Experimental example 1
The vehicle interior cleaner in the examples was prepared as follows: the artificial dirt is prepared by mixing beef tallow, lard and vegetable oil according to the mass ratio of 0.5: 1, and adding 5% of glycerin monostearate by mass of the total mass of the mixture, wherein the artificial dirt is the artificial dirt (the shelf life of the artificial dirt is 6 months when the artificial dirt is placed in a refrigerator refrigerating chamber).
Heating the artificial dirt on an electric furnace to 180 ℃, stirring and keeping the temperature for 10min, transferring the beaker to an electromagnetic stirrer for stirring, and naturally cooling to the required temperature for later use. Smearing temperature recommendation reference: when the room temperature is 20 ℃, the oil temperature is required to be 80 ℃; when the room temperature is 25 ℃, the oil temperature is 45 ℃; when the room temperature is lower than 17 ℃ or higher than 27 ℃, the test is not easy to be carried out, and the test needs to be carried out in an air-conditioned room. If necessary, a vertical type decontamination machine with a freezing device is used. Then, the evaluation is carried out according to the method steps in appendix B of GB9985-2000, and the detection results are shown in Table 3.

Claims (9)

1. The vehicle interior cleaning agent is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 0.1-6 parts of low-odor alcohol ether solvent, 0.1-0.8 part of alcohol ether carboxylic acid or salt thereof, 0.1-0.8 part of alkyl glycoside, 0.05-0.5 part of dispersant, 92.2-99.6 parts of water, 0.01-0.1 part of citric acid and 0.05-0.5 part of limonene;
the low-odor alcohol ether solvent is diethylene glycol ethyl ether;
the alcohol ether carboxylic acid or the salt thereof is 88 percent of H type C12-14AEC-9H, 28% Na form C12-14AEC-9Na or 98% Na form C12- 14AEC-9Na。
2. The vehicle interior cleaner according to claim 1, wherein the alkyl glycoside is APG1214, APG 0810, or APG 0814, and the content is 50% or more and the content of free alcohol is 0.5% or less.
3. The vehicle interior cleaner according to claim 1, wherein the dispersant is a polyacrylate.
4. The vehicle interior cleaner according to claim 3, wherein the dispersant is Sokalan PA25 CL.
5. The vehicle interior cleaner according to claim 1, wherein the citric acid is food grade citric acid monohydrate; the water is selected from deionized water or tap water; the limonene is selected from D-limonene.
6. The vehicle interior cleaner according to claim 1, wherein the raw material further comprises: antibacterial agents or pigments.
7. The vehicle interior cleaning agent is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2.5-4.5 parts of diethylene glycol ethyl ether, 0.2-0.5 part of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene (9) ether carboxylate, 0.4-0.4 part of alkyl glycoside APG 08140.2, 0.06-0.2 part of polyacrylate dispersant Sokalan PA25CL 0.06, 94.10-97.0 part of deionized water, 0.01-0.05 part of citric acid and 0.1-0.25 part of lemon oil.
8. The vehicle interior cleaner according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the detergent has a pH of 6.5 to 7.5.
9. A method for producing a vehicle interior cleaner according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that: sequentially adding the low-odor alcohol ether solvent, the fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene (9) ether carboxylate, the alkyl glycoside and the polyacrylate dispersant into a blending kettle according to the weight part ratio, uniformly stirring, adding water, stirring for dissolving, gradually adding citric acid, adjusting the pH value to 6.5-7.5, adding limonene for defoaming and blending, uniformly stirring, filtering and packaging to obtain the vehicle interior cleaning agent.
