Description

Method for remotely modifying fixed value, master station, target device and system
Technical Field
The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of power systems, in particular to a method, a master station, a target device and a system for remotely modifying a fixed value.
Background
In recent years, the economic construction of China is continuously developed, the electricity demand for production and life is continuously increased, and various faults in the operation process of a power system bring great inconvenience to the production and life of people. Therefore, in the operation process of the power system, a stability control device or system is needed to protect the operation of the power grid, and the safety and stability problems of the power grid are isolated in time, so that the influence of accidents is prevented from being enlarged. With the rapid development of a power grid structure, the 'three-five-major' reform and stable implementation of national grid companies, the orderly promotion of unattended work of a transformer substation and the requirement of an integrated operation mode of regulation and control, the requirements of reducing the labor intensity of operation and maintenance personnel, improving the labor efficiency, improving the operation efficiency of the power grid and enhancing the power supply reliability are increasingly urgent, so that the conventional method for operating a stable control device on the spot of the transformer substation at present can not meet the requirement of the power grid.
Therefore, in view of the above situation, the prior art has also tried to research a remote constant value modification technology for a stability control device of each voltage class substation, which is suitable for Energy management system EMS master station side regulation and control, that is, directly sending a command for modifying a constant value at the master station side to enable the stability control device to modify the corresponding constant value. However, there are some problems with the remote fixed value modification technology of the stability control device, such as: how to reliably obtain feedback information from the stability control device and which information can really reflect the instruction of the stability control device for correctly responding to the remote fixed value modification operation, thereby confirming the successful operation of the modification instruction.
After the transformer substation adopts an unattended operation mode, because whether remote fixed value modification operation of the stability control device is successful or not cannot be accurately judged, the safety of a power grid is directly influenced, the power supply reliability is reduced if the remote fixed value modification operation is successful, and a power grid stability accident is caused if the remote fixed value modification operation is successful, so that the remote fixed value modification process cannot be guaranteed.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a method for remotely modifying a fixed value according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step S01, sending a modification instruction for modifying the target fixed value to the target device, so that the target device modifies the target fixed value according to the modification instruction, and recording the modified value of the target fixed value into a fixed value editing area;
step S02, receiving telemetry data and fixed value data transmitted by the target device, wherein the telemetry data includes a detection value obtained by detecting the target fixed value, and the fixed value data includes a modified value of the target fixed value stored in the fixed value edit area;
step S03, determining whether the modification operation was successful based on the telemetry data and the fixed value data.
The main station of the regulation and control system relies on a power grid regulation and control system centralized monitoring function module along with the development of the power system network, follows the integration principle, and fully utilizes the services such as model management, data transmission, network communication, human-computer interface, system management and the like provided by a basic platform of the regulation and control system. When the regulation and control system master station is ready to carry out remote fixed value modification operation on a target fixed value in a certain stable and control device of an unattended substation, a modification instruction is sent to the stable and control device, wherein the regulation and control system master station is expressed as the master station in the following embodiment for convenience of expression, and similarly, the stable and control device is expressed as the target device in the following embodiment. For example, when the master station wants to modify the component 1 operation current in the target device a from 100A to 200A, it will send a modification command to the target device a to modify the component 1 operation current constant value, which includes modifying the operation current constant value to a target value of 200A.
And after receiving the modification instruction sent by the master station, the target device inquires the target fixed value according to the modification instruction and executes a fixed value modification operation. And after finishing, recording the modified value of the target constant value into a constant value editing area or storing the modified value of the target constant value into other storage spaces. And simultaneously, the target device transmits telemetry data and fixed value data to the master station. The telemetering data is a detection value detected when a target fixed value changes, and the detection value is sent upwards in a telemetering type; the fixed value data includes the modified value stored in the fixed value edit area.
After receiving the telemetering data and the fixed value data, the master station respectively obtains the detection value and the modified value through analysis, compares the two values, and if the comparison result is different, the master station judges that the remote fixed value modification operation fails and sends an alarm signal for a specific operator to determine the next operation; if the comparison result is the same, the detection value and the modification value are compared with the target value in the modification instruction respectively, and if any comparison result is different, the master station judges that the remote modification fixed value operation fails and sends out an alarm signal; and if the comparison results in the same result, the master station judges that the remote fixed value modification operation is successful. The comparison process is not sequential.
