The first base 100 is internally provided with a first hollow chamber 90 having opposite first and second ends 101 and 102, the first end 101 being open and communicating with the first hollow chamber 90, the first end 101 being for receiving a chafing dish pot, and the second end 102 being for supporting on a supporting surface, such as the ground. The second substrate 110 is disposed in the first hollow chamber 90, and has a gap between an outer wall of the second substrate 110 and an inner wall of the first substrate 100, which together define the flue gas channel 80, the second substrate 110 has a third end 111 and a fourth end 112 opposite to each other, wherein the third end 111 is close to the first end 101, and the third end 111 has a heat source supporting part 113 for supporting a heat source, wherein the heat source refers to a device capable of heating a hot pot, such as: after the heat source is supported on the heat source supporting part 113, the hot pot body can be propped against the heat source or the heat conduction exhaust hood 120, and the heat source is used for heating the pot body to realize cooking; the third end 111 and the fourth end 112 have the second hollow chamber 70 therebetween, the fourth end 112 and the second end 102 have a gap therebetween and together define the receiving space 60. The heat-conducting exhaust hood 120 is disposed at the first end 101, and the air inlet 123 thereof is communicated with the flue gas channel 80. The filter cotton layer 11, the negative ion generating device 140, and the activated carbon layer 12 are disposed in the accommodating space 60 and communicate with each other, and communicate with the outside through the smoke outlet 13 of the second end 102. The air extracting device 130 is disposed in the second hollow chamber 70, the air extracting opening 131 of the air extracting device 130 is communicated with the flue gas channel 80, and the air outlet 132 thereof is communicated with the accommodating space 60. The oil smoke generated by the hot pot at the first end 101 enters the smoke channel 80 through the air inlet 123 of the heat conduction exhaust hood 120 due to the action of the exhaust device 130, and part of heat in the oil smoke is conducted to the heat conduction exhaust hood 120, and part of heat is consumed in the process of flowing through the smoke channel 80, so that the expansion and diffusion of the oil smoke are avoided, then the oil smoke is discharged into the accommodating space 60 from the air outlet 132 of the exhaust device 130, finally the oil smoke is filtered through the filter cotton layer 11 and the activated carbon layer 12, so that the oil smoke particles are combined with negative ions, finally the oil smoke is condensed and settled to be discharged out of the outside, and the diffusion of the oil smoke generated by the hot pot is effectively controlled, so that the oil smoke is effectively treated, and the environment is prevented from being polluted. Solves the problems that the oil smoke generated by boiling the hot pot is diffused everywhere, the oil smoke pollutes the environment and the oil smoke reduces the consumption experience of eaters.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 6, in this embodiment, there is also provided a dining apparatus 20, which includes an induction cooker 21 and the hot pot table 10 provided in the above embodiment, wherein the induction cooker 21 is disposed as a heat source in the second hollow chamber 70 and abuts against the heat source supporting portion 113. The hot pot is used for cooking, and meanwhile, environmental pollution is reduced, oil smoke diffusion is avoided, and the consumption experience of eaters is improved.
It should be noted that, due to the arrangement of the exhaust device 130, when the exhaust gas, i.e. the oil smoke, enters the negative ion generating device 140 through the heat conduction exhaust hood 120, the exhaust gas has stronger kinetic energy, so that the exhaust gas is discharged along the gap in the fire pot table 10 through the heat conduction exhaust hood 120 again, and the circulation of the air flow is realized, and the generated hot oil smoke is pressed when the hot pot is eaten due to the lower air flow temperature, so that the upward emission of the oil smoke is avoided again.

Claims (8)

1. A hot pot table, comprising:
a first substrate having a first hollow chamber, the first substrate having opposed first and second ends, the first end being open and communicating with the hollow chamber;
the second substrate is arranged in the first hollow cavity, the outer wall surface of the second substrate and the inner wall surface of the first substrate jointly define a flue gas channel, the second substrate is provided with a third end and a fourth end which are opposite, the third end is close to the first end, the third end is provided with a heat source supporting part for supporting a heat source, a second hollow cavity is arranged between the third end and the fourth end, the fourth end and the second end define an accommodating space, the second end is provided with a communication smoke outlet, and the smoke outlet is communicated with the accommodating space and the outside;
the heat-conducting exhaust hood is arranged at the first end, and an air inlet of the heat-conducting exhaust hood is communicated with the flue gas channel;
the exhaust device is arranged in the second hollow cavity, an exhaust port of the exhaust device is communicated with the smoke channel, and an exhaust port of the exhaust device is communicated with the accommodating space;
the negative ion generating device is arranged in the accommodating space;
the partition plate is arranged in the cavity of the second substrate and divides the second substrate into a third hollow cavity close to the third end and the second hollow cavity close to the fourth end;
the heat source supporting part comprises a heat source supporting ring detachably arranged at the third end and a third hollow chamber which is configured to accommodate the heat source, the partition plate is provided with a through hole which is communicated with the third hollow chamber and the second hollow chamber, the wall surfaces of the first substrate and the second substrate are respectively provided with a plurality of heat dissipation holes, and the heat dissipation holes are communicated with the third hollow chamber.
2. The hot pot table as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
the heat-conducting exhaust hood is detachably arranged at the first end.
3. The hot pot table as claimed in claim 2, wherein:
the cross section of the heat conduction exhaust hood is annular, a first bending abutting part and an exhaust part are sequentially arranged in the direction from the outer edge of the heat conduction exhaust hood to the axis, the exhaust part and the inner wall of the first substrate are arranged in parallel at intervals, and a plurality of air inlet holes which are uniformly arranged along the axis of the heat conduction exhaust hood are formed in the wall surface of the exhaust part;
the first bending abutting part abuts against the end face of the first end.
4. A hotpot table as claimed in claim 3, wherein:
the exhaust part is far away from one end of the first bending abutting part is provided with a pot body supporting ring, and the pot body supporting ring is configured to support the pot body.
5. The hot pot table as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
the fourth end is provided with a sealing part which extends towards the inner wall of the first matrix and is connected with the inner wall of the first matrix, and the inner wall of the first matrix, the outer wall of the second matrix and the sealing part jointly define the flue gas channel;
the exhaust opening of the exhaust device penetrates through the wall surface of the second substrate and is communicated with the smoke channel, and the exhaust opening penetrates through the end surface of the fourth end and is communicated with the accommodating space.
6. The hot pot table as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
the wall surface of the first substrate is provided with a plurality of heat dissipation holes, and the heat dissipation holes are positioned between the heat source supporting part and the first end.
7. The hot pot table of claim 1, further comprising:
a filter cotton layer and an active carbon layer;
the filter cotton layer, the anion generating device and the activated carbon layer are sequentially arranged in the accommodating space along the direction from the first end to the second end.
8. A catering assembly comprising:
an electromagnetic oven; and
a hotpot table as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7;
the induction cooker is abutted against the heat source supporting part.
