Since the liquid is drawn from the dust bin 504 and sprayed into the dust bin 504, the purified liquid is recycled, and waste is reduced. A round hole is reserved on the upper edge of the left half face of the dust storage box 504, and the second fan 508 is connected with the dust storage box 504 through the round hole; the rectangular pyramid housing 509 is fixed to the second fan 508 by bolts; a round hole is reserved at the top end of the rectangular pyramid shell 509; is connected with a pipeline IV 510 through a round hole; after the dust is purified, the second fan 508 works, and the purified dust enters the fourth pipeline 510 and is discharged into the air.
As shown in fig. 1 and 5, the moving device 6 includes a base plate 601, a caster 602 with brake, a hand push rod 603, a dust storage mounting plate 604, a body mounting plate 605, and a paint storage mounting plate 606. The bottom plate 601 is provided with waist-shaped slots correspondingly matched with the dust storage box mounting plate 604, the machine body mounting plate 605 and the paint storage box mounting plate 606 which are connected in the waist-shaped slots of the bottom plate 601 through bolts; the dust storage box 502, the automatic spraying machine body and the paint storage box 101 are respectively fixed with a dust storage mounting plate 604, a machine body mounting plate 605 and a paint storage mounting plate 606; six universal casters 602 with brakes are fixed below the bottom plate 601, and the hand push rod 603 is fixed on the right side of the bottom plate 601. Free movement of the automatic applicator is achieved without positional limitations by the braked casters 602 and the hand push rods 603.
Therefore, the automatic spraying machine with the structure can effectively improve the spraying quality, improve the spraying environment and can freely move according to the spraying requirement.