For example, if the master station issues a modification command as described above, which requires that the operating current of the element 1 be modified from 100A to 200A, the target value of 200A can be obtained. The master station receives the telemetering data and the fixed value data sent by the target device respectively, and obtains the detection value of 100A and the modification value of 200A respectively through analysis. And after the detection value and the modification value are compared, if the detection value and the modification value are different, the master station judges that the remote modification of the fixed value operation fails and sends out an alarm signal. If the detected value and the modified value obtained by analysis are both 200A, it can be known that both are the same, and then the detected value 200A and the target value 200A are respectively compared, and the modified value 200A and the target value 200A are compared, so that it can be known that both comparison results are equal. The master station determines that the remote modification fixed value operation is successful.
The embodiment of the invention adopts a double-information-source confirmation mechanism, and the master station judges that the modification instruction is successfully executed only after the received telemetering data and the fixed value data are analyzed and both the telemetering data and the fixed value data meet the modification instruction, so that the safety and the reliability of adopting a remote fixed value modification method for an unattended substation can be better ensured.
Based on the foregoing embodiment, further, the sending, to a target device, a modification instruction for modifying a target fixed value, so that the target device modifies the target fixed value according to the modification instruction, and recording a modified value of the modified target fixed value in a fixed value editing area includes:
sending a selection operation instruction to the target device;
receiving telemetry initial data and fixed value initial data transmitted by the target device, wherein the telemetry initial data comprises an initial detection value obtained by detecting the target fixed value, and the fixed value initial data comprises an initial value of the target fixed value stored in the fixed value editing area;
comparing the telemetry initial data, the fixed value initial data and the saved target device data pairwise;
if the comparison is equal, sending a modification instruction to the target device so that the target device modifies the target constant value according to the modification instruction, and recording the modified value of the target constant value into a constant value editing area;
and sending a reverse calibration operation instruction to the target device.
Before the master station sends a modification instruction to the target device, the target device needs to be selected first, that is, it is determined that an object to be sent the modification instruction has no error, and the master station sends a selection operation instruction to the target device first. Because the reading data modes are different and are respectively a telemetering type and a fixed value type, the selection operation instruction can be used for reading two types of data in the same instruction, and can also be divided into two instructions according to different types of the read data.
After receiving the selection operation instruction, the target device obtains an initial detection value by detecting the target fixed value according to the current state of the target device, and stores the initial detection value into telemetering initial data in a telemetering type and sends the initial detection value upwards; and simultaneously reading the initial value of the target fixed value stored in the fixed value editing area, storing the initial value into fixed value initial data according to the fixed value type, and sending the initial value upwards.
After receiving the telemetering initial data and the fixed value initial data, the master station analyzes the telemetering initial data and the fixed value initial data to obtain the initial detection value and the initial value, and simultaneously obtains a stored value of the target fixed value in the target device data stored in the master station. And respectively comparing the initial detection value, the initial value and the saved value. If the comparison shows that the target device is different, the master station judges that the target device is abnormal, stops the subsequent remote fixed value modification operation and sends out an alarm signal; and if the comparison result proves that the initial detection value, the initial value and the saved value are the same, the master station judges that the target device is normal.
For example, if the initial detection value is 100A, the initial value is 100A, and the stored value is 200A, the comparison results show that the three values are different, and the master station determines that the target device may be abnormal, and sends an alarm signal. And if the stored value is also 100A, the comparison shows that the three values are the same, and the master station judges that the target device is normal.
And the master station sends a modification instruction to the target device after judging that the target device is normal. And after receiving the modification instruction sent by the master station, the target device inquires the target constant value according to the modification instruction and executes a constant value modification operation. And after finishing, recording the modified value of the target constant value into a constant value editing area or storing the modified value of the target constant value into other storage spaces.
After a preset time threshold, for example 6 seconds, has elapsed after the master station transmits the modification command, the master station transmits an inverse calibration operation command to the target device. And after receiving the anti-calibration operation instruction, the target device sends the fixed value data to the master station. And if the master station does not receive the fixed value data within a preset receiving time threshold, for example, 5 seconds, the master station sends a reverse calibration operation instruction to the target device again, and waits for the same time again, and if the fixed value data is still not received, the master station sends the reverse calibration operation instruction again until the fixed value data is received, or after the reverse calibration operation instruction is continuously sent for a preset limited time threshold, for example, 20 seconds, the master station stops sending the reverse calibration operation instruction. And if the fixed value data is not received, sending out an alarm signal. Of course, the precondition for stopping sending the reverse calibration operation instruction may be that the number of times of continuously sending the reverse calibration operation instruction reaches a preset limited number of times. Similar preconditions are numerous and are not listed in this embodiment.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the target device is confirmed before the master station sends the modification instruction, so that the master station can discover the abnormal condition of the target device in advance, and further the master station is prevented from sending the modification instruction to the abnormal target device under the unknown condition, thereby causing safety accidents. The security and reliability of remote modify-valuing operations may be increased by prior validation of the target device.
