本发明涉及复合布技术领域，尤其是一种防腐蚀复合布，它包括表面层和底面层，在表面层和底面层之间分别设置两层中间层，所述的表面层为TPU层，所述的底面层为聚乙烯树脂层，两层中间层分别为绒棉层和碳纤维纱编织的面料，表面层、底面层及中间层之间均通过粘胶复合而成。本发明所得到的一种防腐蚀复合布，其通过合理的结构设计，使得复合布的整体牢度及强度较大，而且上下表面均具有良好的防腐蚀性能，从而能有效的确保其防腐蚀性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及复合布技术领域，尤其是一种防腐蚀复合布。
背景技术
目前的复合布领域，基本而言所有的复合布都难以达到防腐蚀的性能，而且在恶劣的条件下使用的话，寿命较短。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种结构合理，具有较强的防腐蚀性能的防腐蚀复合布。
为了达到上述目的，本发明所设计的一种防腐蚀复合布，它包括表面层和底面层，在表面层和底面层之间分别设置两层中间层，所述的表面层为TPU层，所述的底面层为聚乙烯树脂层，两层中间层分别为绒棉层和碳纤维纱编织的面料，表面层、底面层及中间层之间均通过粘胶复合而成。
所述的碳纤维纱编织的中间层与顶面层贴合，绒棉层的中间层与底面层贴合。
本发明所得到的一种防腐蚀复合布，其通过合理的结构设计，使得复合布的整体牢度及强度较大，而且上下表面均具有良好的防腐蚀性能，从而能有效的确保其防腐蚀性能。

下面通过实施例结合附图对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1：
如图1所示，本实施例描述的一种防腐蚀复合布，它包括表面层1和底面层3，在表面层1和底面层3之间分别设置两层中间层2，所述的表面层1为TPU层，所述的底面层3为聚乙烯树脂层，两层中间层2分别为绒棉层和碳纤维纱编织的面料，表面层1、底面层3及中间层2之间均通过粘胶复合而成。
所述的碳纤维纱编织的中间层2与顶面层贴合，绒棉层的中间层2与底面层3贴合。

1.一种防腐蚀复合布，其特征是：它包括表面层和底面层，在表面层和底面层之间分别设置两层中间层，所述的表面层为TPU层，所述的底面层为聚乙烯树脂层，两层中间层分别为绒棉层和碳纤维纱编织的面料，表面层、底面层及中间层之间均通过粘胶复合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防腐蚀复合布，其特征是：所述的碳纤维纱编织的中间层与顶面层贴合，绒棉层的中间层与底面层贴合。
