Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于烫伤、烧伤的制剂及其制备方法。本发明制剂包括以下重量份的组分:紫草20‑60份、大黄20‑40份、黄柏10‑30份、地榆30‑50份、金银花10‑30份、虎杖20‑60份、灵香草15‑25份、冰片3‑7份、薄荷脑2‑6份、卡波姆8‑12份、三乙醇胺11‑15份、甘油80‑120份、聚山梨醇酯‑80 18‑22份、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯0.8‑1.2份、95%乙醇15‑35份。本发明制剂具有清热解毒、活血化瘀、消肿止痛等功效,能有效缓解烧烫伤的痛苦的同时,有效保护皮肤创面不被感染,促进组织再生,加快创面愈合,不留疤痕,使用方便,使用时皮肤无粘腻感、无刺激性,安全、无毒副作用。

技术领域
本发明属于药品领域,涉及一种中药制剂及其制备方法,特别是涉及一种用于烫伤、烧伤的制剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
烧伤,一般指热力烧伤,包括热液(水、汤、油等)、蒸气、高温气体、火焰、炽热金属液体或固体(如钢水、钢锭)等所引起的组织损害,主要伤及皮肤或黏膜,严重者也可伤及皮下或黏膜下组织,如肌肉、骨、关节甚至内脏。烫伤是由高温液体(eg,沸水、热油)、高温固体(烧热的金属等)或高温蒸气等所致的组织损伤。根据温度的高低和接触时间的长短,在临床上烧伤分为:Ⅰ度,主要病理变化为毛细血管扩张充血和轻度渗出,表现为皮肤红斑和轻度肿胀;浅Ⅱ度,血浆从血管渗出造成局部组织水肿、部分渗液渍于表皮之间而发水泡;深Ⅱ度烧伤损害达真皮层,使局部的部分感觉神经遭到破坏,因此痛觉迟钝;Ⅲ度,伤及皮肤全层感觉神经遭到破坏,痛觉消失,其中Ⅱ度烧伤仍是目前临床上最常见的烧伤创面表现。
烧伤或烫伤的治疗方法有很多,创面外用药也较多,可是在众多的烧伤治疗方法中,比较理想的治疗方法,目前仍无统一的标准,应以生理再生修复为基础,寻求无疤痕的伤口愈合方式已成为当前伤口愈合研究的总趋势和主导潮流。目前用于治疗烧伤或烫伤的药物主要为西药,大多为外用膏药及喷剂,市面上用于治疗烧伤或烫伤的膏药种类繁多,但是作用较为单一,各膏药治疗的重点稍有区别,比如有些主要止痛的、有些主要是抗菌消炎的、有些主要是帮助减少损伤面积的。因此,治疗烧伤或烫伤通常要联合使用几种药膏,或者外用药膏联合内服某些抗菌消炎药,多种类型药物的联合使用不仅给患者带来了更多的副作用以及不良反应,还增加了患者的治疗成本。
中医认为烧伤或烫伤的主要病机在于局部血瘀内阻,经络滞塞,热毒炽盛,所以在治疗上应以清热解毒、活血化瘀、凉血、通络为主。中药是我国特有的中医药理论与实践的产物,资源丰富,历史悠久,是人类最早应用的纯天然有机物质,其在治疗疾病方面有着毒副作用小、疗效好且作用持久的优势。本发明针对西药治疗烫伤、烧伤作用较为单一,需要联合用药,导致不良反应和副作用加大以及治疗成本的增加,研究出一种中药制剂,目前,尚未见相关报道。
(1)紫草,为紫草科植物新疆紫草Arnebia euchroma(Royle)Johnst.或内蒙紫草Arnebia guttata Bunge的干燥根。收载于《中国药典》2015年版:【性味与归经】寒,甘、咸,归心、肝经。【功能与主治】清热凉血,活血解毒,透疹消斑。用于血热毒盛,斑疹紫黑,麻疹不透,疮疡,湿疹,水火烫伤。
(2)大黄,为蓼科植物掌叶大黄Rheum palmatum L.、唐古特大黄Rheumtanguticum Maxim.ex Balf.或药用大黄Rheum officinale Baill.的干燥根和根茎。收载于《中国药典》2015年版:【性味与归经】苦,寒。归脾、胃、大肠、肝、心包经。【功能与主治】泻下攻积,清热泻火,凉血解毒,逐瘀通经,利湿退黄。用于实热积滞便秘,血热吐衄,目赤咽肿,痈肿疔疮,肠痈腹痛,瘀血经闭,产后瘀阻,跌打损伤,湿热痢疾,黄疸尿赤,淋证,水肿;外治烧烫伤。
