Abstract
The invention discloses a device, a method and an application for auxiliary stay wire termination of a stay wire tower of an ultra-high voltage transmission line, which can quickly terminate the stay wire by designing a brand-new structure and have the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation and high construction speed. The technical proposal is as follows: the device part mainly comprises an upper base plate, a lower fire curved plate and a fastener; a plug is arranged below the upper substrate; the lower fire bent plate is provided with a jack matched with the plug, and is also provided with a connecting hole; the upper base plate and the lower fire bent plate are provided with through holes, and the upper base plate and the lower fire bent plate are fastened into a whole by the fastening piece; the upper base plate and the lower fire bent plate are respectively provided with a concave part for accommodating the embedded part.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field related to electric power engineering, in particular to a device, a method and application for auxiliary stay wire termination of an extra-high voltage transmission line stay wire tower.
Background
With the rapid development of the ultra-high voltage power grid, the dry-shaped wire-drawing tower is widely applied in the ultra-high voltage power transmission line engineering for reducing the construction cost and improving the economic benefit. Because the extra-high voltage line pull tower is higher, the whole quality is larger, and the mature pull tower pull wire final tightening technology has important significance for safe and efficient installation of the pull tower.
The existing wire tensioning technology in the ultra-high voltage transmission line wire tensioning tower installation process is still immature, has low efficiency and high difficulty, and is difficult to operate due to collision of wire tensioning hardware or wire tensioning and auxiliary tensioning combined tools in the wire tensioning process.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a pull-wire final tightening auxiliary device for a pull-wire tower of an ultra-high voltage transmission line. The invention can carry out quick final tightening of the stay wire by designing a brand new structure, and has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation and high construction speed.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention adopts the following technical scheme:
an extra-high voltage transmission line guy tower guy final tightening auxiliary device, includes:
an upper base plate, a lower curved plate and a fastener;
a plug is arranged below the upper substrate;
the lower fire bent plate is provided with a jack matched with the plug, and is also provided with a connecting hole;
the upper base plate and the lower fire bent plate are provided with through holes, and the upper base plate and the lower fire bent plate are fastened into a whole by the fastening piece;

The invention also provides a method based on the device, which mainly comprises the following steps:
A. connecting the bottom stay wire fitting with an embedded part on a foundation, connecting the top stay wire fitting with the top of the stay wire, and connecting the top stay wire fitting with a hanging point of the iron tower stay wire fitting;
B. the upper base plate and the lower fire bent plate are respectively arranged above and below the bottom stay wire fitting, the embedded part is arranged in the concave part, and then the upper base plate and the lower fire bent plate are fastened into a whole by using a fastener;
C. the U-shaped ring is connected with the second base part into a whole through a fastener, and then the U-shaped ring, the tension meter, the lever block, the temporary stay wire and the wire clamping device are connected into a whole in sequence, and the wire clamping device is clamped and fixed at the middle lower part of the stay wire;
D. temporarily final tightening is carried out through the lever block until the tensile force meets the design requirement;
E. and connecting the lower end of the stay wire with a bottom stay wire fitting, then tightening the bottom stay wire fitting to completely bear the force, and finally removing the upper base plate and the lower fire bent plate.
Preferably, the embedded part on the foundation is a U-shaped embedded part.
Preferably, the embedded part is made of metal.
The invention also claims the application of the device in the final tightening work of the guy tower.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
1. the whole structure is simple, the processing and the manufacturing are easy, and the manufacturing cost is low.

The fire bent plate has a certain angle, so that the contact between a stay wire fitting or a stay wire and an auxiliary final tightening combination tool in the stay wire final tightening process is effectively avoided, the fire bent plate is attached to the actual site, and the actual site final tightening operation is utilized.
3. The device is directly and tightly connected with the bottom stay wire fitting to form an effectively stressed support whole, and the device can not generate instability and fall off, so that the construction safety is improved.
4. The bottom stay wire fitting can be mounted in advance and an anchor point is formed when the tower is erected, and stay wire final tightening operation can be performed quickly and directly after the tower is erected, so that the dead time of a crane and personnel is shortened, the construction speed and efficiency are improved, and the construction period is shortened.
5. The wire drawing final tightening device is convenient to install, simple and quick to operate, and capable of effectively saving manpower and material resources and saving construction cost.