Based on the above embodiment, further, the telemetry data further includes a telemetry time tag, and the fixed value data further includes a fixed value time tag, where the telemetry time tag is a time when the target fixed value is detected to be changed, and the fixed value time tag is a time when the target device modifies the target fixed value.
When the target device executes a modification fixed value operation according to a modification instruction, that is, modifies the value of the target fixed value, the modified value is stored in the fixed value data, and at the same time, the modified fixed value time tag T1 is stored in the fixed value data. When the target constant value is changed, the target device detects the target constant value, and if the target device detects that the target constant value is changed, the detected value is stored in the telemetry data, and the detected telemetry time tag T2 is stored in the telemetry data. Both the telemetry data and the fixed value data are then transmitted by the target device to the master station.
And after receiving the telemetering data and the fixed value data, the master station analyzes the telemetering data and the fixed value data, and further obtains the detection value, the modified value, the fixed value time tag T1 and the telemetering time tag T2. The primary station also compares the fixed time tag T1 and the telemetry time tag T2 while comparing the detected value, the modified value, and the target value. If the time difference between T1 and T2 is greater than a preset difference threshold, the main station determines that the modification time of the detection value and the modification value is not the same even if the detection value, the modification value and the target value are the same, and further determines that the remote modification operation fails. The difference threshold may be set according to an actual situation, for example, when the in-station device is in a clock synchronization state, the difference threshold may be set to 100 milliseconds; and in the asynchronous state, setting the time to be 1 second based on the clock of the integrated automatic monitoring system of the transformer substation. For convenience of description, in the following embodiments, the difference threshold is taken as 100 milliseconds. And if the time difference between T1 and T2 is less than the difference threshold, the primary station determines that the modification time of the detection value and the modification value is the same time or approximately the same time, namely the modification instruction for executing the operation of modifying the fixed value is the same instruction. And at the moment, if the detection value, the modification value and the target value are the same, the master station judges that the remote modification constant value operation is successful.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the master station further ensures the correctness of judging the success of the remote fixed value modifying operation by comparing the received telemetering time tag with the fixed value time tag, so that the safety and the reliability of the remote fixed value modifying operation are improved.
Based on the above embodiment, further, the modification instruction complies with an information protocol framework of IEC104 specification nested with IEC103 specification.
A scheduling data network is used as a communication physical channel between a master station and a transformer substation of the regulation and control system, and information is transmitted according to an IEC104 protocol. In the transformer substation, a substation control layer network of a transformer substation integrated automation system is used as a physical communication channel, and due to differences in system structures, transmission protocols and other aspects of remote fixed value modification technologies, equipment manufacturers are used for supporting, for example, information transmission is performed by using an IEC 103-based protocol, which is now commonly used. For convenience of description, the following examples are all given under the IEC103 specification, although there are some cases of non-IEC 103 specifications. Due to the non-uniformity of the communication protocol, the fixed value operation modes supported by the stability control device are not uniform, and further, the efficiency and accuracy of links such as the construction of a regulation and control system and the configuration and debugging of equipment are low. The embodiment of the invention provides an information protocol framework for embedding and packaging an IEC103 protocol in an IEC104 protocol, which is realized by using the general classification service operation of the IEC104 transparent transmission IEC103 protocol.
When the master station issues the modification instruction, the modification instruction is written in an IEC103 protocol mode, then the modification instruction written in the IEC103 protocol mode is packaged on an IEC104 protocol, and then the modification instruction is transmitted downwards through a scheduling data network. After the data communication network is shut down, the gateway machine decapsulates the modification instruction encapsulated by the IEC104 protocol, uses a substation control layer network of the transformer substation integrated automation system as a communication physical channel, adopts general classification service operation based on the IEC103 protocol to transmit the modification instruction downwards in the transformer substation, and finally forwards the modification instruction issued by the main station to the target device.
