管容器,例如分配管,用于容纳且分配广泛范围的产品。这些包括粘合剂、润滑剂、洗剂、药剂、洗发剂、头发敷料(hair dressing)和不同的口腔护理产品。洗剂、药剂和口腔护理产品中的一些含有抗菌化合物。这种产品的问题在于抗菌化合物可能被管材料吸收或以其他方式降解。结果是需要对管结构进行修饰以减少或消除管结构对抗菌化合物的吸收。在许多情况下,且尤其是对于口腔护理产品例如牙膏,还期望减少管结构对其他所含物质例如香料和香精的吸收。根据香料和香精分子,一些包装材料以不期望的比率吸收香料和香精组分。因此,香料或香精被改变。对于香料和香精需要解决这个问题以保持产品的味道和嗅觉性质。
管容器可包括管本体、管肩部和可从肩部延伸的喷嘴、以及封闭件。通过使用包括阻挡件例如金属箔或塑料膜的管层压件结构,可使管本体对产品组分的吸收降到最低。传统上,阻挡材料已用于减少香料或香精的损失,并且在一些情况下减少抗菌化合物的损失。在工业中广泛认为,对香料和香精的良好阻挡件也是对抗菌化合物的良好阻挡件,并且阻挡件改善对于所有这些有机化合物将是类似的。通常基于香料或香精阻挡件性质选择阻挡层。然而,阻挡层的使用需要另外的制备步骤,这增加了成本。例如,当存在阻挡层并且在这种情况下需要另外的制备步骤时,管的密封可能是一个挑战。
相应地,存在对具有阻挡层的管以及用于制备这种管的制造方法的需要,所述制造方法允许克服常规制造方法的挑战。
发明内容
在一个实施例中,存在制备管的方法。该方法包括形成至少一个管层;并且在至少一个管层上形成至少一个膜层,其中所述至少一个膜层的至少一部分与所述至少一个管层不完全重叠。
在另一个实施例中,存在用于包装产品的管结构。管结构包括管本体和设置在管本体的肩端上的管肩部。管本体可包括至少一个管层和设置在至少一个管层上的至少一个膜层。至少一个膜层的至少一部分与至少一个管层可不完全重叠。

本文描述了包括阻挡层的管以及制备这种管的方法,所述阻挡层例如具有密封性质的污点阻挡层。在一个实施例中,该方法提供用于将阻挡层施加到管层压件。这种阻挡层的添加改善了用于香料和产品成分保留的包装的阻挡性质。相应地,将阻挡材料添加到管的内表面以使香料损失降到最低。在制备方法中,阻挡材料不位于用于形成管的密封件区域和/或多个密封件区域的管(例如层压管)的区域中。
图1显示了包括喷嘴13和肩部17的管肩部部分10(a),其中喷嘴从肩部延伸。喷嘴具有孔19和螺纹21,用于附接可拧到螺纹21上的封闭件(未示出),例如帽。肩部部分10(a)的实施例在US 2009/0324864中描述,所述专利于2009年12月31日提交,并且以引用的方式在此整体并入。

管本体61可由至少一个层例如在层压结构中形成。层压结构可以是基于箔的层压结构,可包括下述层配置:聚乙烯(PE)膜/共挤出的粘结层/铝箔/共挤出的粘结层/聚乙烯共挤出的膜。在这种基于箔的层压结构中,共挤出的粘结层各自可包括下述层配置:聚乙烯/乙烯丙烯酸(EAA),其中每个粘结层的EAA层侧粘合到铝箔层。可替代地,层压结构可以是全塑料层压结构,并且可包括下述层配置:聚乙烯膜/挤出的粘结层/共挤出的膜/挤出的粘结层/聚乙烯共挤出的膜。在这种全塑料层压结构中,插置的共挤出膜可包括下述共挤出层配置:改性PE/乙烯乙烯醇(EVOH)/改性PE;并且挤出的粘结层各自可具有下述结构:PE/PE。
如其为根据图2的A-A′的横截面视图的图3中所示,管本体61可包括至少一个管层。至少一个管层可以是超过一个管层,并且可形成为管层压件例如管层压件101。管层压件101可包括内管层例如第一管层108,和外管层例如第二管层106。在一个实施例中,管层压件101可具有在约140微米至约350微米范围内的厚度。管本体61还可包括至少一个膜层。至少一个膜层可包括阻挡材料。至少一个膜层可以是超过一个膜层,并且可形成为膜层压件,例如膜层压件103。膜层压件103可包括阻挡层104和聚合物层102,如下文进一步描述且在图4A-4B和图5-7中显示的。在一个实施例中,膜层压件103可具有在约10微米至约100微米范围内的厚度。聚合物层102可粘合到第一(内)管层108。
对于管层压件,第一管层108可以这样的配置直接粘合到第二管层106,如图3和4B中所示,使得在它们之间不形成插置层。第一管层108可经由与设置在第一管层108和第二管层106之间的其他插置层(例如粘结层)层压而间接地(未示出)粘合到第二管层106。第一管层108和第二管层106可作为已层压的膜提供,但可独立地形成并且经由铸造粘合在一起,例如在冷却辊上粘合的挤出模具层。
侧密封件部分114,对应于其中形成图2的侧密封件14的位置,可沿管本体61的长度延伸。侧密封件部分114可包括与第二管层106的表面106-1粘合的第一管层108的表面108-1。在一个实施例中,在沿侧密封件14的位置处可没有设置阻挡层的部分。例如,沿管本体61的内表面形成的阻挡层可不延伸到密封件部分114内。在一个实施例中,仅膜层压件103的聚合物层102,而不是阻挡层104,可设置在侧密封件部分114中。
