技术领域

背景技术
飞行器复合材料结构可能具有必须被修复的由于撞击影响而导致的受损区域。
如今,存在多种用于修复复合材料部分的技术。修复过程必须包括移除所述部分的步骤以及用于通过可被粘接至该结构的复合材料补片来修复所移除的部分的步骤。
对于非热压罐型粘接修复而言,存在已知的多个过程,比如机械铣削、喷水或激光技术。
EP2442941描述了一种如下的方法:该方法用于通过逐层地移除一定体积的复合材料并在移除层之后暂停机器以扫描该区域以及更换所述体积的结构来修复复合材料结构,然而,仍需要设计能够移除受损部分并原位修复受损部分的机器以最大可能地减少对复合材料部分搬运。
发明内容
本发明通过提供一种用于非热压罐型使用及产生粘接修复的系统,从而解决了现有技术的上述缺点,该系统包括下述三个部分:
-固定结构,该固定结构用于待被修复的复合材料受损区域,该固定结构包括:

-用在先地附接至可移动结构2的工具支架8的补片切削工具11、根据在移除步骤中扫描而生成的3D图像将复合材料层切削成具有与机加工的区域相同的体积,从而获得补片28;
4)将补片移动至修复部分的机加工的区域中,如图15至图19中所示:
-将可移动结构2从工作台22移除,其中,通过搬运工具27、27’的嘴口部附接的所生产的补片28附接至可移动结构2的工具支架(8);以及
-将具有补片28的可移动结构2附接至保持附接至修复部分的固定结构1的框架4上;以及
5)根据前述铣削基准将制造的补片28附接至待被修复的复合材料部分的机加工的区域上,如图20中所示。

Claims (12)

1.一种用于非热压罐型粘接修复的系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括:
-用于待修复的复合材料受损区域的固定结构(1),所述固定结构(1)包括:
框架(4);以及
附接至所述框架(4)的固定件(5、19);
-可移动结构(2),所述可移动结构(2)包括第一可旋转轴(6)、工具支架(8)以及两个固定构件(32、32’),其中:
所述第一可旋转轴(6)连接至构造成使所述第一可旋转轴(6)旋转的第一发动机(7),并且所述第一可旋转轴(6)附接至所述两个固定构件(32、32’);
所述工具支架(8)附接至所述第一可旋转轴(6),所述工具支架(8)包括:第二可旋转轴(6’),所述第二可旋转轴(6’)连接至构造成使所述第二可旋转轴(6’)旋转的第二发动机(7’);以及附接至所述第二可旋转轴(6’)的扫描工具(9)、铣削工具(10)、补片切削工具(11)或复合材料补片搬运工具(27);
所述两个固定构件(32、32’)各自包括通过第三可旋转轴(6”)而彼此连接的两个固定件,所述第三可旋转轴(6”)连接至构造成使所述第三可旋转轴(6”)旋转的第三发动机(7”),所述固定件构造成附接至用于受损部分的所述固定结构(1)的框架(4)或者附接至补片制造结构(3),
使得所述第一可旋转轴(6)、所述第二可旋转轴(6’)和所述第三可旋转轴(6”)各自根据用于三维空间的笛卡尔坐标系分别沿三个轴线X、Y、Z定向,以使所述扫描工具(9)、所述铣削工具(10)、所述补片切削工具(11)或所述复合材料补片搬运工具(27)沿所述三个轴线X、Y、Z移动;以及
-所述补片制造结构(3),所述补片制造结构(3)包括固定装置(23、23’、23”、23”’、30、30’),所述固定装置(23、23’、23”、23”’、30、30’)用于将所述可移动结构(2)固定至所述补片制造结构(3)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中,所述补片制造结构包括工作台(22)和平台(20),所述工作台(22)包括平台移位装置(31、31’),所述平台移位装置(31、31’)能够使平台(20)从所述工作台(22)的一侧移动至所述工作台(22)的另一侧,所述平台(20)用于铺设复合材料层,所述平台(20)包括用于所述工作台(22)的所述平台移位装置(31、31’)的附接装置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的系统,其中,所述补片制造结构包括与所述平台(20)相对布置的模型(24)以及附接至所述工作台的能够使所述模型(24)上下移动的移位机构(26、26’、26”、26”’)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的系统,其中,所述模型为树脂模型。
5.根据权利要求1至4中的任一项所述的系统,其中,所述扫描工具(9)包括双激光扫描头(12、13)。
6.根据权利要求1至4中的任一项所述的系统,其中,附接至所述固定结构(1)的所述框架(4)的所述固定件(5、19)包括嘴口部和配重。
7.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中,所述补片搬运工具包括用于搬运所述补片的两个嘴口部(27、27’)。
8.一种利用根据权利要求1所述的系统移除及修复复合材料结构的受损部分的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括下列步骤:
-扫描受损区域;
-移除所扫描出的受损区域,在待被修复的复合材料部分中留下机加工的区域;
-制造等同于所扫描出的受损区域的补片;以及
-将所述补片铺设在所述机加工的区域上。
9.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,扫描步骤包括通过包括双激光扫描头的扫描工具进行扫描而生成所述受损区域的3D图像的步骤。
10.根据权利要求8或9所述的方法,其中,移除所述受损区域的步骤包括通过铣削工具移除所述受损区域的层而形成所述机加工的区域并且生成所述机加工的区域的新的3D图像的步骤。
11.根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中,制造所述补片的步骤包括将复合材料层铺设在平台(20)或树脂模型(24)上并且根据在移除所述受损区域的步骤中扫描而生成的所述3D图像来将所述复合材料层切削成具有与所述机加工的区域相同的体积从而获得所述补片(28)的步骤。
12.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,制造所述补片的步骤包括根据所扫描出的所述机加工的区域来制造树脂模型并且然后将所述复合材料层铺设在所述树脂模型上。
