Abstract
本发明属于塑料制品的加工技术领域,具体涉及一种延长塑料制品抗菌效果的加工方法,将塑料制品的原料按重量比混合后,经过密炼得到密炼物,然后加入相当于其总重量2.5‑3.2%的聚乙烯醇浸胶纤维,在温度为50‑60℃的条件下保温搅拌50分钟,然后在105‑115℃的温度下密炼5分钟,造粒,放入模具成型。本发明中方法利用多次交联在聚乙烯醇纤维表面包裹多层非溶出性抗菌物质,该杀菌物质在电场引力作用下达到灭菌目的,持久性好,抑菌率达到99.99%到100%,用于家电等塑料制品,在长期使用或反复擦拭多次后,抑菌率保持性较好;聚乙烯醇浸胶纤维对素质材料的外观及机械性能基本没有影响,易于推广使用。

技术领域
本发明属于塑料制品的加工技术领域,具体涉及一种延长塑料制品抗菌效果的加工方法。
背景技术
随着科学技术的发展,人们对环境微生物的研究和认识水平不断提高,在利用有益微生物的同时也在警惕致病性微生物的为害,抗菌塑料是一类具有抑菌和杀菌性能的新型材料,由其制成的各种制品有卫生自洁功能,广泛应用于化工、纤维、视频、电机、水泥等行业,抗菌塑料中使用的抗菌剂可归纳为有机类、无机类和天然类等,有机类抗菌剂杀菌能力强、即效好,但存在毒害性安全性较差,会产生微生物耐药性,化学稳定性较差,在塑料中易迁移等不足,耐热性差,在高温条件下易分解失效,因此其应用范围较窄;无机抗菌剂利用金属离子的抗菌杀菌作用来抑制细菌的生长繁殖,主要包括银、铜、锌集中,抗菌离子通常由某些无机物载带,如沸石、磷酸盐、羟基磷灰石、可溶性玻璃等,通过缓释作用以提高抗菌长效性,现有技术中通过离子交换、多层薄膜等技术,获得抗菌性强、不变色的复合型无菌抗菌剂,并通过抗菌木料技术制造抗菌塑料及其制品,强化抗菌力的发挥,但是现在我国的抗菌塑料长效性较低,因此,需要对塑料制品,尤其家电和日常用品中的抗菌功能进一步研究。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供了一种延长塑料制品抗菌效果的加工方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种延长塑料制品抗菌效果的加工方法,将塑料制品的原料按重量比混合后,经过密炼得到密炼物,然后加入相当于其总重量2.5-3.2%的聚乙烯醇浸胶纤维,在温度为50-60℃的条件下保温搅拌50分钟,然后在105-115℃的温度下密炼5分钟,造粒,放入模具成型;
其中,聚乙烯醇浸胶纤维的制备方法为:将聚乙醇纤维脱脂处理后,将质量浓度为0.8-1.5%的(3S,4S)-3-[(R)-1-(叔丁基二甲基硅氧基)乙基]-4-[(R)-1-羰乙基]-2-氮杂环丁酮的水溶液均匀喷洒在聚乙醇纤维表面,在85-105℃的条件下交联3分钟,然后再次喷洒质量浓度为0.8-1.5%的(3S,4S)-3-[(R)-1-(叔丁基二甲基硅氧基)乙基]-4-[(R)-1-羰乙基]-2-氮杂环丁酮的水溶液,重复2次,每次交联完成后与下次交联反应前间隔时间不少于15分钟,得到聚乙烯醇浸胶纤维。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述聚乙烯醇浸胶纤维的长度为8-15mm,细度为2.75dtex。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述聚乙烯醇浸胶纤维采用生物法脱脂,具体步骤为:将聚乙烯醇纤维脱水至含水量为10%以下,然后将聚乙烯醇纤维、酿酒酵母和水以10:0.008:100的质量比混合,在25℃的条件下搅拌处理5天即得。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述塑料制品原料为聚丙烯、聚酰胺、聚苯乙烯、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物、聚甲醛、聚碳酸酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚对苯二甲丁二醇酯、聚苯醚中的任意一种或几种混合组成的材料。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述(3S,4S)-3-[(R)-1-(叔丁基二甲基硅氧基)乙基]-4-[(R)-1-羰乙基]-2-氮杂环丁酮的水溶液的三次的浓度依次为1.5%、1.2%、0.8%,对应的交联温度依次为85℃、95℃、105℃。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:本发明中方法利用多次交联在聚乙烯醇纤维表面包裹多层非溶出性抗菌物质,该杀菌物质在电场引力作用下,使细菌细胞壁和细胞膜上负电荷分布不均匀,使其破裂而达到灭菌目的,持久性好,抑菌率达到99.99%到100%,用于家电等塑料制品,在长期使用或反复擦拭多次后,抑菌率保持性较好;聚乙烯醇浸胶纤维对素质材料的外观及机械性能基本没有影响,易于推广使用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种延长塑料制品抗菌效果的加工方法,将塑料制品的原料按重量比混合后,经过密炼得到密炼物,然后加入相当于其总重量2.5-3.2%的聚乙烯醇浸胶纤维,在温度为50-60℃的条件下保温搅拌50分钟,然后在105-115℃的温度下密炼5分钟,造粒,放入模具成型;
