fixed positioning conical head is arranged at the bottom end of each of the left clamping frame and the right clamping frame, a threaded lead screw is sleeved at the top end of each of the left clamping frame and the right clamping frame, the threaded lead screw moves up and down under a threaded hole through self rotation, and a movable positioning conical head is arranged at the bottom end of the threaded lead screw. The welding fixture is suitable for square tubes and round tube-shaped connecting rods, connecting rods with different diameters and different widths, wide in application range, high in positioning precision and good in stability, effectively prevents workpieces from being heated and deformed, and is beneficial to improving welding quality.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a welding fixture used in a welding process, in particular to a welding fixture for welding connecting rods.
Background
In the welding production engineering, the welding products often do not reach the standard due to inaccurate workpiece positioning, influence of workpiece product shapes or unreasonable fixation, and the workpieces are bent and deformed due to thermal stress in the welding process. The welding fixture for welding the connecting rods mainly aims to solve the problems of clamping and positioning of the connecting rods in part of the lifting mechanism during welding, generally relates to welding between a long connecting rod and a short circular tube, and cannot meet the requirement of precision welding, particularly welding of medical equipment and high-precision testing instruments because the surface of the circular tube is difficult to fix and accurately position. the welding fixture for welding the connecting rods comprises a base, wherein one end of the base is provided with a transverse groove, one end of the transverse groove is provided with a vertical push rod penetrating through the transverse groove, the bottom end of the vertical push rod is connected with a driving device enabling the vertical push rod to move up and down, the top end of the vertical push rod is connected with a transverse supporting plate, the base is provided with a left clamping frame and a right clamping frame which are opened, the left clamping frame and the right clamping frame are respectively positioned on the left side and the right side of the vertical push rod, the open ends of the left clamping frame and the right clamping frame are oppositely arranged, the right clamping frame is fixed at the end part of the base, the left clamping frame is movably arranged on the transverse groove, the left clamping frame is provided with a translation lead screw fixed on the base, the translation lead screw is connected with the left clamping frame in a thread fit mode, the translation lead screw enables the left clamping frame to linearly move on the transverse groove through rotation of the translation lead screw, the bottom ends of the left clamping frame and the right clamping frame are respectively provided with a fixed positioning conical head, the top ends of the left clamping frame and the right clamping frame are respectively provided with a threaded hole, the threaded holes are sleeved with a threaded lead screw which is connected with the threaded lead screw in a matched mode and is vertically arranged, the threaded lead screw enables the threaded lead screw to vertically move under the threaded holes through rotation of the threaded lead screw, and the bottom end of the threaded lead screw is provided with a movable positioning conical head which is coaxially mounted with the fixed positioning conical head.
As a preferred technical solution, in order to make the driving device can precisely control the moving distance of the vertical push rod, thereby ensuring the precision of positioning, the welding between the connecting rods is improved, and the driving device is a 24-volt direct current motor controlled by a PLC.

The driving device 4 is a 24V direct current motor controlled by a PLC (programmable logic controller), and the motor is controlled by a PLC program, so that the moving distance of the vertical push rod 3 can be accurately controlled, the positioning accuracy is ensured, and the improvement of welding between connecting rods is facilitated.

The invention is mainly suitable for welding and positioning the square connecting rod and the circular tubes at the two ends of the square connecting rod, is also suitable for welding and positioning the square connecting rod and the circular tubes, is suitable for connecting rods with various sizes, and has wide application range.
