Background
With the development of science and technology, automatic production has become a trend. In automated production lines, it is often necessary to count the number of products or workpieces being continuously transported on a conveyor belt or conveyor table. The traditional counting mode includes two types of manual counting and electronic counting devices. The manual counting mainly depends on counting the products on the line manually, so that the efficiency is low, the workload is large, and errors are easy to occur. Therefore, in order to save labor and increase counting efficiency, an electronic counting device is usually used to count the products on the production line.
Common electronic counting devices mainly adopt non-contact detection devices such as sensors or photoelectric switches and Hall switches to detect products transmitted on a production line, when the products pass through the production line, the detection devices can generate an initial counting signal, and then various counting devices count the number of the products. However, the counting mode of the electronic counting device is difficult to count products with small reflecting surfaces, is not easy to realize under the condition of high product transportation speed, has low detection accuracy, and is not suitable for the counting requirements of raw finished products or raw materials of large bar production lines and section steel production lines in steel plants.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a rotary dial counting device with a central rotary magnetic contact, so as to solve the problems of low accuracy and limited application range of the current product counting method.
The central rotary magnetic contact type rotary dial counting device provided by the invention comprises a magnetic electric contact detection sheet, a follow-up rotating shaft, a dial fixed on the follow-up rotating shaft and a rotary detection sheet arranged corresponding to the dial; the magnetic electric contact detection piece is fixed on one side of the rotation detection piece through the mounting bracket; moreover, a gap exists between the magnetic electric contact detection piece and the rotation detection piece; the dial is shifted along with the transmission of the articles to be counted, so as to drive the follow-up rotating shaft and the rotary detection sheet fixed on the follow-up rotating shaft to rotate; the rotation detection piece drives the magnetic electric contact detection piece to lift or fall back, so that an on-off detection signal is generated through an external circuit of the magnetic electric contact detection piece.

In other instances, well-known structures and devices are shown in block diagram form in order to facilitate describing one or more embodiments.
In automated production lines, individual workpieces are transported continuously on conveyor belts or conveyor roller tables. At present, common modes for counting a single workpiece include manual counting, detection counting, video automatic counting and the like, and the methods have certain defects and respectively have corresponding application occasions, so that the counting detection requirements of heavy products cannot be met. In a large bar production line or a profile steel production line, for example, angle steel is taken, the edge of the angle steel appears in a line form no matter seen from a side surface or a vertical surface, a small reflecting surface brings certain difficulty to traditional non-contact photoelectric detection, and especially when the conveying speed is high, the detection accuracy is obviously reduced.
The invention provides a contact type continuous counting device with lower cost, which can meet the counting and detecting requirements of rigid heavy small-section products, is suitable for the counting requirements of raw finished products or raw materials of large-scale bar production lines and section steel production lines in steel workshops, and has the advantages of simple structure and accurate counting.
To describe in detail the structure of a closed-casing generator-type rotary dial counting device according to an embodiment of the present invention, a specific embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 and 2 show sectional structures of a center rotary magnetic contact type rotary dial counting device according to an embodiment of the present invention from different angles, respectively.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the central rotation type magnetic contact type rotary dial counting device (hereinafter referred to as counting device) according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a magnetic electric contact detection piece 5, a follow-up rotation shaft 3, a dial 1 uniformly fixed on the follow-up rotation shaft 3, and a rotation detection piece 4 disposed corresponding to the dial 1; the rotation detection piece 4 is uniformly fixed on the position of the follow-up rotating shaft 3 far away from the dial 1, and the rotation detection piece 4 and the dial 1 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence in the axis direction of the follow-up rotating shaft 3. Further, the magnetic electric contact detection piece 5 is fixed to one side of the rotation detection piece 4 by the mounting bracket 2, and a gap exists between the magnetic electric contact detection piece and the rotation detection piece 4.

