本发明综合利用了这几种工业废弃物-以脱硫石膏、粉煤灰、矿渣为主要原料,另外掺加少量的矿物外加剂和化学激发剂,生产一种全新的可以替代粉刷石膏的粉刷材料。

Description

制备新型面层、底层粉刷材料的方法
技术领域
本发明属于材料、环保领域,涉及用几种常见的工业废弃物制造新型粉刷材料的技术。
背景技术
粉刷石膏是一种新型建筑抹灰材料,在欧美日等发达国家早就普遍使用,也备受国内建筑业的青睐。由于其与各种墙体材料都具有较强的粘结力、不易空鼓、干缩开裂,尤其适合于我国墙体改革后加气混凝土砖的内墙抹灰,是替代传统水泥砂浆的绿色建材,市场需求不断增长。目前市售的粉刷石膏主要是以煅烧天然二水石膏(CaSO4·2H2O)为主要生产原料。由于当前资源能源的有效利用和环境问题引起了人们的高度重视,提倡可持续发展的战略。由于粉刷石膏使用的是天然矿物,天然资源是不可再生资源,使用了一点就少一点,这对日益紧张的资源构成了威胁,所以寻求天然资源的替代品是当前建材行业发展的一个趋势。
我国粉煤灰量大,综合利用率低,主要以贮存为主。每1万t粉煤灰贮存占地1334m2以上,到目前为止全国粉煤灰贮量达10亿t以上,占地面积超过480km2,由于电厂遍及全国各地,又多建于城市或市郊,因此不少贮存灰场占用了大量的可耕地,造成了资金和土地资源的浪费。更重要的是粉煤灰质轻,遇到多风季节会随意飞扬,其影响范围可达数公里,造成了严重的大气污染、土壤污染和水资源污染,对大气环境和电厂周围居民的生活环境和健康造成了很大影响。燃煤电厂、炼油厂等会向大气中排放大量的有害气体二氧化硫。对燃煤电厂排放的二氧化硫采用脱硫净化工艺技术处理,即得脱硫石膏,我国的脱硫石膏综合利用率低。粒化高炉矿渣是钢铁企业用铁矿石冶炼生铁在(1400~1600)℃的过程中产生的副产品,据不完全统计,我国每年铁厂的矿渣排放量高达3000万吨以上,分布在我国的17个省、市、自治区。这些废渣的排放、堆积,不仅消耗大量人力、财力,而且污染环境。探索这些工业废弃物的应用具有重要的现实意义。
发明内容
本发明综合利用了这几种工业废弃物一以脱硫石膏、粉煤灰、矿渣为主要原料,另外掺加少量的矿物外加剂和化学激发剂,生产一种全新的可以替代粉刷石膏的粉刷材料。该发明利用的是工业废弃物,首先减轻了工业废弃物以前由于未被利用对环境造成的严重负担,同时降低了成本。另外,由于消耗的主要不是天然资源,所以也极大的减轻了对资源的消耗,所以,这是一种全新的绿色建材,具有很好的经济效益与社会效益。
本发明的实现方式如下:将原状脱硫石膏在500℃~600℃的温度下煅烧,升温速率控制在10℃/min左右,升至规定温度后在该温度下保温1h~2h,所得的脱硫石膏与粉煤灰、矿渣混合。将化学激发剂与保水剂加入水中溶解,所得溶液加入脱硫石膏、粉煤灰与矿渣混合物中,拌合均匀,即得到这种面层粉刷材料。在该面层粉刷材料的基础上,掺加一定量的建筑用砂(与面层粉刷材料的质量比为1.5~2),即得到底层粉刷材料。建筑用砂应无杂质,含泥量不超过3%,粒径小于2.5mm。所得材料的性能完全达到《粉刷石膏》(JC/T-2004)标准中的各项指标值。
面层粉刷材料的配方如下(质量比):
脱硫石膏:12~30
粉煤灰(低钙II级):15~30
矿渣:30~55
水泥:0~10
消石灰:5~10
在此基础上,外掺化学激发剂无水氯化钙4%~6%,保水剂甲基羟乙基纤维素(MH60001)0.02%~0.06%
自来水用量根据《粉刷石膏》(JC/T-2004)中的扩散度试验确定
底层粉刷材料在面层粉刷材料的基础上掺加面层粉刷材料质量1.5~2倍的建筑用砂,自来水用量同样根据《粉刷石膏》(JC/T-2004)中的扩散度试验确定
采用以上方法有效得利用了废弃物,同时还降低了粉刷材料的成本,减少了制备粉刷材料的资源消耗。
具体实施方式
实例:试验用主要原材料有脱硫石膏、粉煤灰、矿渣、水泥、消石灰,分析纯无水CaCl2,甲基羟乙基纤维素(MH60001)。脱硫石膏取自杭州半山电厂的灰白色原状脱硫石膏,0.045mm方孔筛筛余11.9%,原状脱硫石膏自由水含量为15%;粉煤灰为上海宝钢发电厂排放,比表面积为385m2/kg;矿渣为上海宝田公司生产的粒化高炉矿渣,烧失量为1.77%,磨细后比表面积为450m2/kg;水泥为海豹牌普通硅酸盐42.5级水泥;消石灰为市售产品。脱硫石膏、粉煤灰、水泥、消石灰的主要化学成分如表1所示。