(3)黄柏,为芸香科植物黄皮树Phellodendron chinense Schneid.的干燥树皮。收载于《中国药典》2015年版:【性味与归经】苦,寒。归肾、膀胱经。【功能与主治】清热燥湿,泻火除蒸,解毒疗疮。用于湿热泻痢,黄疽尿赤,带下阴痒,热淋涩痛,脚气痿蹵,骨蒸劳热,盗汗,遗精,疮疡肿毒,湿疹湿疮。
(4)地榆,为蔷薇科楦物地榆Sanguisorba officinalisL.或长叶地偷Sanguisorba officinalis L.var.longifolia(Bert.)YüetLi的干燥根。收载于《中国药典》2015年版:【性味与归经】苦、酸、涩,微寒。归肝、大肠经。【功能与主治】凉血止血,解毒敛疮。用于便血,痔血,血痛,崩漏,水火烫伤,痈肿疮毒。
(5)金银花,为忍冬科植物忍冬Lonicera japonica Thunb.的干燥花蕾或带初开的花。收载于《中国药典》2015年版:【性味与归经】甘,寒。归肺、心、胃经。【功能与主治】清热解毒,疏散风热。用于痈肿疔疮,喉痹,丹毒,热毒血痢,风热感冒,温病发热。
(6)虎杖,为蓼科植物虎杖Polygonum cuspidatum Sieb.et Zucc.的干燥根茎和根。收载于《中国药典》2015年版:【性味与归经】微苦,微寒。归肝、胆、肺经。【功能与主治】利湿退黄,清热解毒,散瘀止痛,止咳化痰。用于湿热黄疸,淋浊,带下,风湿痹痛,痈肿疮毒,水火烫伤,经闭,癥瘕,跌打损伤,肺热咳嗽。
(7)灵香草,为报春花科珍珠菜灵香草(Lysimachia foenum-graecum Hance)的全草。收载于《中华本草》:【性味与归经】辛、甘、温,入肺、胃经。【功能与主治】散风寒,清热,行气,止痛,驱蛔。
(8)冰片,为无色透明或白色半透明的片状松脆结晶;气清香,味辛、凉;具挥发性,点燃发生浓烟,并有带光的火焰。收载于《中国药典》2015年版:【性味与归经】辛、苦,微寒。归心、脾、肺经。【功能与主治】开窍醒神,清热止痛。用于热病神昏、惊厥,中风痰厥,气郁暴厥,中恶昏迷,胸痹心痛,目赤,口疮,咽喉肿痛,耳道流脓。
(9)薄荷脑,为唇形科植物薄荷Mentha haplocalyx Briq.的新鲜茎和叶经水蒸气蒸馏、冷冻、重结晶得到的一种饱和的环状醇,为l-1-甲基-4-异丙基环己醇-3。薄荷收载于《中国药典》2015年版:【性味与归经】辛,凉。归肺、肝经。【功能与主治】疏散风热,清利头目,利咽,透疹,疏肝行气。用于风热感冒,风温初起,头痛,目赤,喉痹,口疮,风疹,麻疹,胸胁胀闷。

发明内容
本发明的目的是针对西药治疗烫伤、烧伤作用较为单一,需要联合用药,导致不良反应和副作用加大以及治疗成本的增加等问题,提供一种用于烫伤、烧伤的制剂及其制备方法。
本发明从中药中选择合适的原料,通过合理配制,制成一种中药制剂。此制剂具有吸收较快、疗效好,使用方便,使用时皮肤无粘腻感、无刺激性、安全、无毒副作用,由于方中多种药味协同作用,在缓解烧烫伤的痛苦的同时,有效保护皮肤创面不被感染,促进组织再生,加快创面愈合,不留疤痕。本发明制剂制备方法简单,采用水溶性凝胶制作技术,大大提高药物的溶解性和分散均匀性,避免药物成分混合不均匀而影响疗效。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种用于烫伤、烧伤的制剂,包括以下重量份的组分:紫草20-60份、大黄20-40份、黄柏10-30份、地榆30-50份、金银花10-30份、虎杖20-60份、灵香草15-25份、冰片3-7份、薄荷脑2-6份、卡波姆8-12份、三乙醇胺11-15份、甘油80-120份、聚山梨醇酯-8018-22份、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯0.8-1.2份、95%乙醇15-35份。