Correspondingly, for example, when the target device transmits the fixed value data to the master station, the target device transmits the fixed value data to the master station by using a general classification service based on IEC103 protocol, and after the data communication gateway arrives at the data communication gateway. And the gateway packages the fixed value data based on the IEC103 protocol by the IEC104 protocol and uploads the packaged fixed value data to the main station. For the telemetry data, since the IEC103 protocol and the IEC104 protocol both support the transmission of the telemetry data, when the gateway machine receives the telemetry data based on the IEC103 protocol, the IEC103 protocol only needs to be converted into the IEC104 protocol.
And the fixed value is remotely modified in order to complete various operations of modifying the fixed value by utilizing the general classification service of IEC104 transparent transmission IEC103 protocol. The following application preconditions are required:
1) and (4) original code transmission, wherein the IEC103 group number used for the fixed value of the stability control device is not specified. The regulation and control main station acquires a specific IEC103 group number of the constant value of the stability control device through group header calling or modification, and operates the stability control device through the IEC103 group number. The data communication network is not modified or redefined when being switched off and forwarded.
2) The upper part and the lower part are consistent, and the order of the fixed value items displayed by the panel of the stability control device is consistent with the network transmission order; the dimension of the item value displayed by the stabilizing and controlling device panel is consistent with the dimension of the network transmission value; the fixed value can not be lost in the precision of the communication relay node (telecontrol terminal, protocol gateway).
According to the embodiment of the invention, the information protocol framework of the IEC103 protocol is packaged by using the IEC104 protocol, so that the problems of non-uniform network communication protocols and non-uniform constant value operation modes supported by the stability control device can be well solved. The efficiency and the accuracy of links such as modulation control system construction, equipment configuration debugging and the like are improved.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a method for remotely modifying a constant value according to another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
step S11, receiving a modification instruction issued by a master station of a regulation and control system for modifying the target fixed value;
step S12, modifying the target fixed value according to the modification instruction, and recording the modified value of the target fixed value into a fixed value editing area;
step S13, sending telemetry data and fixed value data to the master station of the regulation and control system, where the telemetry data includes a detection value obtained by detecting the target fixed value, and the fixed value data includes a modified value of the target fixed value stored in the fixed value editing area, so that the master station of the regulation and control system determines whether the modification operation is successful according to the telemetry data and the fixed value data.
When the master station is ready to carry out remote fixed value modification operation on the target fixed value in the target device, a modification instruction is sent to the target device. And after receiving the modification instruction sent by the master station, the target device inquires the target fixed value according to the modification instruction and executes a fixed value modification operation. For example, if the received modification command is to modify the component 1 operation current constant to 200A, the target device queries the component 1 and modifies the operation current constant to 200A. And after finishing, recording the modified value 200A of the target fixed value into a fixed value editing area, or storing the modified value into other storage spaces. The target device may then transmit telemetry data and fixed value data to the master station. The telemetering data is a detection value detected when a target fixed value changes, and the detection value is sent upwards in a telemetering type; the fixed value data includes the modified value stored in the fixed value edit area.
After receiving the telemetry data and the fixed value data, the master station determines whether the modification fixed value operation is successful by comparing the telemetry data with the fixed value data.
To further illustrate the above embodiment, the following describes a successful process of remotely modifying the constant value of a complete stability control device, taking as an example that the master station wishes to modify the operation current of the element 2 in the stability control device M in the substation a from 200A to 400A.
First, the master station will first set a telemetry data storage area and a fixed value data storage area for the operating current of the element 2 of the device M in a real-time database.
Then, the master station sends a selection operation instruction to the device M, where the selection operation instruction is sent downward by using an information protocol framework in which the IEC104 protocol is nested and encapsulated with the IEC103 protocol.
After receiving the selection operation instruction, the device M collects and stores the required initial value 200A into the fixed value initial data, and collects and stores the telemetering initial value 200A into the telemetering initial data. And respectively transmit to the master station.
After receiving the constant value initial data and the telemetering initial data, the master station analyzes the initial value 200A and stores the initial value 200A in the constant value data storage area and the telemetering initial value 200A in the telemetering data storage area. And then acquiring the stored history of the device M to obtain the stored value 200A of the element 2 in the device M. By comparing the initial value 200A, the telemetry initial value 200A, and the saved value 200A, it can be seen that the device M is not abnormal.
