本发明公开了一种轴承密封件,属机械配件技术领域,该轴承密封件,包括设于轴承外圈和轴承内圈之间的密封件本体,所述密封件本体的外端穿装于轴承外圈内,所述密封件本体的内端设有卡头,所述卡头上卡接有环形的油碗,所述油碗的碗底低于所述轴承内圈的外端,所述油碗外侧壁的顶端通过横向的卡部与所述卡头相卡接,所述油碗的内侧壁通过横向的连接板设有位于所述密封件本体内侧的档板,所述档板的顶端超出所述密封件本体的内端;所述档板的底端设有嵌装于所述轴承内圈的榫头。本发明可以解决现有轴承密封件时间久了不但灰尘及污油易进入及轴承运行过程中油污易被甩出的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械配件技术领域,尤其是一种用于轴承的密封件。
背景技术
轴承密封件是一种分别设于轴承两侧的用于隔挡外部灰尘及污物进入滚珠容腔内,及防止滚珠容腔内的润滑油在轴承运行过程中被甩出的元件,一种如图1所示的轴承密封件,包括设于轴承外圈01和轴承内圈02之间的滚珠03和设于轴承两侧的位于轴承外圈01和轴承内圈02之间的密封件本体04,所述密封件本体04的一端穿装于轴承外圈01内,另一端与轴承内圈02相抵接;如此,该轴承密封件存在着:长期高速旋转的轴承易使密封件本体04与轴承内圈02相抵接的一端产先间隙,时间久了不但灰尘及污油易进入,而且,轴承运行过程中油污易被甩出,对周边造成污染。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种轴承密封件,这种轴承密封件可以解决现有轴承密封件时间久了不但灰尘及污油易进入及轴承运行过程中油污易被甩出的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:这种轴承密封件,包括设于轴承外圈和轴承内圈之间的密封件本体,所述密封件本体的外端穿装于轴承外圈内,所述密封件本体的内端设有卡头,所述卡头上卡接有环形的油碗,所述油碗的碗底低于所述轴承内圈的径向外端,所述油碗外侧壁的顶端通过横向的卡部与所述卡头相卡接,所述油碗的内侧壁通过横向的连接板设有位于所述密封件本体的轴向内侧的挡板,所述挡板的顶端超出所述密封件本体的内端;所述挡板的底端设有嵌装于所述轴承内圈的榫头。
上述技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:所述密封件本体从靠近滚珠的内侧往远离滚珠的外侧倾斜设置。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、由于密封件本体的内端设有卡头,卡头上卡接有环形的油碗,油碗外侧壁的顶端通过横向的卡部与卡头相卡接,油碗的内侧壁通过横向的连接板设有位于密封件本体的轴向内侧的挡板,挡板的底端设有嵌装于轴承内圈的榫头;这样,密封件本体的外端穿装于轴承外圈内,其内端通过油碗嵌装于轴承内圈内,长期高速旋转的轴承不会使密封件本体与轴承内圈产先间隙,时间久了不会有灰尘及污油易进入;而油碗的碗底低于轴承内圈的径向外端,挡板的顶端超出密封件本体的内端;可使轴承运行过程中被甩出的油污从密封件本体和挡板之间的通道内进入油碗,不会对周边造成污染;
2、由于密封件本体从靠近滚珠的内侧往远离滚珠的外侧倾斜设置,这样,对被甩出的油污不但有个更好的导向作用,还使油污流的顺畅。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
图2所示的轴承密封件,包括分别设于轴承两侧的位于轴承外圈1和轴承内圈2之间的密封件本体4,密封件本体4从靠近滚珠3的内侧往远离滚珠3的外侧倾斜设置;密封件本体4的外端穿装于轴承外圈1内,密封件本体4的内端设有卡头41,卡头41上卡接有环形的油碗5,油碗5的碗底54低于轴承内圈2的径向外端,油碗5外侧壁52的顶端通过横向的卡部51与卡头41相卡接;油碗5的内侧壁55通过横向的连接板53设有位于密封件本体4轴向内侧的挡板56,挡板56的顶端超出密封件本体4的内端;挡板56的底端设有嵌装于轴承内圈2内的榫头。这样,密封件本体4的外端穿装于轴承外圈1内,其内端通过油碗5嵌装于轴承内圈2内,长期高速旋转的轴承不会使密封件本体与轴承内圈产先间隙,时间久了不会有灰尘及污油易进入;而油碗5的碗底54低于轴承内圈2的外端,挡板56的顶端超出密封件本体4的内端;可使轴承运行过程中被甩出的油污从密封件本体和挡板之间的通道内进入油碗,不会对周边造成污染。

1.一种轴承密封件,包括设于轴承外圈和轴承内圈之间的密封件本体,所述密封件本体的外端穿装于轴承外圈内,其特征在于:所述密封件本体的内端设有卡头,所述卡头上卡接有环形的油碗,所述油碗的碗底低于所述轴承内圈的径向外端,所述油碗外侧壁的顶端通过横向的卡部与所述卡头相卡接,所述油碗的内侧壁通过横向的连接板设有位于所述密封件本体的轴向内侧的挡板,所述挡板的顶端超出所述密封件本体的内端;所述挡板的底端设有嵌装于所述轴承内圈的榫头。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轴承密封件,其特征在于:所述密封件本体从靠近滚珠的内侧往远离滚珠的外侧倾斜设置。