以上所述的用于烫伤、烧伤的制剂,优选包括以下重量份的组分:紫草30-50份、大黄25-35份、黄柏15-25份、地榆35-45份、金银花15-25份、虎杖30-50份、灵香草17.5-22.5份、冰片4-6份、薄荷脑3-5份、卡波姆9-11份、三乙醇胺12-14份、甘油90-110份、聚山梨醇酯-8019-21份、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯0.9-1.1份、95%乙醇20-30份。
以上所述的用于烫伤、烧伤的制剂,最佳优选包括以下重量份的组分:紫草40份、大黄30份、黄柏20份、地榆40份、金银花20份、虎杖40份、灵香草20份、冰片5份、薄荷脑4份、卡波姆10份、三乙醇胺13份、甘油100份、聚山梨醇酯-8020份、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯1份、95%乙醇25份。
以上所述的用于烫伤、烧伤的制剂,可制备成凝胶剂、搽剂、软膏剂、乳膏剂等外用剂型,最佳优选制备成凝胶剂。
以上所述的用于烫伤、烧伤的制剂,在制备用于烫伤、烧伤的药物中的用途。
一种以上所述用于烫伤、烧伤的制剂制备成凝胶剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:按以下重量份称取组分:紫草20-60份、大黄20-40份、黄柏10-30份、地榆30-50份、金银花10-30份、虎杖20-60份、灵香草15-25份、冰片3-7份、薄荷脑2-6份、卡波姆8-12份、三乙醇胺11-15份、甘油80-120份、聚山梨醇酯-8018-22份、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯0.8-1.2份、95%乙醇15-35份;
S2:将步骤S1称量好的紫草等七味中药材加5-10倍量水煎煮2-3次,每次1-3h,过滤,合并滤液;
S3:将步骤S2的滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.03-1.07的清膏,加入与清膏等量的95%乙醇,静置,滤取上清液回收乙醇并浓缩至相对密度为1.17-1.21的清膏;
S4:取卡波姆加水使其充分溶胀;
S5:取冰片、薄荷脑、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯加入95%乙醇中溶解后与甘油、聚山梨醇酯-80一起加入步骤S4制备好的卡波姆溶胀液中,再加入步骤S3制得的清膏,均质搅拌均匀,加三乙醇胺、并加水至配制量,继续均质搅拌均匀,灭菌、灌装,即得。
进一步地,步骤S3所述相对密度测量温度为60-65℃;步骤S3所述的清膏醇沉静置时间为12-24h;步骤S4所述的卡波姆溶胀加水量为卡波姆质量的20-25倍,溶胀时间为12-18h;步骤S5所述的均质搅拌速度均为10000-30000rpm,搅拌时间为30-40min。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明用于烫伤、烧伤的制剂,通过现代科学理论配制而成。方中紫草,具清热凉血,活血解毒之功,为君药。大黄清热泻火,凉血解毒,逐瘀通经;黄柏清热燥湿,泻火除蒸,解毒疗疮;地榆凉血止血,解毒敛疮;金银花清热解毒,疏散风热;四药合用助君药清热解毒、凉血活血之功,为臣药。虎杖利湿退黄,清热解毒,散瘀止痛;灵香草散风寒,清热,行气,止痛;二者合用为佐药。冰片清热止痛;薄荷脑疏散风热,透疹,疏肝行气;二者合用为使药。诸药合用共奏清热解毒、活血化瘀、消肿止痛之功,各药味协同作用,有效缓解烧烫伤的痛苦的同时,有效保护皮肤创面不被感染,促进组织再生,加快创面愈合,不留疤痕,对烫伤、烧伤治疗的总有效率达97%以上。