如下文进一步描述的,管肩部部分10(a)的表面可粘合到第一管层108的表面,以形成管肩部密封件15。阻挡层也可不延伸到管肩部密封件15。例如,在管肩部密封件15处,在管肩部部分10(a)和第一管层108的表面之间可没有设置阻挡层材料。类似地,没有阻挡层的部分可延伸到端密封件62。例如,在端密封件62中可没有设置阻挡层材料。换言之,端密封件62可包括内层的第一表面(例如第一管层108的内表面的第一部分),其粘合到内管层的第二表面(例如第一管层108的内表面的另一部分)。在一个例子中,端密封件可热力学地经由热密封,机械地例如经由压力成形或卷曲,超声波地例如超声波焊接,或其组合形成。
阻挡层104可具有约10微米至约30微米的厚度。阻挡层104可由选自下述的材料形成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯聚合物、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯聚合物、聚萘二甲酸三甲酯聚合物、乙烯乙烯醇共聚物、丙烯腈甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物例如由在商标下出售的树脂制备的那些(可得自瑞士的Ineos Barrex)、聚乳酸聚合物、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET-P)和聚酰胺聚合物。
聚合物层102可具有约5微米至约50微米的厚度。聚合物层102可由聚乙烯、聚丙烯等等形成。
粘结层可在阻挡层104和聚合物层102之间形成,并且可以是粘附到聚合物层102和阻挡层104的聚合物或粘合剂。粘结层可具有约5微米至约20微米的厚度。不同聚合物可用作粘结层。这些包括乙烯/乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、乙烯丙烯酸甲酯共聚物、乙烯丙烯酸丁酯共聚物、乙烯/丙烯酸酯/马来酸酐三元共聚物和乙烯/乙酸乙烯酯/马来酸酐三元共聚物。粘结层可以是商购可得的粘结层。
管层压件101的第一管层108可具有约40至约150微米的厚度,并且可由聚乙烯、具有铝的聚丙烯、尼龙等等形成。至少第一管层108的内表面可以是与聚合物层102的外表面相同的材料,并且第一管层108的所有内表面均可以是与聚合物层102的外表面相同的材料。
管层压件101的第二管层106可具有约100至约200的厚度,并且可由与第一管层108的材料相同的材料形成。
管60可根据在图4A-4B和图5-7中所示的过程中实施的方法进行制造,所述方法在下文描述。例如,如图4A-4B中所示,一种这样的方法可包括形成管层压件101,形成膜层压件103,并且将膜层压件103切割成至少一个膜层压件部分115。膜层压件部分115可在管层压件101上形成,并且通过空间113与膜层压件部分中的其他膜层压件部分分隔开,所述空间113可包括不同长度的间隙,例如但不限于约11mm的间隙。通过由热源和/或压力源117加热和/或提供压力,随后为由冷却源和/或压力源119冷却和/或提供压力,膜层压件部分115可粘合到管层压件101。在图4A中,热源和/或压力源117和119以特定布置显示,但实施例并不限于此。例如,热源和/或压力源117或冷却源和/或压力源119中的任一个可设置在与图4A中所示不同的位置处。在一个实施例中,117或119可放置在与膜层压件部分115的粘合一致的位置处,例如,就像膜层压件部分115首先被递送到管层压件101上一样。另外,可提供预热站以在置于管层压件101上之前预热膜层压件部分115。例如,预热站可预热膜层压件103。
管层压件101可由第一管层108和第二管层106形成。第一管层108可设置在第二管层106上。例如,第一管层108可直接粘合到第二管层106(如图4B中所示的插图IV-B),使得在它们之间不形成插置层。可替代地,第一管层可经由与在第一管层108和第二管层106之间粘合的其他插置层的层压而间接地(未示出)粘合到第二管层106。
膜层压件103可由阻挡层104和聚合物层102形成。阻挡层104可设置在聚合物层102上。例如,阻挡层104可直接粘合到聚合物层102(如图4B中所示的插图IV-B中),使得在它们之间不形成插置层。可替代地,阻挡层104可例如经由与阻挡层104和聚合物层102之间粘合的其他插置层的层压而间接地粘合到聚合物层(间接粘合未示出)。例如,粘结层(未示出)可在阻挡层104和聚合物层102之间形成。
