本发明属于骨科材料领域。更具体地说,本发明涉及一种可注射骨移植材料。
背景技术
骨移植材料广泛应用于骨断裂修复、骨植入物的镀膜、人工关节返修、骨质疏松治疗(可注射骨移植材料)、脊椎治疗、拔牙创和颔面外科等方面。现在广泛应用的有自体骨、同种异体骨、异种骨以及人工骨移植材料,它们都有各自的局限性。

磷酸三钙3.1-7.6份,羟基磷灰石4.4-9.3份,细胞因子1.0-2.3份,胶原蛋白2.5-3.4份,α-半水硫酸1.3-1.7份,钙3.6-5.2份,骨粉颗粒2.2-4.3份,透明质酸0.5-0.7份,壳聚糖0.9-1.3份,海藻0.3-0.5份,酸盐0.2-0.4份,羧甲基纤维素0.2-0.3份,十八烷酸0.1-0.3份,多糖0.2-0.4份和固化液1.3-2.7份。
2.如权利要求1所述的可注射骨移植材料,其特征在于,
将按重量份计的磷酸三钙3.1-7.6份,钙3.6-5.2份与生理盐水4.7-6.3份混合制得混合溶液一;
将该混合溶液一制得直径为0.1-0.2mm的第一颗粒。
3.如权利要求2所述的可注射骨移植材料,其特征在于,将一半的所述第一颗粒表面喷洒生理盐水后,与按重量份计的骨粉颗粒2.2-4.3份、壳聚糖0.9-1.3份混合搅拌制得第二颗粒。
4.如权利要求3所述的可注射骨移植材料,其特征在于,将按重量份计的细胞因子1.0-2.3份制得载细胞因子微球。
5.如权利要求4所述的可注射骨移植材料,其特征在于,将按重量份计的羟基磷灰石3.3-9.3份,胶原蛋白2.5-3.4份,α-半水硫酸1.3-1.7份,透明质酸0.5-0.7份,海藻0.3-0.5份,酸盐0.2-0.4份,羧甲基纤维素0.2-0.3份,十八烷酸0.1-0.3份,多糖0.2-0.4份混合后搅拌均匀得到混合物一;
将剩余的一半所述第一颗粒、所述第二颗粒、所述混合物一和按重量份计的固化液1.3-2.7份低温搅拌0.7-1.2min即制得所述可注射骨移植材料。
6.如权利要求1所述的可注射骨移植材料,其特征在于,所述固化液为生理盐水、注射用水、葡萄糖注射液。