2.本发明制剂所用各药味通过科学合理配方,组方严谨,药少力专,具有吸收较快,疗效好,使用方便,使用时皮肤无粘腻感、无刺激性、安全、无毒副作用等特点。
3.本发明制剂制备方法简单,采用水溶性凝胶制作技术,大大提高药物的溶解性和分散均匀性,避免药物成分混合不均匀而影响疗效,对生产设备无特殊要求、容易操作、耗能低、省时、生产成本低,容易实现工业化生产。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述,但不限制本发明的保护范围和应用范围:
一、用于烫伤、烧伤的制剂制备成凝胶剂的制备方法
实施例1
一种用于烫伤、烧伤的制剂制备成凝胶剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:按以下重量称取组分:紫草20kg、大黄20kg、黄柏10kg、地榆30kg、金银花10kg、虎杖20kg、灵香草15kg、冰片3kg、薄荷脑2kg、卡波姆8kg、三乙醇胺11kg、甘油80kg、聚山梨醇酯-8018kg、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯0.8kg、95%乙醇15kg;
S2:将步骤S1称量的紫草等七味中药材加水煎煮2次,第一次加6倍量水煎煮3h,第二次加5倍量水煎煮2h,过滤,合并滤液;
S3:将步骤S2的滤液浓缩至相对密度在60℃为1.03的清膏,加入与清膏等量的95%乙醇,静置12h,滤取上清液回收乙醇并浓缩至相对密度在60℃为1.17的清膏;
S4:取卡波姆加20倍量水充分溶胀12h;
S5:取冰片、薄荷脑、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯加入95%乙醇中溶解后与甘油、聚山梨醇酯-80一起加入步骤S4制备好的卡波姆溶胀液中,再加入步骤S3制得的清膏,置于均质器以10000rpm的速度均质搅拌30min,加三乙醇胺、并加水至配制量,继续以10000rpm的速度均质搅拌30min,灭菌、灌装,即得。
实施例2
一种用于烫伤、烧伤的制剂制备成凝胶剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:按以下重量称取组分:紫草30kg、大黄25kg、黄柏15kg、地榆35kg、金银花15kg、虎杖30kg、灵香草17.5kg、冰片4kg、薄荷脑3kg、卡波姆9kg、三乙醇胺12kg、甘油90kg、聚山梨醇酯-8019kg、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯0.9kg、95%乙醇20kg;
S2:将步骤S1称量的紫草等七味中药材加7倍量水煎煮2次,每次2h,过滤,合并滤液;
S3:将步骤S2的滤液浓缩至相对密度在62℃为1.04的清膏,加入与清膏等量的95%乙醇,静置15h,滤取上清液回收乙醇并浓缩至相对密度在62℃为1.18的清膏;
S4:取卡波姆加22倍量水充分溶胀14h;
S5:取冰片、薄荷脑、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯加入95%乙醇中溶解后与甘油、聚山梨醇酯-80一起加入步骤S4制备好的卡波姆溶胀液中,再加入步骤S3制得的清膏,置于均质器以15000rpm的速度均质搅拌35min,加三乙醇胺、并加水至配制量,继续以15000rpm的速度均质搅拌30min,灭菌、灌装,即得。
实施例3
一种用于烫伤、烧伤的制剂制备成凝胶剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:按以下重量称取组分:紫草40kg、大黄30kg、黄柏20kg、地榆40kg、金银花20kg、虎杖40kg、灵香草20kg、冰片5kg、薄荷脑4kg、卡波姆10kg、三乙醇胺13kg、甘油90kg、聚山梨醇酯-8020kg、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯1kg、95%乙醇20kg;