Next, the master station sends modification instructions to the device M, including the target values 400A for the elements 2. And the modification instruction is sent downwards by adopting an information protocol framework of an IEC104 protocol nested and encapsulated IEC103 protocol. After the data communication gateway receives the modification instruction, the gateway decapsulates the modification instruction encapsulated by the IEC104 protocol, and transmits the modification instruction downward in the substation A by adopting a general classification service operation based on the IEC103 protocol, and finally forwards the modification instruction issued by the master station to the device M.
After receiving the modification instruction, the device M modifies the operation current of the element 2 from the original 200A to 400A according to the modification instruction. And records 400A as a modified value and the current time T1 as a constant time tag to the constant-value edit area. At this time, since the device M detects a change in the constant value of the operating current of the element 2, the operating current of the element 2 is detected, and the detected constant value of the operating current is changed from the original value of 200A to the current value of 400A, so that the detected value of 400A and the current time T2 are recorded as the telemetry time stamp in the telemetry data. Since the T2 and T1 differ by only one detection time, the difference should be in the order of milliseconds, e.g., 8 milliseconds.
The telemetry data can be uploaded at certain intervals, and the certain intervals can be specifically set according to different current conditions, for example, 10 seconds, namely, the telemetry data can be uploaded to the master station every 10 seconds.
After issuing the modification command, the master station waits for a certain time, for example, 6 seconds, and then sends an operation command for performing the correction to the device M. And after receiving the reverse calibration operation instruction, the device M obtains the modified value 400A and the fixed value time tag T1 of the element 2 in the fixed value editing area, records the modified value and the fixed value time tag into the fixed value data, and uploads the fixed value data to the master station.
After receiving the telemetry data and the fixed value data, the master station analyzes and obtains the detection value 400A, the telemetry time tag T2, the modified value 400A and the fixed value time tag T1. Saving the modified value 400A and the fixed value time tag T1 to the fixed value data storage area, and saving the detected value 400A and the telemetry time tag T2 to the telemetry data storage area.
Respectively comparing the modified value 400A, the detected value 400A and a target value 400A in the modified instruction; comparing the fixed time tag T1 with the telemetry time tag T2. It is found that the modified value and the detected value are the same as the target value, and the difference between T1 and T2 is within an allowable range of 100 milliseconds. And at the moment, the master station judges that the remote constant value modification operation is successful.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a master station of a regulation and control system according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the master station includes a first sending module 11, a first receiving module 12 and a processing module 13, wherein,
the first sending module 11 is configured to send a modification instruction for modifying a target fixed value to a target device, so that the target device modifies the target fixed value according to the modification instruction, and records the modified value of the target fixed value in a fixed value editing area; the first receiving module 12 is configured to receive telemetry data and fixed value data transmitted by the target device, wherein the telemetry data includes a detection value obtained by detecting the target fixed value, and the fixed value data includes a modified value of the target fixed value stored in the fixed value editing area; and a processing module 13 for determining whether the modification operation is successful according to the telemetry data and the fixed value data.
Specifically, when the master station prepares to perform a remote fixed value modification operation on a target fixed value in the target device, the first sending module 11 sends a modification instruction to the target device. After receiving the modification instruction sent by the first sending module 11, the target device queries the target fixed value according to the modification instruction and executes a fixed value modification operation.
After receiving the telemetry data and the fixed value data, the first receiving module 12 sends the telemetry data and the fixed value data to the processing module 13. The processing module 13 obtains the detection value and the modified value respectively through analysis, compares the two values, and if the comparison result is different, the processing module 13 determines that the remote modification fixed value operation fails and sends an alarm signal; if the comparison result is the same, the detection value and the modification value are compared with the target value in the modification instruction respectively, and if any comparison result is different, the processing module 13 judges that the remote modification fixed value operation fails and sends out an alarm signal; if the above comparisons all result in the same result, the processing module 13 determines that the remote fixed value modification operation is successful.
The master station provided in the embodiment of the present invention is configured to execute the method, and its functions refer to the method embodiments specifically, and detailed method flows thereof are not described herein again.
Based on the foregoing embodiment, further, the first sending module is configured to send a modification instruction for modifying a target fixed value to a target device, so that the target device modifies the target fixed value according to the modification instruction, and records the modified value of the target fixed value in a fixed value editing area, specifically:
the first sending module is used for sending a selection operation instruction to the target device; correspondingly, the first receiving module is further configured to receive telemetry initial data and fixed value initial data sent by the target device, wherein the telemetry initial data includes an initial detection value obtained by detecting the target fixed value, and the fixed value initial data includes an initial value of the target fixed value stored in the fixed value editing area; correspondingly, the processing module is further configured to compare the telemetry initial data, the fixed value initial data, and the stored target device data pairwise, and if the comparisons are equal, send an execution modification signal to the first sending module; the first sending module is further configured to send a modification instruction to the target device after receiving the execution modification signal, so that the target device modifies the target constant value according to the modification instruction, and records the modified value of the modified target constant value in a constant value editing area; and after a certain time threshold interval, sending a reverse calibration operation instruction to the target device.
