本发明公开了一种新型微纳米水疗保健装置和方法。装置包括嗅氧发生装置10,微纳米气泡发生装置20以及微纳米气泡释放装置21,微纳米气泡在装置22与微量元素混合后进入储液箱31,再经过进水水泵32、进水管33和进水阀门34进入水疗池35,回水经过回水管进入回水储液箱41、回水水泵42、过滤器43、磁处理装置44、微纳米气泡产生装置进水管45、微纳米气泡产生装置进水阀门45进入微纳米气泡产生装置20,微纳米气泡产生装置20另有补水管23,在必要时进行补水,补水管路上装有磁处理装置24。微纳米气泡产生装置20可产生50nm‑10μm微纳米气泡。整套装置通过遥控装置50实现非接触控制。

Description

一种节水型微纳米水疗保健装置和方法
技术领域
本发明涉及健康领域,具体涉及一种新型微纳米水疗保健装置和方法。
背景技术
水疗是利用不同温度、压力和溶质含量的水,以不同方式作用于人体以防病治病的方法。水疗对人体的作用主要有温度刺激、机械刺激和化学刺激。按其使用方法可分浸浴、淋浴、喷射浴、漩水浴、气泡浴等;按其温度可分高温水浴、温水浴、平温水浴和冷水浴;按其所含药物可分碳酸浴、松脂浴、盐水浴和淀粉浴等。水疗的功效有恒温冷却、肌肉放松、脑细胞再生复活、血液氧气的增加、促进心脏功能、促进血液循环、皮肤漂白、毛孔清洁、清除体臭、去除皮肤老化角质层等。原理是通过各种水疗设备的使用,水中的富氧被吸收,以及水疗对穴位的按摩达到治疗和保健的作用,给人活力和健康。早在古希腊时代,希波克拉提斯就使用温泉做治疗,此外古代中国、日本亦有温泉疗法的记载,直到19世纪德国Sebastian Kneipp等人发表,将水疗做为正式保健用途。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有水疗装置和方法存在的效果不够理想等问题,提供一种新型微纳米水疗保健装置和方法。
如说明书附图所示,一种节水型微纳米水疗保健装置包括嗅氧发生装置10,微纳米气泡发生装置20以及微纳米气泡释放装置21,微纳米气泡在装置22与保健物质混合后进入储液箱31,再经过不锈钢自吸进水水泵32、进水管33和进水阀门34进入水疗池35,回水经过回水管进入回水储液箱41、不锈钢自吸回水水泵42、过滤器43、磁处理装置44、微纳米气泡产生装置进水管45、微纳米气泡产生装置进水阀门45进入微纳米气泡产生装置20,微纳米气泡产生装置20另有补水管23,在必要时进行补水,补水管路上装有磁处理装置24。微纳米气泡产生装置20产生50nm-10μm微纳米气泡,气泡含率85-93%。
本装置水中的微纳米气泡含氧量高,上升速率较缓慢,对于人体的微按摩刺激促进血液循环,通过水的磁处理也促进水中添加的具有保健功能的物质更容易被人体吸收,从而有利于保健康复。具有保健功能的物质包括食盐、淀粉等溶于水的物质。

具体实施方式
以下实施例所用的技术手段没有特别指明的,为本领域技术人员所熟知的常规技术。
如说明书附图所示,装置包括嗅氧发生装置10,微纳米气泡发生装置20以及微纳米气泡释放装置21,微纳米气泡在装置22与保健物质混合后进入储液箱 31,再经过不锈钢自吸进水水泵32、进水管33和进水阀门34进入水疗池35,回水经过回水管进入回水储液箱41、不锈钢自吸回水水泵42、过滤器43、磁处理装置44、微纳米气泡产生装置进水管45、微纳米气泡产生装置进水阀门45 进入微纳米气泡产生装置20,微纳米气泡产生装置20另有补水管23,在必要时进行补水,补水管路上装有磁处理装置24。微纳米气泡产生装置20将气体以涡流回旋剪切的方式溶于水中,工作压力0.4-0.45MPa,产生微纳米气泡平均直径2.8μm,气泡含率90.1%,这种微纳米气泡在水中的停留时间长,上升速度为 2mm/min左右。微纳米气泡产生装置20的处理能力气泡发生量为1.2m3/h,整套装置通过遥控装置50实现非接触控制。保健物质添加装置22为不锈钢材质,本实施例在其中添加食盐水,氯化钠浓度为0.2%。微纳米气泡在电源启动后30 秒以内即可产生,微纳米气泡与水充分混合形成乳白色液体。
过滤器43采用筛网-砂滤组合式,用于滤除沉淀颗粒等。
消毒时臭氧发生器的产气量控制臭氧浓度6-10mg/L,与微纳米气泡产生装置协调匹配。
补水管路上装有磁处理装置24和回水管路上的磁处理装置44采用镀镍磷涂层防腐NdFeB稀土永磁材料制作,表面磁场强度达到0.3T。磁能的施加有利于提高水中的溶气能力。

1.一种节水型微纳米水疗保健装置及方法,其技术特征为装置包括嗅氧发生装置10,微纳米气泡发生装置20以及微纳米气泡释放装置21,微纳米气泡在装置22与保健物质混合后进入储液箱31,再经过不锈钢自吸进水水泵32、进水管33和进水阀门34进入水疗池35,回水经过回水管进入回水储液箱41、不锈钢自吸回水水泵42、过滤器43、磁处理装置44、进水管45、微纳米气泡产生装置进水阀门45进入微纳米气泡产生装置20,微纳米气泡产生装置20另有补水管23,在必要时进行补水,补水管路上装有磁处理装置24。
2.根据权利要求1提出的一种节水型微纳米水疗保健装置及方法,其技术特征为所用磁处理装置磁性材料为有镍磷涂层防腐的稀土永磁NdFeB,表面磁场强度达到0.3T。
3.根据权利要求1提出的一种节水型微纳米水疗保健装置及方法,其技术特征为设有水循环利用系统,所用回水过滤器为采用筛网-砂滤组合式。
4.据权利要求1提出的一种节水型微纳米水疗保健装置及方法,其技术特征为具有遥控装置。
5.据权利要求1提出的一种节水型微纳米水疗保健装置及方法,其技术特征为系统具有臭氧消毒装置。
