本发明涉及针织面料技术领域,具体涉及一种耐腐蚀抗皱针织面料,包括面料本体和第二粘合面,面料本体左右两端分别布置有第二粘合面,面料本体内壁布置有布层,且布层内部上侧设有耐皱层,布层内部下侧固定设置有耐腐蚀层,且布层内部并且位于耐皱层与耐腐蚀层之间紧密连接有面层和棉层。该种耐腐蚀抗皱针织面料,由于布层由麻布制成,且布层的厚度为0.3mm,使得整个面料本体外壁能耐磨,而因为面层由化学纤维制成,且面层的厚度为0.5mm,耐腐蚀层由合成纤维制成,且耐腐蚀层的厚度为0.5mm,棉层由棉布制成,且棉层的厚度为0.6mm,耐皱层由尼龙制成,且耐皱层的厚度为0.75mm。

技术领域
本发明涉及针织面料技术领域,具体涉及一种耐腐蚀抗皱针织面料。
背景技术
针织面料即是利用织针将纱线弯曲成圈并相互串套而形成的织物,针织面料与梭织面料的不同之处在于纱线在织物中的形态不同,针织分为纬编和经编,目前,针织面料广泛应用于服装面料及里料,家纺等产品中,受到广大消费者的喜爱。
但现有的针织面料,在使用者使用的时候,难以起到耐腐蚀抗皱的作用,使得其面料在被使用者多次触摸而容易变皱,而且在洗多了之后容易被腐蚀,并且如今的针织面料在消费者需要购买的时候,不方便消费者拿起面料,而消费者的手太脏的话,又会弄脏面料。
发明内容
本发明的目的旨在于解决在使用者使用的时候,难以起到耐腐蚀抗皱的作用,使得其面料在被使用者多次触摸而容易变皱,而且在洗多了之后容易被腐蚀,并且如今的针织面料在消费者需要购买的时候,不方便消费者拿起面料,而消费者的手太脏的话,又会弄脏面料的技术问题,提供一种耐腐蚀抗皱针织面料。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:一种耐腐蚀抗皱针织面料,包括面料本体和第二粘合面,所述面料本体左右两端分别布置有第二粘合面,所述面料本体内壁布置有布层,且布层内部上侧设有耐皱层,所述布层内部下侧固定设置有耐腐蚀层,且布层内部并且位于所述耐皱层与所述耐腐蚀层之间紧密连接有面层和棉层,所述面层上端与所述棉层下端相接触;且第二粘合面右端粘合有双面胶带,所述第二粘合面右端通过双面胶带粘接有捏把,且捏把左端布置有与所述双面胶带粘合的第一粘合面,所述捏把前后两端中间均固定有凸痕。
本发明进一步设置为:所述面料本体上下两端的前后两侧均设有两个缝合边,且缝合边中间水平均匀开有至少十五个线口。
本发明还进一步设置为:所述面料本体上下两端中间分别通过细线缝合有花纹,且所述面料本体上下两端并且位于所述花纹之间开槽有至少一百个网孔,并且所述网孔均匀分布在所述花纹之间。
本发明还进一步设置为:所述面层由化学纤维制成,且所述面层的厚度为0.5mm,所述耐腐蚀层由合成纤维制成,且所述耐腐蚀层的厚度为0.5mm,所述棉层由棉布制成,且所述棉层的厚度为0.6mm,所述耐皱层由尼龙制成,且所述耐皱层的厚度为0.75mm。
本发明还进一步设置为:所述布层由麻布制成,且所述布层的厚度为0.3mm。
本发明还进一步设置为:所述凸痕由至少五十个凸块均匀组成,且所述凸痕与所述捏把为一体结构。
本发明的优点是:与现有技术相比:
1.该种耐腐蚀抗皱针织面料,由于布层由麻布制成,且布层的厚度为0.3mm,使得整个面料本体外壁能耐磨,而因为面层由化学纤维制成,且面层的厚度为0.5mm,耐腐蚀层由合成纤维制成,且耐腐蚀层的厚度为0.5mm,棉层由棉布制成,且棉层的厚度为0.6mm,耐皱层由尼龙制成,且耐皱层的厚度为0.75mm,所以通过其面层和耐腐蚀层搭配,可以由于其合成纤维和化学纤维的耐腐蚀性起到耐腐蚀的作用,而通过棉层可以使使用者在抚摸面料本体的时候更加的舒适,然后通过耐皱层,会因为尼龙不容易皱而起到耐皱的作用,从而避免面料本体出现变皱和被腐蚀的现象;
2.在消费者需要检查观看面料本体的时候,用手抓住两个捏把就可以将面料本体拿起观看检查,通过凸痕,因为凸痕由至少五十个凸块均匀组成,且凸痕与捏把为一体结构,所以在捏住捏把的时候可以起到防滑的作用,从而更加方便消费者购买面料,使得消费者不会轻易使面料弄脏,而造成卖家的损失。