Specifically, before sending the modification instruction to the target device, the target device needs to be selected first, that is, it is determined that there is no error in an object to which the modification instruction is to be sent, and the first sending module sends the selection operation instruction to the target device first.
And after receiving the telemetry initial data and the fixed value initial data, the first receiving module sends the telemetry initial data and the fixed value initial data to the processing module.
The processing module obtains the initial detection value and the initial value through analysis, and obtains a stored value of the target fixed value in the stored target device data. And respectively comparing the initial detection value, the initial value and the saved value. If the comparison result is different, the processing module judges that the target device is abnormal, stops the subsequent remote fixed value modification operation and sends out an alarm signal; and if the comparison result proves that the initial detection value, the initial value and the saved value are the same, the processing module judges that the target device is normal. And after judging that the target device is normal, the processing module sends an execution modification signal to the first sending module.
And the first sending module sends a modification instruction to the target device after receiving the execution modification signal. And the target device executes modification fixed value operation after receiving the modification instruction, namely modifying the target fixed value. And after finishing, recording the modified value of the target constant value into a constant value editing area or storing the modified value of the target constant value into other storage spaces.
The first sending module sends a reverse calibration operation instruction to the target device after a preset time threshold, for example, 6 seconds, has elapsed after sending the modification instruction. And after receiving the anti-calibration operation instruction, the target device sends the fixed value data to the first receiving module. And if the first sending module does not receive the fixed value data within a preset receiving time threshold, for example, 5 seconds, sending a reverse calibration operation instruction to the target device again, and waiting for the same time again, for 5 seconds, if the fixed value data is still not received, sending the reverse calibration operation instruction again until the fixed value data is received, or after the time for continuously sending the reverse calibration operation instruction reaches a preset limited time threshold, for example, 20 seconds, stopping sending the reverse calibration operation instruction. And if the fixed value data is not received, sending out an alarm signal.
The master station provided in the embodiment of the present invention is configured to execute the method, and its functions refer to the method embodiments specifically, and detailed method flows thereof are not described herein again.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the target device is selected before the master station sends the modification instruction, so that the master station can discover the abnormal condition of the target device in advance, and further the master station is prevented from sending the modification instruction to the abnormal target device under the unknown condition, thereby causing safety accidents.
Both the telemetry data and the fixed value data are then transmitted by the target device to the first receiving module.
And the first receiving module sends the telemetry data and the fixed value data to the processing module after receiving the telemetry data and the fixed value data. The processing module performs parsing to obtain the detection value, the modified value, the constant time tag T1 and the telemetry time tag T2. The processing module also compares the fixed time tag T1 and the telemetry time tag T2 while comparing the detected value, the modified value, and the target value. If the time difference between T1 and T2 is greater than a preset difference threshold, the processing module determines that the modification time of the detection value and the modification value is not the same and further determines that the remote modification operation fails, even if the detection value, the modification value and the target value are the same. And if the time difference between the T1 and the T2 is smaller than the difference threshold, the processing module determines that the modification time of the detection value and the modification value is the same time or approximately the same time, namely the modification instruction for executing the operation of modifying the constant value is the same instruction. At this time, if the detection value, the modification value and the target value are the same, the processing module judges that the remote modification fixed value operation is successful.
The master station provided in the embodiment of the present invention is configured to execute the method, and its functions refer to the method embodiments specifically, and detailed method flows thereof are not described herein again.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the master station further ensures the correctness of judging the success of the remote fixed value modifying operation by comparing the received telemetering time tag with the fixed value time tag, so that the safety and the reliability of the remote fixed value modifying operation are improved.

The second receiving module 21, after receiving the modification instruction sent by the master station, sends the modification instruction to the executing module 22. The execution module 22 queries the target constant value according to the modification instruction and executes a modification constant value operation. And after finishing, recording the modified value of the target constant value into a constant value editing area or storing the modified value of the target constant value into other storage spaces.
