本发明为综合收银称重一体机，涉及整个商超及物流行业，现有收银机只能单纯的进行扫码、计算及结算，综合收银称重一体机具备了常规收银机功能的同时，还具有称重、扫码识别及称重计算的功能和同时对多个商品进行识别的功能，并通过控制程序将称重、识别、计算、收银等功能进行一体结合，解决了超市、商场、物流等行业称重排队、收银排队及现场货物运转混乱等问题，同时提高收银效率，而且此综合称重收银一体机还能够实现无人智能操作，减少了收银员，为超市节约人力成本，提高效率。

技术领域
本发明专利涉及商超物流行业的智能收银称重领域，尤其涉及智能识别及商超类称重收银一体机市场的应用，适合于自动化发展的需求。
背景技术
现有收银机只能单纯的进行扫码、计算及结算，现场称重排队、结账排队及混乱现象严重。而且严重造成现场堵塞和影响货物运转。
发明内容
本发明专利涉及收银台功能和物流扫码称重的综合运用及自动化性能提升，现有收银机只能单纯的进行扫码、计算及结算，综合收银机具备了常规收银机功能的同时，还具有称重、扫码识别及称重计算的功能和同时对多个商品进行识别的功能，解决了现场称重排队、收银排队及现场货物运转混乱等问题，还能提高收银效率。而且此收银机还能够实现无人智能操作，减少了收银员，为超市节约人力成本，提高效率。
为实现上述目的，本发明专利采用以下技术方案来实现：
在原有收银设备具备扫码、价格计算功能基础上增加自动称重和计算功能，称重每个产品后重新清零，确保下个产品重量准确。
为每种商品制定条形码标签，条形码上带有文字（商品名称）并放置在相应商品旁边，方便拿取。
在超市放置台秤、弹簧秤等称重设备，顾客可以根据自己需求对需称重的商品进行按需按量拿取（在结账前知道重量）。所述前框架和后框架上的链条导轨为垂直环形导轨，由内导轨和外导轨组成。
顾客将需称重的货物装入食品袋，然后将条形码标签贴上即可，因为现在称重后也需要贴上价签，现在只是将价签换成条形码签。
通过新型收银设备直接扫码称重结账，不需要排队称重然后再排队结账。
不称重的商品在扫描范围内可以同时扫描多种商品，节约扫描时间，提高收银速度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步的描述。
如附图所示，本发明所述的收银系统包括①显示器，②运算主机（控制程序），③射频识别装置，④称重传送带，⑤传送带。
所述传送带⑤可以进行商品传送，节省了人工移动商品的过程，在将商品放到传送带上后，该传送带会将商品传送至称重传动带上，同时也传送进了扫描识别的范围。
称重传送带④是对需要称重的商品进行重量计量的装置，当商品经过此传送带时，会将商品的重量称出来，并反馈到系统中，在这个位置同时也是射频识别装置进行扫描识别的位置。
射频识别装置③是对条形码进行读取和传送数据的装置，当商品经过此位置时，扫描识别装置会扫描商品上的二维码，并将信息传送至系统；需要称重的商品每次放置一件，不需要称重的商品，可同时放置多件，扫描装置可以同时进行扫描读取。
运算主机②主要是电脑程序控制，也是核心，将接收到的数据进行分析分类，需要称重的进行重量、单价的计算，不需要称重的直接读取条形码进行价格累计和运算，最后将各种计算结果显示在显示器上；也可以已根据客户对功能的需求进行配置。
显示器①显示各种数据、运算结果和所需要显示的内容，体现收银结果正确性，实现人机对话的主要工具。

1.装置③具有称重和传送的双重功能，装置④在装置③的上方和周围，具有射频识别功能。
2.装置③称重传送和装置④射频扫描识别同时进行，然后由装置②运算主机进行程序控制，分类计算，将需要称重的进行重量与单价的合计计算，将不需要称重的直接读取价格信息进行计算，最终汇总成收银款项明细并按需求进行结算。
