现参见图1,本发明的一个实施方案可包括一个汽车动力传动系10,该动力传动系包括一台发动机12(部分地示出),该发动机通过一个挠性板联轴器连接到一个变速器14(部分地示出)上,如将在以下更详尽进行说明。
发动机12可包括一个曲轴16,该曲轴可通过一个或多个紧固件20(如螺栓)连接到一个飞轮18上。在发动机12和变速器14连接在一起之前,可将飞轮18装配到发动机曲轴16上。

该挠性板联轴器可包括飞轮18和减振器组件32以及连接在两者间的一个挠性板40的至少一些部分。总体上,可将挠性板40连接在飞轮18与减振器组件32之间,该飞轮可连接到发动机曲轴上,并且减振器组件可安装在变速器14内。挠性板40可包括一个径向轮毂42、对于径向轮毂42径向外向安置的一个或多个驱动凸起44、对于这个或这些驱动凸起44径向外向安置的一个轴向密封轮毂46、以及对于轴向密封轮毂46径向外向安置的一个周边部分48。挠性板40可以用任何适当的方式(包括冲压和其他适当的处理)来制造。
通过轴向对准密封轮毂46并将其滑动进入油盖34的内部密封件38中可将挠性板40装配到变速器14上。可通过将这些驱动凸起44周向对准并插入减振器组件32内的对应的传动孔50中而将挠性板40进一步装配到变速器14上。在该挠性板40的这些驱动凸起44与减振器组件32内的这些传动孔50之间可提供从一种间隙配合到一种轻度过盈配合来阻止后移。同样,可将挠性板40用一个紧固件固定到减振器组件32上,例如用一个螺母52连接于减振器组件32的一个轮毂部分54的内部上并在两者之间挟持挠性板径向轮毂42的一部分。螺母52的夹持力可使用减振器组件32和挠性板40的轮毂42、54的在轴向面中的多个凸起或细齿(未示出)来补充。
能够以任何适当的方式将飞轮18连接至挠性板40。例如,可用任何适当的紧固件将飞轮18连接到挠性板40上。如图1所示,飞轮18可包括一个或多个轴向紧固件通孔56以接受一个或多个从中通过的相应的紧固件,如螺栓58,可将这些紧固件螺纹连接至一个或多个对应的紧固件上,如螺母60。如图所示,这些紧固件通孔56可包括任何适当的凹陷(例如沉孔),以在其中接收螺栓和螺母。可用任何适当的方式如通过焊接、铆合、整体成型等将这些螺母60连接至挠性板40的周边部分48。本领域中熟练的技术人员将会认识到这些螺栓58和螺母60是可倒置的,并且可在挠性板40与飞轮18之间提供任何其他适当的连接。
图2示出了本发明的另一个实施方案。本实施方案在许多方面与图1的实施方案相似,并且这些实施方案之间相同的数字总体上标明贯穿附图的多个视图中相同或者对应的元件。此外,此前的实施方案的说明通过引用结合在此并且其共同的主题总体上不再这里重复。
在本实施方案中,一个动力传动系110可包括一台发动机112和一个变速器114以及在两者之间的一个挠性板联轴器,该挠性板联轴器可包括一个飞轮118和一个减振器组件132以及连接在两者之间的一个挠性板140的至少一些部分。挠性板140可包括一个径向轮毂142和一个轴向凸缘148,该轴向凸缘对于径向轮毂142径向外向安置并大致处于挠性板140的一个周边部分。挠性板140还可包括其内的多个凹陷144以容纳可将飞轮118紧固于曲轴116上的多个紧固件120。
可通过首先安装挠性板140的径向轮毂142抵靠在减振器组件132的一个轮毂部分154上将挠性板140组装到变速器114上。然后,可限制挠性板140旋转并且以任何适当的方式将挠性板140固定到减振器组件132上,例如使用一个紧固件,如螺母152,它螺纹连接至减振器组件132的轮毂部分154的外部上并挟持两者之间的挠性板径向轮毂142的一部分。如图2清楚地示出,轮毂部分154可与一个油盖协作。
可将飞轮118以任何合适的方式连接到挠性板140上。例如,可用任何适当的紧固件将飞轮118连接到挠性板140上。如图2所示,飞轮118可包括一个或多个径向紧固件通道156以接收一个或多个紧固件158,如在通孔内的螺钉或螺栓。这些紧固件158可延伸通过挠性板140的轴向凸缘148内的多个轴向槽缝(未示出)。这些轴向槽缝允许在发动机112与变速器114之间的另外的轴向调整,例如在将发动机112组装到变速器114的过程中。

Claims (8)
1.一种用于湿式离合器变速器的挠性板联轴器,该挠性板联轴器包括挠性板,该挠性板通过一个螺母固定到变速器的减振器组件上,该螺母螺纹连接于减振器组件的毂部部分的内部上并且在减振器组件的毂部部分和螺母之间夹持挠性板毂部的一部分,从而阻止所述挠性板毂部与所述减振器组件的毂部部分之间的相对转动和轴向运动,该挠性板适配为连接到一个飞轮上,该飞轮被适配为连接到一个发动机曲轴上。
2.如权利要求1所述的挠性板联轴器,其中该挠性板联轴器被连接到一个双离合器变速器的一个减振器组件上。
3.一种挠性板联轴器,包括:
一个飞轮;
一个减振器组件,该减振器组件包括一个毂部部分;
一个挠性板,该挠性板包括被轴向地紧固到该减振器组件的毂部部分上的一个毂部,这样从而阻止所述挠性板毂部与所述减振器组件的毂部部分之间的相对转动和轴向运动,以及紧固到该飞轮上的一个周边部分;以及
一个螺母,该螺母与该减振器组件的毂部部分连接并夹持在该螺母与该减振器组件的毂部部分之间的该挠性板的毂部的至少一部分上。
4.如权利要求3所述的挠性板联轴器,其中该挠性板进一步包括与该周边部分以及该飞轮连接的多个紧固件。
5.如权利要求3所述的挠性板联轴器,其中该挠性板进一步包括一个轴向凸缘,该轴向凸缘大致在该挠性板的周边部分对于该挠性板的毂部径向外向地安置并连接到该飞轮上。
6.如权利要求3所述的挠性板联轴器,进一步包括在挠性板中的多个凹陷,这些凹陷被适配为容纳用于该飞轮的多个紧固件。
7.一种动力传动系,包括:
发动机的一个飞轮;
变速器的一个减振器组件;
用于在该发动机的一个飞轮与该变速器的减振器组件之间进行连接的挠性板,该挠性板包括:
一个毂部,该毂部被适配为经由一个螺母被轴向地紧固在该减振器组件上,所述螺母连接到所述减振器组件的毂部部分并且在所述减振器组件的毂部部分和所述螺母之间夹持所述挠性板毂部的一部分,从而阻止所述挠性板毂部与所述减振器组件的毂部部分之间的相对转动和轴向运动;
