Abstract
正反双向刀头从力学角度着手,根据对悬臂构件(如悬臂梁)从不同角度切割会产生不同切割截面的力学原理,采用正向和反向切割以获得最佳的切割效果。

现有的技术背景:单向刀头
目的:双向剃须,双向刀头,解决剃须困扰
内容:正反双向刀头双向剃须
为什么传统手动剃须刀单向向下剃须而剃不干净呢?为什么脸部剃完胡须之后用手从上往下摸感觉顺畅,而从下往上摸感觉刮手呢?
根据人体胡须多数是向下生长的自然规律。
一根胡须长出来之后,与脸部垂直。随着长度的增加,自然向下弯曲,产生弯曲变形。这样,胡须就像一根悬挑梁,上部受拉力,下部受压力,根部还有一个抵抗倾覆的力偶。
上部切割时,由于胡须是弯曲的,切割面是斜面,斜面长度较长,较长的斜面不能贴近皮肤;而在下部切割时,在胡须重力的作用下,切割面是直面,切割面距离皮肤的距离较小,完全可以紧贴皮肤,与皮肤在同一平面上。
双向刀头采用双层‘正反’双刀,双向双层刀片设计,打破传统手动剃须刀单向向下切割设计弊端。
综上所述,双向设计从受力角度更加符合受力原理,更加符合自然规律,能够达到更加完美的剃须效果。
优点和积极效果:双层正反双刀,剃须过程可以推也可以拉,完美剃须,剃须更干净、更快捷、更彻底。

实施实例及最佳实施方案:在剃须过程中,采用先向下拉动剃须刀,然后再向上推动剃须刀的反复推拉动作,拉推过程的角度自由调整,一拉一推,反复进行两次,即可使面部胡须全部剔除,手摸质感强烈、光洁顺滑、清爽宜人。

一推一拉的剃须过程,以达到最佳的剃须效果。