另外,如图4的插图“IV-B”视图的特写中所示,聚合物层102可在至少一个膜层压件部分115中粘合到管层压件101的第一管层108。例如,如图4A中所示,管层压件101可从辊105展开为片材。例如在被切割成膜层压件部分115并且粘合到管层压件101上之前,膜层压件103可从辊107展开为片材。进料器111和109可用于从辊107展开膜层压件103。进料器109可包括用于将膜层压件切割成膜层压件部分115的切割器(未示出)。如上所述的预热站可掺入进料器109和/或111中。在一个实施例中,膜层压件部分115可在管层压件101上形成,并且如所示由空间113与层压件部分中的其他层压件部分间隔开。换言之,膜层压件部分115可与管层压件101不完全重叠,使得未被膜层压件部分115的至少部分覆盖的管层压件101的区域随后可包括密封件的部分,例如上述管60的端密封件62、侧密封件14和/或管肩部密封件15,其中不存在阻挡层的部分。
自动化系统可控制管层压件101从辊105展开的速率和膜层压件103从辊107展开的速率。在第二管层106的表面上的预定位置处施加的眼睛标记(未示出)可通过连接到控制器(未示出)(例如计算机)的成像器121(例如光学检测器)来检测。随着管层压件101和膜层压件103的展开片材前进,成像器121可被配置成检测在管层压件101上的眼睛标记并且与控制器通讯。依次地,控制器可激活切割器109以将膜层压件103切割成膜层压件部分115。换言之,至少一个膜层压件部分115可相对于印刷在管层压件上的多个眼睛标记中的相应一个的位置来对准。相应地,可控制膜层压件部分115的端部之间的距离,例如在将膜层压件切割成较小部分的同时形成的后续切割部分115的相邻边缘表面之间的距离,使得其小于眼睛标记中的至少一个的第一个和第二个的距离。另外,层压膜103的尺寸可小于管层压件101的相应尺寸,使得在将膜层压件部分115在管层压件101上形成后,管层压件101的另外的表面部分保持暴露(例如,未被膜层压件覆盖的第一管层108的表面部分)。相应地,管层压件的表面部分保持暴露并且未被阻挡层104覆盖。
通过由热源和/或压力源117加热和/或提供压力,随后可为由冷却源和/或压力源119冷却和/或提供压力,膜层压件部分115的聚合物层102可粘合到管层压件101的第一管层108,以形成一体的管本体层压件。在将膜层压件部分115粘合到管层压件101之后,可例如经由切割将组合的管本体层压件切片,以形成随后可形成为管本体61的个别部分的个别部分。
例如,在将膜层压件部分115粘合到管层压件101上之后,例如经由将膜层压件部分115的聚合物层102粘合到管层压件101的第一管层108,组合的层压件可形成为管本体61的个别层压件,如图5-7中所示。从图5开始,管本体层压件的个别部分与暴露的第一管层108的部分一起显示,因为膜层压件部分115可这样形成,以便不完全覆盖它在其上形成的管层压件101的部分。例如,顶部和底部暴露的间隙,例如但不限于具有暴露的第一管层108的3mm间隙的顶部和底部部分,可在管本体层压件的个别部分的顶部和底部处提供。另外,侧面暴露的间隙,例如但不限于分别具有暴露的第一管层108的8mm和3mm间隙的左侧和右侧部分,可在管本体层压件的个别部分的左侧和右侧部分处提供。注意到暴露的第一管层108的左侧和右侧部分可起因于间隙113的形成,因为当它们如图4A中所示设置时,在层压件部分115之间提供空间。同时,顶部和底部间隙可起因于提供具有的宽度小于管层压件103的宽度的膜层压件103。在一个实施例中,管层压件101可通过重叠其第一端和第二端来操纵,例如在图4中所示的过程中的切割步骤期间形成的端部。例如,管本体61可通过在包括侧密封件14的位置处将第一管层108的第一表面与第二管层的表面重叠而形成。管层压件的这种重叠端可粘合以形成管本体的侧密封件14。另外,第一管层108的第二表面可在位置62-1处与第一管层的第三表面重叠,并且例如在用产品填充管的步骤之后粘合以形成端密封件62。侧密封件14和端密封件62可具有约1.5mm至约2.5mm的宽度,但是侧密封件的宽度可不同于端密封件的宽度。侧密封件14可具有的表面积不同于端密封件62的表面积。所得到的管本体可包含在约1∶1至约1∶10范围内的表面积与体积比。
图7的肩端15-1可包括肩部部分例如肩部部分10(a)可粘合到其的管本体的开放端,例如如图2中所示。换言之,通过将肩部部分10(a)粘合到表面例如第一管层108的内表面以形成肩部密封件15,肩部部分可附接到图7的管本体。肩部密封件可具有约1.5mm至约2.5mm的宽度。侧密封件14、端密封件62和/或肩部密封件15可具有与彼此或其他中的至少一个相同的宽度,或者可具有与彼此或其他中的至少一个不同的宽度。侧密封件14、端密封件62和/或肩部密封件15可具有与彼此或其他中的至少一个相同的表面积,或者可具有与彼此或其他中的至少一个不同的表面积。