an upper base plate 1, a lower fire bent plate 2 and a fastener 3;
a plug 1-2 is arranged below the upper substrate 1;
the lower fire bent plate 2 is provided with a jack 2-3 which is matched with the plug 1-2, and the lower fire bent plate 2 is also provided with a connecting hole 2-7;
the upper base plate 1 is provided with a through hole 1-1, the lower fire bent plate 2 is provided with a through hole 2-4, and the upper base plate 1 and the lower fire bent plate 2 are fastened into a whole by the fastener 3;
the upper base plate 1 and the lower fire bent plate 2 are respectively provided with a concave part 2-1 for accommodating an embedded part 5.
The lower fire bent plate 2 comprises a first base part 2-2, a middle connecting part 2-6 and a second base part 2-8 which are sequentially connected, wherein an included angle between the first base part 2-2 and the middle connecting part 2-6 is larger than 0 and smaller than 90 degrees, and an included angle between the second base part 2-8 and the middle connecting part 2-6 is larger than 0 and smaller than 90 degrees.
Meanwhile, the first base 2-2 is provided with a protruding part 2-5, and the protruding part is provided with a central hole which is communicated with the through holes on the upper base plate 1 and the lower fire bent plate 2, so that the fastening piece 3 penetrates through the through holes on the upper base plate, the central hole and the through holes on the lower base plate to fasten the upper base plate 1 and the lower fire bent plate 2 into a whole.
Preferably, the connecting holes 2-7 are located on the second base.
The method for carrying out wire drawing final tightening by utilizing the device mainly comprises the following steps:
A. the bottom stay wire fitting 4 is connected with an embedded part 5 positioned on a foundation, the top stay wire fitting 7 is connected with the top of a stay wire 6, and the top stay wire fitting 7 is connected with a hanging point of the iron tower stay wire fitting;
B. placing the upper substrate 1 above the bottom stay wire fittings 4, placing the lower fire curved plates 2 below the bottom stay wire fittings 4 respectively, placing the embedded parts 5 in the concave parts 2-1, inserting the plugs 1-2 into the jacks 2-3, and then fastening the upper substrate 1 and the lower fire curved plates 2 into a whole by using the fasteners 3; the state of step B is completed, as shown with reference to fig. 5;
C. the U-shaped ring is connected with the second base part into a whole through a fastener (namely, the fastener penetrates through the U-shaped ring and the connecting holes 2-7 on the second base part 2-8), and then the U-shaped ring, the tension meter, the lever block, the temporary stay wire and the wire clamping device are connected into a whole in sequence, and the wire clamping device is clamped and fixed at the middle lower part of the stay wire 6;
D. temporarily final tightening is carried out through the lever block until the tensile force meets the design requirement;
E. the lower end of the stay wire 6 is connected with the bottom stay wire fitting 4, then the bottom stay wire fitting 4 is tightened to be fully stressed, the U-shaped ring, the tension meter, the lever block, the temporary stay wire and the wire clamping device are removed, and finally the fastener 3 is loosened, the upper base 1 and the lower fire bent plate 2 are removed. The completed state is shown in fig. 6.
As a common workpiece, the embedment 5 is generally selected as a U-shaped embedment.
In the embodiment, when the step D is carried out, the top end of the stay wire transmits force to the iron tower, and the force at the bottom is transmitted to the lower fire bent plate 2, because the bottom stay wire fitting 4 is connected with the embedded part 5 into a whole, the fastening pieces 3 for the upper base plate and the lower fire bent plate penetrate through the bottom stay wire fitting 4, so the force applied by the lower fire bent plate 2 is transferred to the bottom stay wire fitting 4, and the bottom stay wire fitting 4 transfers the force to the embedded part 5, so that the force transfer is completed (namely, the lower fire bent plate 2 provides an anchoring point for the U-shaped ring).
The second base part 2-8 is connected with the first base part 2-2 through the middle connecting part 2-6, so the second base part 2-8 is far away from the embedded part 5, and the two sides of the second base part 2-8 are provided with enough large spaces, so the installation of the U-shaped ring, the tension gauge, the lever block, the temporary stay wire and the wire clamping device can be facilitated, and the use of the lever block is facilitated.
The embodiment also needs to protect the application of the device in the final tightening work of the guy tower.
It should be noted that, the bottom stay wire fitting and the top stay wire fitting according to the present invention are existing devices, and specific structures of the bottom stay wire fitting and the top stay wire fitting are not described in the present embodiment.

an upper base plate, a lower curved plate and a fastener;
a plug is arranged below the upper substrate;
the lower fire bent plate is provided with a jack matched with the plug, and is also provided with a connecting hole;
the upper base plate and the lower fire bent plate are provided with through holes, and the upper base plate and the lower fire bent plate are fastened into a whole by the fastening piece;
the upper base plate and the lower fire bent plate are respectively provided with a concave part for accommodating the embedded part;
the lower fire curved plate comprises a first base part, a middle connecting part and a second base part which are sequentially connected;
the included angle between the first base part and the middle connecting part is larger than 0 degrees and smaller than 90 degrees;
the included angle between the second base part and the middle connecting part is larger than 0 degrees and smaller than 90 degrees.
2. The extra-high voltage transmission line guy tower guy termination auxiliary device of claim 1, wherein the first base has a protrusion with a central hole that is in communication with the through holes in the upper base plate and the lower curved plate.
3. The extra-high voltage transmission line guy tower guy termination aid of claim 1, wherein the connection hole is located on the second base.
4. A method based on the extra-high voltage transmission line guy tower guy final tightening auxiliary device as claimed in any one of claims 1-3, characterized by the following steps:
A. connecting the bottom stay wire fitting with an embedded part on a foundation, connecting the top stay wire fitting with the top of the stay wire, and connecting the top stay wire fitting with a hanging point of the iron tower stay wire fitting;
B. the upper base plate and the lower fire bent plate are respectively arranged above and below the bottom stay wire fitting, the embedded part is arranged in the concave part, and then the upper base plate and the lower fire bent plate are fastened into a whole by using a fastener;
C. the U-shaped ring is connected with the second base part into a whole through a fastener, and then the U-shaped ring, the tension meter, the lever block, the temporary stay wire and the wire clamping device are connected into a whole in sequence, and the wire clamping device is clamped and fixed at the middle lower part of the stay wire;
D. temporarily final tightening is carried out through the lever block until the tensile force meets the design requirement;
E. and connecting the lower end of the stay wire with a bottom stay wire fitting, then tightening the bottom stay wire fitting to completely bear the force, and finally removing the upper base plate and the lower fire bent plate.