选取面层粉刷材料的如下三个配方(质量比):
①脱硫石膏:12;粉煤灰(低钙II级):30;矿渣:48;水泥:0;消石灰:10;在此基础上,外掺无水氯化钙5%,甲基羟乙基纤维素(MH60001)0.06%;自来水:31
②脱硫石膏:18;粉煤灰(低钙II级):27;矿渣:40;水泥:7.5;消石灰:7.5;在此基础上,外掺无水氯化钙4%,甲基羟乙基纤维素(MH60001)0.05%;自来水:34
③脱硫石膏:30;粉煤灰(低钙II级):25;矿渣:30;水泥:10;消石灰:5;在此基础上,外掺无水氯化钙6%,甲基羟乙基纤维素(MH60001)0.02%;自来水:36
底层粉刷材料的具体配方如下(质量比):
①脱硫石膏:12;粉煤灰(低钙II级):30;矿渣:48;水泥:0;消石灰:10;在此基础上,外掺无水氯化钙5%,甲基羟乙基纤维素(MH60001)0.06%;建筑用砂:200;自来水:40
②脱硫石膏:18;粉煤灰(低钙II级):27;矿渣:40;水泥:7.5;消石灰:7.5;在此基础上,外掺无水氯化钙4%,甲基羟乙基纤维素(MH60001)0.05%;建筑用砂:150;自来水:42
③脱硫石膏:30;粉煤灰(低钙II级):25;矿渣:30;水泥:10;消石灰:5;在此基础上,外掺无水氯化钙6%,甲基羟乙基纤维素(MH60001)0.02%;建筑用砂:200;自来水:44
按以上配合比称样,无水氯化钙与甲基羟乙基纤维素溶于水中,拌合,所得面层与底层粉刷材料的性能与《粉刷石膏》(JC/T-2004)标准中各项技术指标对比如表2,表3。

1.一种面层粉刷材料,其特征在于:质量比为:
脱硫石膏:12~30,该脱硫石膏是将原状脱硫石膏在500℃~600℃的温度下煅烧、升温速率控制在10℃/min、升至规定温度后在该温度下保温1h~2h所得;
低钙II级粉煤灰:15~30
矿渣:30~55
水泥:0~10
消石灰:5~10
外掺无水氯化钙:4~6
保水剂甲基羟乙基纤维素MH600010.02~0.06。
2.一种采用权利要求1所述的面层粉刷材料的底层粉刷材料,其特征在于:建筑用砂与所述面层粉刷材料的比例在1.5~2,且建筑用砂无杂质,含泥量不超过3%,粒径小于2.5mm。
