本发明公开了一种用于生产石膏空心砌块的配料及方法,所述配料由砖块废料或粉煤灰和胶凝材料按重量比20~40:60~80 配制而成。其生产方法为,首先按照所述重量比将加气砌块废料或粉煤灰和胶凝材料搅拌均匀;然后浇注入石膏空心模具中,待其冷凝成型即得石膏空心砌块;本发明可对目前存在的粉煤灰、脱硫石膏、磷石膏和加气混凝土砌块废料进行有效的利用,既能避免以上废料对环境造成的污染,又能生产出符合相关要求的石膏空心砌块,具有较好的经济效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于生产石膏空心砌块的配料及方法,属于建筑行业石膏空心砌块技术领域。
背景技术
石膏空心砌块,是一种轻质多孔、保温隔热、防火性能良好、可钉、可锯、可刨和具有一定抗震能力的新型建筑材料。为了满足建筑强度要求,石膏空心砌块的强度需要满足相关标准。在加气砌块生产过程中,会产生诸如废料和边角料等废弃物,这些废弃物不仅占用地方,提高了厂家的生产成本,而且对环境也会造成污染。
粉煤灰,是从煤燃烧后的烟气中收捕下来的细灰,粉煤灰是燃煤电厂排出的主要固体废物。随着电力工业的发展,燃煤电厂的粉煤灰排放量逐年增加,成为我国当前排量较大的工业废渣之一。大量的粉煤灰不加处理,就会产生扬尘,污染大气;若排入水系会造成河流淤塞,而其中的有毒化学物质还会对人体和生物造成危害。
脱硫石膏,又称排烟脱硫石膏、硫石膏或FGD石膏,主要成分和天然石膏一样,是很多火电厂在生产过程中产生的物质,若没有很好的处理,也会对环境造成污染。
磷石膏,是磷肥生产中用硫酸处理磷矿时产生的固体废渣,其主要成分为硫酸钙。我国目前每年排放磷石膏约2000万吨,累计排量近亿吨,是石膏废渣中排量最大的一种,排出的磷石膏渣占用大量土地,形成渣山,严重污染环境。
目前未发现利用以上几种废料组合生产石膏空心砌块的混合生产方法。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种用于生产石膏空心砌块的配料及方法,可对目前存在的粉煤灰、脱硫石膏、磷石膏和加气混凝土砌块废料进行有效的利用,并生产出符合相关要求的石膏空心砌块,以克服现有技术的不足。
本发明的技术方案是:一种生产石膏空心砌块的配料,所述配料由加气砌块废料或粉煤灰和胶凝材料按重量比20~40:60~80配制而成。
所述加气砌块废料或粉煤灰和胶凝材料重量比为30:70。
所述加气砌块废料为加气砌块生产过程中产生的废料经破碎至颗粒得到,其粒径小于2cm。
所述胶凝材料为脱硫石膏或磷石膏。
所述配料作为原料在生产石膏空心砌块方面的应用。
利用所述配料生产石膏空心砌块的方法,包括以下步骤:首先按照所述重量比将加气砌块废料或粉煤灰和胶凝材料搅拌均匀;然后浇注入石膏空心模具中,待其冷凝成型即得石膏空心砌块。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明可对目前存在的粉煤灰、脱硫石膏、磷石膏和加气混凝土砌块废料进行有效的利用,既能避免以上废料对环境造成的污染,又能生产出符合相关要求的石膏空心砌块。经申请人测试,关于石膏空心砌块的国家相关标准及本发明相关数据的对比如下:

一种用于生产石膏空心砌块的配料,所述配料由加气砌块废料和磷石膏按重量比30:70配制而成。

一种用于生产石膏空心砌块的配料,所述配料由粉煤灰和脱硫石膏按重量比20:60配制而成。
实施例5
将实施例1至4中配制的配料用于生产石膏空心砌块,包括以下步骤:将加气砌块废料破碎至颗粒,其粒径小于2cm;按照所述重量比将砖块废料或粉煤灰和脱硫石膏或磷石膏快速搅拌均匀;然后浇注入石膏空心模具中,待其冷凝成型即得石膏空心砌块。

4.根据权利要求1所述的用于生产石膏空心砌块的配料,其特征在于:所述胶凝材料为脱硫石膏或磷石膏。
5.如权利要求1至4任一所述配料作为原料在生产石膏空心砌块方面的应用。
6.一种利用权利要求1至4任一所述配料生产石膏空心砌块的方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:首先按照所述重量比将加气砌块废料或粉煤灰和胶凝材料搅拌均匀;然后浇注入石膏空心模具中,待其冷凝成型即得石膏空心砌块。