如上所述,在侧密封件处,在第一管层和第二管层的粘合表面之间可没有设置阻挡层材料。另外,在端接缝处,在第一管层的粘合表面之间,例如其第二表面和第三表面之间可没有设置阻挡层材料。此外,在第一管层和肩部部分10(a)之间,例如在肩部密封件15处,可没有设置膜层压件的阻挡层材料。在没有阻挡材料位于密封件处的情况下,根据实施例形成的管将具有适当强度的密封件以经受住在适当条件下的爆裂测试。

Claims (23)

1.一种制备管的方法,所述方法包括:
形成至少一个管层;和
在所述至少一个管层上形成至少一个膜层,其中所述至少一个膜层的至少一部分与所述至少一个管层不完全重叠。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述至少一个管层包括管层压件,所述管层压件包括第一管层和第二管层,其中所述至少一个膜层包括膜层压件,所述膜层压件包括阻挡层和聚合物层,并且其中所述方法还包括:
将所述膜层压件切割成至少一个膜层压件部分;和
将所述至少一个膜层压件部分的聚合物层粘合到所述管层压件的第一管层,其中所述膜层压件部分与所述管层压件不完全重叠。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,所述方法还包括通过在侧密封件处将所述第一管层的第一表面与所述第二管层的表面粘合,并且在端密封件处将所述第一管层的第二表面与所述第一管层的第三表面粘合来形成管本体。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中(i)在所述侧密封件处的所述第一管层和所述第二管层以及(ii)在所述端密封件处的所述第一管层的所述第二表面和所述第三表面中的至少一个的粘合表面之间没有设置阻挡层材料。
5.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中所述侧密封件的表面积不同于所述端密封件的表面积。
6.根据权利要求2所述的方法,所述方法还包括通过使所述管层压件的第一端和所述管层压件的第二端重叠来操纵所述管层压件,以形成管本体,其中所述管层压件的所述第一端和所述第二端的重叠部分包括所述管本体的侧接缝,并且其中所述管本体包括肩端,所述肩端包括所述管本体的开放端。
7.根据权利要求6所述的方法,所述方法还包括将肩部粘合到所述第一管层的表面,并且其中在所述第一管层和所述肩部之间没有设置所述膜层压件的阻挡层材料。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中所述管本体包含在1∶1至1∶10范围内的表面积与体积比。
9.根据权利要求2所述的方法,所述方法还包括在所述第二管层的表面上的预定位置处施加至少一个眼睛标记。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中在切割期间形成的所述膜层压件部分的端部之间的距离小于所述至少一个眼睛标记中的第一个和第二个的距离。

16.一种用于包装产品的管结构,所述管结构包括:
管本体和设置在所述管本体的肩端上的管肩部,所述管本体包括:
至少一个管层;和
设置在所述至少一个管层上的至少一个膜层,
其中所述至少一个膜层的至少一部分与所述至少一个管层不完全重叠。
17.根据权利要求16所述的管结构,其中所述至少一个管层包括管层压件,所述管层压件包括第一管层和第二管层,其中所述至少一个膜层包括膜层压件,所述膜层压件包括阻挡层和聚合物层,其中所述聚合物层粘合到所述第一管层,其中所述管结构还包括侧密封件,所述侧密封件包括与所述第二管层的表面粘合的所述第一管层的表面,并且其中在所述侧密封件处没有设置所述阻挡层的部分。
18.根据权利要求17所述的管结构,所述管结构还包括端密封件,所述端密封件包括与所述第一管层的第二表面粘合的所述第一管层的第一表面,并且其中在所述端密封件中没有设置所述阻挡层的部分。
19.根据权利要求18所述的管结构,其中所述侧密封件的表面积不同于所述端密封件的表面积。
20.根据权利要求17所述的管结构,其中所述膜层压件的阻挡层选自聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯聚合物、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯聚合物、聚萘二甲酸三甲酯聚合物、乙烯乙烯醇共聚物、丙烯腈甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物、聚乳酸聚合物、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯和聚酰胺聚合物。