其中,聚乙烯醇浸胶纤维的制备方法为:将聚乙醇纤维脱脂处理后,将质量浓度为0.8-1.5%的(3S,4S)-3-[(R)-1-(叔丁基二甲基硅氧基)乙基]-4-[(R)-1-羰乙基]-2-氮杂环丁酮的水溶液均匀喷洒在聚乙醇纤维表面,在85-105℃的条件下交联3分钟,然后再次喷洒质量浓度为0.8-1.5%的(3S,4S)-3-[(R)-1-(叔丁基二甲基硅氧基)乙基]-4-[(R)-1-羰乙基]-2-氮杂环丁酮的水溶液,重复2次,每次交联完成后与下次交联反应前间隔时间不少于15分钟,得到聚乙烯醇浸胶纤维。
其中,所述聚乙烯醇浸胶纤维的长度为8-15mm,细度为2.75dtex。
其中,所述聚乙烯醇浸胶纤维采用生物法脱脂,具体步骤为:将聚乙烯醇纤维脱水至含水量为10%以下,然后将聚乙烯醇纤维、酿酒酵母和水以10:0.008:100的质量比混合,在25℃的条件下搅拌处理5天即得。
其中,所述塑料制品原料为聚丙烯、聚酰胺、聚苯乙烯、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物、聚甲醛、聚碳酸酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚对苯二甲丁二醇酯、聚苯醚中的任意一种或几种混合组成的材料。
其中,所述(3S,4S)-3-[(R)-1-(叔丁基二甲基硅氧基)乙基]-4-[(R)-1-羰乙基]-2-氮杂环丁酮的水溶液的三次的浓度依次为1.5%、1.2%、0.8%,对应的交联温度依次为85℃、95℃、105℃。
以PA树脂为原料,按照本发明种方法加工制得塑料,检查抑菌率达到100%,然后将所得塑料放到55-60℃的环境中放置48小时后取出,检查其抑菌率达到96.2%,仍处于较高水平,应用于洗衣机内外桶、冰箱水果盒和抽屉、风扇扇叶、产品外壳、小家电底座、豆浆机机头盖、电水壶外壳,在高温老化后,仍能够保持较好的抑菌性。
以ABS树脂为原料,按照本发明种方法加工制得塑料,检查抑菌率达到100%,采用GB/T16422.2用氙弧灯老化处理6000小时,检查其抑菌率达到93.5%左右,仍处于较高水平,可应用于家电面板和壳体、冰箱内胆、微波炉门面等,起到持久抗菌的作用。
Claims (5)
1.一种延长塑料制品抗菌效果的加工方法,其特征在于,将塑料制品的原料按重量比混合后,经过密炼得到密炼物,然后加入相当于其总重量2.5-3.2%的聚乙烯醇浸胶纤维,在温度为50-60℃的条件下保温搅拌50分钟,然后在105-115℃的温度下密炼5分钟,造粒,放入模具成型;
其中,聚乙烯醇浸胶纤维的制备方法为:将聚乙醇纤维脱脂处理后,将质量浓度为0.8-1.5%的(3S,4S)-3-[(R)-1-(叔丁基二甲基硅氧基)乙基]-4-[(R)-1-羰乙基]-2-氮杂环丁酮的水溶液均匀喷洒在聚乙醇纤维表面,在85-105℃的条件下交联3分钟,然后再次喷洒质量浓度为0.8-1.5%的(3S,4S)-3-[(R)-1-(叔丁基二甲基硅氧基)乙基]-4-[(R)-1-羰乙基]-2-氮杂环丁酮的水溶液,重复2次,每次交联完成后与下次交联反应前间隔时间不少于15分钟,得到聚乙烯醇浸胶纤维。
2.如权利要求1所述一种延长塑料制品抗菌效果的加工方法,其特征在于,所述聚乙烯醇浸胶纤维的长度为8-15mm,细度为2.75dtex。
3.如权利要求1所述一种延长塑料制品抗菌效果的加工方法,其特征在于,所述聚乙烯醇浸胶纤维采用生物法脱脂,具体步骤为:将聚乙烯醇纤维脱水至含水量为10%以下,然后将聚乙烯醇纤维、酿酒酵母和水以10:0.008:100的质量比混合,在25℃的条件下搅拌处理5天即得。
4.如权利要求1所述一种延长塑料制品抗菌效果的加工方法,其特征在于,所述塑料制品原料为聚丙烯、聚酰胺、聚苯乙烯、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物、聚甲醛、聚碳酸酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚对苯二甲丁二醇酯、聚苯醚中的任意一种或几种混合组成的材料。
5.如权利要求1所述一种延长塑料制品抗菌效果的加工方法,其特征在于,所述(3S,4S)-3-[(R)-1-(叔丁基二甲基硅氧基)乙基]-4-[(R)-1-羰乙基]-2-氮杂环丁酮的水溶液的三次的浓度依次为1.5%、1.2%、0.8%,对应的交联温度依次为85℃、95℃、105℃。
