Abstract

Description

用于喷散水雾的喷嘴
本发明涉及通过泄水喷口喷射并散布水雾的喷嘴,其中的至少两个泄水喷口可使水射流在喷嘴以外的某一点处聚流并碰撞,该喷嘴可用于灭火及其它场合,喷嘴中包括一个用来连接水管的连接件,该连接件中设有喷嘴头的支承面。
有一类灭火设备是通过自动排放液体来扑灭房屋火灾的,自动喷水灭火器是这类设备的通称。这类设备有普通式和高压式之分。以往所使用的仅有普通式自动喷水灭火器。这种灭火器在灭火时要消耗大量的水,因此在灭火的同时也造成水的大量损失。这一特点对于船来说甚至是灾难性的,因为水量的增加会削弱船体的稳定性,从而导致船体倾覆。后来,有人转而设法为房屋配备阻燃材料。这些阻燃材料不会发生燃烧,但是会产生有毒气体。近些年来出现了高压自动喷水消防系统。该系统只消耗少量的水,因而在用于房屋灭火时证明是有效的。在现有的多种高压自动喷水消防系统中,所用的喷嘴也有多种不同的型式。
现有的这些喷嘴存在着一些缺陷。其中有一种常用的喷嘴是由约二十二个零件构成的。这导致了制造和装配的高成本。喷嘴的泄水口决定着液体的液滴尺寸和流量。液滴尺寸和流量决定着水雾的扩散程度,也决定着水雾向火焰中的穿透能力。
改变喷嘴的尺寸需要显著地增加成本。这意味着喷嘴的尺寸是难以改动的。通常应预设多种不同类型的喷嘴。因此现有的这些喷嘴限制了针对所遇火灾类型改变工作状态的可能性。喷嘴泄水口的形状也会使能耗过高。出口速度在200bar下仅为60m/s。换言之,喷嘴的结构使水雾的扩散程度、范围、速度及精度等指标都受到制约。目前已有两种可用结构,第一种结构所形成的液雾扩散能力较差而液滴尺寸较优,另一种结构所形成的液雾扩散能力较优但液滴尺寸较差。
已有这样的结论:如果两股以上的水射流在空气中以较高的速度相互碰撞,那么这些水射流将离散为水雾并快速离开喷嘴。然而,射流喷口的结构需要较高的精度,因此现有高压喷嘴往往结构比较笨拙而且制造成本很高。这样,高压自动喷水消防系统的安装成本就比较高。
本发明的目的是解决现有高压喷嘴中存在的上述问题。
本发明对上述问题解决方法的特征在于喷嘴头上设有至少一个与连接件上的支承面相配合的支承面,而且泄水喷口位于喷嘴头与连接件之间的支承面上。
如本发明所述的高压喷嘴在设计上可保证少量的水(1-25l/min)在高压(15-250巴)下离散为水雾。水雾以很高的速度(50-200m/s,200巴时为200m/s)喷离喷嘴并且具有较大的冲击力(与现有喷嘴在200巴时的60m/s相比)。因此,该喷嘴的作用范围是现有喷嘴的10倍。
可以按照可能扑救的火灾类型来改变水雾发生通道的尺寸,这样便可以以简单的方式增大或减小通过喷嘴的水的流量,从而精确地获得所需的效果。还可以按照可能扑救的火灾类型来增大或减小喷口通道间的夹角,这样便可以调节水雾的扩散程度、水滴尺寸及出口速度,从而精确地达到所需的效果。例如,对于舱内火灾来说,扩散程度应尽可能大且水滴尺寸应尽可能小。对油品火灾来说,扩散的水雾应较为集中,水滴应具有中等尺寸和较高速度。
如本发明所述的高压喷嘴只有五个零件(与具有约十二十个件的现有喷嘴相比)。因此,制造成本是以显著降低,装配工艺也得以简化。