具体实施方式
参见图1-3,本发明公开的一种耐腐蚀抗皱针织面料,包括面料本体1和第二粘合面15,所述面料本体1左右两端分别布置有第二粘合面15,所述面料本体1内壁布置有布层9,且布层9内部上侧设有耐皱层11,所述布层9内部下侧固定设置有耐腐蚀层8,且布层9内部并且位于所述耐皱层11与所述耐腐蚀层8之间紧密连接有面层7和棉层10,所述面层7上端与所述棉层10下端相接触,由于布层9由麻布制成,且布层9的厚度为0.3mm,使得整个面料本体1外壁能耐磨,而因为面层7由化学纤维制成,且面层7的厚度为0.5mm,耐腐蚀层8由合成纤维制成,且耐腐蚀层8的厚度为0.5mm,棉层10由棉布制成,且棉层10的厚度为0.6mm,耐皱层11由尼龙制成,且耐皱层11的厚度为0.75mm,所以通过其面层7和耐腐蚀层8搭配,可以由于其合成纤维和化学纤维的耐腐蚀性起到耐腐蚀的作用,而通过棉层10可以使使用者在抚摸面料本体1的时候更加的舒适,然后通过耐皱层11,会因为尼龙不容易皱而起到耐皱的作用,从而避免面料本体1出现变皱和被腐蚀的现象;
由于第二粘合面15右端粘合有双面胶带13,所述第二粘合面15右端通过双面胶带13粘接有捏把4,且捏把4左端布置有与所述双面胶带13粘合的第一粘合面12,所述捏把4前后两端中间均固定有凸痕14,使得在消费者需要检查观看面料本体1的时候,用手抓住两个捏把4就可以将面料本体1拿起观看检查,通过凸痕14,因为凸痕14由至少五十个凸块均匀组成,且凸痕14与捏把4为一体结构,所以在捏住捏把4的时候可以起到防滑的作用,从而更加方便消费者购买面料,使得消费者不会轻易使面料弄脏,而造成卖家的损失,然后当消费者购买了面料之后,只需要将捏把4一扯,使双面胶带13与捏把4中的第一粘合面12分离,之后再一拉双面胶带13使的其双面胶带13与面料本体1中的第二粘合面15分离就可。
为使本发明结构更加合理,作为优选的,本实施例所述面料本体1上下两端的前后两侧均设有两个缝合边5,且缝合边5中间水平均匀开有至少十五个线口6,通过缝合边5中的线口6,可以方便使用者用针线插入线口6中,顺着缝合边5将面料本体1缝合起来。
所述面料本体1上下两端中间分别通过细线缝合有花纹2,且所述面料本体1上下两端并且位于所述花纹2之间开槽有至少一百个网孔3,并且所述网孔3均匀分布在所述花纹2之间,利用花纹2可以使得整块面料本体1更加美观,而在不需要花纹2的时候,只需要将连成花纹2的细线剪短从网孔3中抽出就可,而利用网孔3可以方便使用者用针线进行缝织,还可以在使用者将面料本体1穿在身上的时候,起到通气的作用。

1.一种耐腐蚀抗皱针织面料,包括面料本体(1)和第二粘合面(15),所述面料本体(1)左右两端分别布置有第二粘合面(15),其特征在于:所述面料本体(1)内壁布置有布层(9),且布层(9)内部上侧设有耐皱层(11),所述布层(9)内部下侧固定设置有耐腐蚀层(8),且布层(9)内部并且位于所述耐皱层(11)与所述耐腐蚀层(8)之间紧密连接有面层(7)和棉层(10),所述面层(7)上端与所述棉层(10)下端相接触;且第二粘合面(15)右端粘合有双面胶带(13),所述第二粘合面(15)右端通过双面胶带(13)粘接有捏把(4),且捏把(4)左端布置有与所述双面胶带(13)粘合的第一粘合面(12),所述捏把(4)前后两端中间均固定有凸痕(14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀抗皱针织面料,其特征在于:所述面料本体(1)上下两端的前后两侧均设有两个缝合边(5),且缝合边(5)中间水平均匀开有至少十五个线口(6)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀抗皱针织面料,其特征在于:所述面料本体(1)上下两端中间分别通过细线缝合有花纹(2),且所述面料本体(1)上下两端并且位于所述花纹(2)之间开槽有至少一百个网孔(3),并且所述网孔(3)均匀分布在所述花纹(2)之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀抗皱针织面料,其特征在于:所述面层(7)由化学纤维制成,且所述面层(7)的厚度为0.5mm,所述耐腐蚀层(8)由合成纤维制成,且所述耐腐蚀层(8)的厚度为0.5mm,所述棉层(10)由棉布制成,且所述棉层(10)的厚度为0.6mm,所述耐皱层(11)由尼龙制成,且所述耐皱层(11)的厚度为0.75mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀抗皱针织面料,其特征在于:所述布层(9)由麻布制成,且所述布层(9)的厚度为0.3mm。
