It should be noted that the preset standard picture image may be a picture image acquired by a camera arranged behind a card reader module in the financial transaction device, and since images corresponding to the bank card are always in the same position in the picture image, when the device fault type is determined by using the above method, this situation needs to be eliminated, so that the preset standard picture image needs to be compared before the device fault type is determined, if the preset standard picture image is different, a fault can be determined, if the preset standard picture image is the same, it is determined that the fault is only in a normal working state, and no fault occurs here.