优选实施例说明
如图1~4所示的高压喷嘴由连接件10、过滤器11、喷嘴头12、螺栓13及O型密封圈14组成。
连接件10的15处开有内螺纹,该内螺纹使得高压喷嘴得以安装在加压水管的连接管(图中未示)上,从而产生一定压力例如200巴的水流。连接件具有将水流导入过滤腔的作用。喷嘴头12上还设有具锥形扩管形状的环形支承面16。支承面16上设有沿其外径边缘分布的沟槽,其作用是安装O形圈14。
本实施例中喷嘴头12的形状类似于切去两个锥尖的实心复式锥轮。该锥轮具有两个外锥面17,其中某一外锥面构成了在装配状态下与连接件支承面16相接的支承面,另一外锥面上具有依本发明所设的狭窄铣削沟槽或通道18,在所述两个实施例中,该通道18位于喷嘴头的支承面17上。通道18也可以位于连接件的支承面16上。在这种情况下,O形圈14被安装在沿喷嘴头支承面16所设的槽中。
因此,在如图1~4所示的实施例中,通道18是经铣削而切入支承面17的。这些通道成对地导引水射流,从而使每一对流体射流在紧靠水雾发生器的外侧某一点处发生碰撞。这样水射流之间形成的负压将使空气被吸入。被吸入的空气在两束水射流相遇的碰撞点处被压缩。由于碰撞速度较大且吸入的空气被压缩,因此水射流将以很大的出口速度(大动能)离散为细雾。由通道间的交角可以精确地确定碰撞点的位置。
通道18可推荐采用直线型及矩形截面。通道的尺寸和数量影响喷嘴中水的流量。相配通道的交角对于水雾的形成也有重要的影响。通过增大或减小交角可以精确地调节水雾的散布、水滴大小以及出口速度(动能)。
O形圈14的作用是在支承面和接触面16、17之间实现密封,它也会在水流离开通道出口前的瞬间对水射流形成扰动。扰动的作用增加了水雾在径向上扩散。
图5是如本发明所述高压喷嘴的变化型。该变化型的应用场合之一是手动的灭火喷嘴。其连接件10上设有环形支承平面19,平面19与中介元件21之间由O型密封圈20密封,在中介元件21上与支承面19相接触的表面上,依照前述实施例的配对方式设置了沿径向导流并成对聚流的通道18。
中介元件21上还设有同轴的支承面22,支承面22与柱状内装喷嘴头24之间由O型密封圈23密封,在内装喷嘴头24上与支承面22相接触的表面上,依照前述实施例的配对方式设置了沿轴向导流并成对聚流的通道18。
因此,如本实施例所述的喷嘴可以产生沿轴由导流并在轴向具有最大动能的单股水雾,而且,该喷嘴还可产生沿径向扩散的屏蔽水雾,该屏蔽水雾使喷嘴的操作者免于热辐射的伤害。
本发明并不仅限于上述实施例,在所附权利要求的范围内还可以有一些变化型。例如,如本发明所述的喷嘴可服务于除灭火以外的其它目的。通道18在其表面上相对于喷嘴纵轴的角度可以任选。开设通道的元件并不一定非取循环对称形状不可,其形状可以是椭圆形或棱柱形。通道18的截面可以是圆形或棱形。

Claims (7)

1.一种通过泄水通道(18)喷射并散布水雾的喷嘴,其中的至少两个泄水通道使水射流在喷嘴以外的某一点处聚流并碰撞,该喷嘴用于灭火及其它场合,它包括用来连接水管的连接件(10),连接件中设有喷嘴头(12;24)的支承面(16;19),该喷嘴的特征在于喷嘴头(12;24)上设有至少一个与连接件上支承面(16;19)相配合的支承面(17;22),而且泄水通道(18)位于喷嘴头(12;24)与连接件(10)之间的支承面(16,17,19,22)上。
2.如权利要求1所述的喷嘴,其特征在于:泄水通道(18)位于喷嘴头(12)的支承面(17)上。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的喷嘴,其特征在于:与泄水通道(18)相对的支承面(16,17)上设有含O型圈的槽,该槽形成的扰动产生了泄水通道(18)对成雾的放大作用。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的喷嘴,其特征在于:喷嘴头(12)包括一个中介元件(21),其支承面(22)与内装的喷嘴头(24)相接。
5.如权利要求3所述的喷嘴,其特征在于:喷嘴头(12)包括一个中介元件(21),其支承面(22)与内装的喷嘴头(24)相接。
6.如权利要求4所述的喷嘴,其特征在于:连接件(10)上设有与中介元件(21)相接的圆柱形支承面(19)。
7.如权利要求5所述的喷嘴,其特征在于:中介元件(21)上与内装喷嘴头(24)相接的支承面(22)是与喷嘴的纵轴同轴的,而且上述喷嘴头上设有轴向聚流泄水通道(18)。