Specifically, the external circuit is an external closed loop where the magnetic electric contact detection piece is located, and when the rotation detection piece rotates to a position opposite to the magnetic electric contact detection piece, namely when the distance between the rotation detection piece and the magnetic electric contact detection piece is minimum, the rotation detection piece can adsorb the magnetic electric contact detection piece to lift (the rotation detection piece and the magnetic electric contact detection piece are not in contact), and the external circuit where the magnetic electric contact detection piece is located is disconnected; when the rotation detection piece continues to rotate to the position where the magnetic electric contact detection pieces are intersected and staggered, namely the distance between the rotation detection piece and the magnetic electric contact detection piece is the largest, the rotation detection piece loses the adsorption capacity on the magnetic electric contact detection piece, so that the magnetic electric contact detection piece is released and falls back, and a corresponding external circuit is conducted. Therefore, the passing of the articles is counted through the on-off of the external circuit, namely the detection signal can be the on-off signal of the external circuit.
It should be noted that, the rotation detection piece and the magnetic electric contact detection piece can also be placed in the loop of the external circuit at the same time, when the dial drives the follow-up rotation shaft to rotate to the position where the rotation detection piece corresponds to the magnetic electric contact detection piece, the rotation detection piece and the magnetic electric contact detection piece are mutually attracted and contacted under the condition that the attraction force of the rotation detection piece to the magnetic electric contact detection piece is enough, so that the external circuit is conducted; the follow-up rotating shaft continues to rotate until the rotation detection piece is separated from the magnetic electric contact detection piece, so that an external circuit with the rotation detection piece and the magnetic electric contact detection piece in the same position is disconnected; the structure can also enable the external circuit to generate on-off signals which can be used as counting signals for passing of the articles.
In order to ensure that the relative positions of the magnetic electric contact detection sheet 5 and the rotation detection sheet 4 of the counting device are stable in a static state, the follow-up rotating shaft 3 can be fixed on one side of the external transmission device through a bearing, and the dial 1 is positioned above the transmission device and is consistent with the material feeding direction of the articles on the transmission device; the magnetic electric contact detecting piece 5 is positioned on the side of the rotation detecting piece 4 through the mounting bracket 2. When article process counting assembly, an article can promote a dial-up 1 to rotate, and under dial-up 1's drive, follow-up rotation axis 3 can rotate under the supporting action of bearing to detect the rotation of rotation detection piece 4 through magnetism electric contact detection piece 5, and produce a corresponding detected signal.
Specifically, in the application process of the counting device, it is necessary to ensure that the axial direction of the follow-up rotating shaft 3 is perpendicular to the conveying direction of the articles, and the dial 1 is located at a position perpendicular to the material feeding direction of the articles, so that the dial 1 can be touched by the articles to be detected and rotated. For example, the counting device can be fixedly installed in a gap space below the conveying device, the follow-up rotating shaft 3 is perpendicular to a conveying chain or a conveying belt of the conveying device, and the dial 1 is located above the conveying device and corresponds to the feeding position of the articles.
In a specific embodiment of the present invention, the counting device further comprises an external control system and a display device connected to the control system, the magnetic electric contact detection sheet 5 is connected to the control system, the magnetic electric contact detection sheet 5 transmits the generated detection signal to the control system, and the control system can obtain the current counting information according to the detection signal and display the current counting information in real time through the display device; in addition, the counting information can be stored in the control system, so that the later-stage searching, statistics and the like of workers are facilitated.
It should be noted that, in the process of the rotation of the follow-up rotation shaft 3, the rotation detection piece 4 also rotates relative to the magnetic electric contact detection piece 5, when the rotation detection piece 4 rotates to a position opposite to the position of the magnetic electric contact detection piece 5, the magnetic electric contact detection piece 5 will generate a detection signal, when the rotation detection piece 4 rotates to a position staggered with the position of the magnetic electric contact detection piece 5, the detection signal will be disconnected, so that a detection signal with alternate on-off point contacts is generated, and the change of the signal can be regarded as a detection signal for passing an article.
According to the counting device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the setting positions and the number of the rotary detection sheets 4 are matched with the setting positions and the number of the dial-up 1, and the counting device can be adjusted according to the transmission speed of a product and the size of the product. The dial 1 and the rotation detection sheet 4 are correspondingly arranged, so that when an article passes through, one dial 1 is pushed to rotate, the detection sheet corresponding to the dial 1 is driven to rotate, and a detection signal is acquired through the magnetic electric contact detection sheet 5; when one dial 1 is pushed away, the dial 1 adjacent to the current dial 1 is pushed to the position of the previous dial 1 (the position where the article passes), and waits for the next article to pass.
In another embodiment of the invention, three uniformly distributed dials 1 and three rotation detection sheets 4 are welded and fixed on the follow-up rotating shaft 3, wherein the dials 1 are in a strip structure or a plate structure; the arrangement direction of the strip-shaped dial 1 is vertical to the follow-up rotating shaft 3, and the arrangement direction of the plate-shaped dial 1 and the follow-up rotating shaft 3 are positioned in the same plane, so that the dial 1 swings to drive the follow-up rotating shaft 3 to rotate. When an article passes through the counting device, the dial 1 drives the follow-up rotating shaft 3 and the rotation detection sheet 4 to rotate 120 degrees under the pushing of the article, so that the next dial 1 is in place to wait for the arrival of the article.
In addition, because the article can directly contact with the dial in the transmission process, and the speed of the conveyor belt is higher, the article is damaged certainly due to inertia impact when contacting with the dial. Therefore, in the counting device provided by the invention, the dial can be made of materials with low hardness and high wear resistance, for example, the dial can be made of cast iron, babbitt metal or bronze alloy, and the like, so that the articles can be prevented from being damaged when being in contact with the dial. Namely: the dial may be cast iron, babbitt, or bronze. The counting device can also be applied to various fields, for example, the counting device is applied to the metallurgy field, and the object to be detected can be angle steel, section steel or bar materials and the like.
According to the embodiment, the central rotation type magnetic contact type rotary dial counting device provided by the invention has the advantages that under the matching action of the dial and the rotary detection sheet, the magnetic electric contact detection sheet is promoted to generate on-off signals as detection signals for passing of articles, the common electric signals can be directly transmitted without the assistance of a special signal receiving system, the central rotation type magnetic contact type rotary dial counting device is suitable for articles with small edge area, the application range is wide, and the detection precision is high; in addition, the structure of the product detection equipment can be simplified, the manufacturing cost can be reduced, and the method can be applied to harsh production or processing environments.

the rotation detection piece drives the magnetic electric contact detection piece to lift or fall back, so that an on-off detection signal is generated through an external circuit of the magnetic electric contact detection piece.