S2:将步骤S1称量的紫草等七味中药材加水煎煮2次,第一次加8倍量水煎3h,第二次加6倍量水煎煮2h,过滤,合并滤液;
S3:将步骤S2的滤液浓缩至相对密度在63℃为1.05的清膏,加入与清膏等量的95%乙醇,静置18h,取上清液回收乙醇并浓缩至相对密度在63℃为1.19的清膏;
S4:取卡波姆加23倍量水充分溶胀15h;
S5:取冰片、薄荷脑、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯加入95%乙醇中溶解后与甘油、聚山梨醇酯-80一起加入步骤S4制备好的卡波姆溶胀液中,再加入步骤S3制得的清膏,置于均质器以20000rpm的速度均质搅拌40min,加三乙醇胺、并加水至配制量,继续以20000rpm的速度均质搅拌30min,灭菌、灌装,即得。
实施例4
一种用于烫伤、烧伤的制剂制备成凝胶剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:按以下重量称取组分:紫草50kg、大黄35kg、黄柏25kg、地榆45kg、金银花25kg、虎杖50kg、灵香草22.5kg、冰片6kg、薄荷脑5kg、卡波姆11kg、三乙醇胺14kg、甘油110kg、聚山梨醇酯-8021kg、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯1.1kg、95%乙醇30kg;
S2:将步骤S1称量的紫草等七味中药材加水煎煮3次,第一次加9倍量水煎煮3h,第二次加7倍量水煎煮2h,第三次加5倍是不煎煮1h,过滤,合并滤液;
S3:将步骤S2的滤液浓缩至相对密度在64℃为1.06的清膏,加入与清膏等量的95%乙醇,静置20h,取上清液回收乙醇并浓缩至相对密度在64℃为1.20的清膏;
S4:取卡波姆加24倍量水充分溶胀16h;
S5:取冰片、薄荷脑、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯加入95%乙醇中溶解后与甘油、聚山梨醇酯-80一起加入步骤S4制备好的卡波姆溶胀液中,再加入步骤S3制得的清膏,置于均质器以25000rpm的速度均质搅拌40min,加三乙醇胺、并加水至配制量,继续以25000rpm的速度均质搅拌30min,灭菌、灌装,即得。
实施例5
一种用于烫伤、烧伤的制剂制备成凝胶剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:按以下重量称取组分:紫草60kg、大黄40kg、黄柏30kg、地榆50kg、金银花30kg、虎杖60kg、灵香草25kg、冰片7kg、薄荷脑6kg、卡波姆12kg、三乙醇胺15kg、甘油120kg、聚山梨醇酯-8022kg、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯1.2kg、95%乙醇35kg;
S2:将步骤S1称量的紫草等七味中药材加水煎煮2次,第一次加10倍量水煎煮3h,第二次加8倍量水煎煮2.5h,过滤,合并滤液;
S3:将步骤S2的滤液浓缩至相对密度在65℃为1.07的清膏,加入与清膏等量的95%乙醇,静置24h,取上清液回收乙醇并浓缩至相对密度在65℃为1.21的清膏;
S4:取卡波姆加25倍量水充分溶胀18h;
S5:取冰片、薄荷脑、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯加入95%乙醇中溶解后与甘油、聚山梨醇酯-80一起加入卡波姆中,再加入步骤S3制得的清膏,置于均质器以30000rpm的速度均质搅拌40min,加三乙醇胺、并加水至配制量,继续以30000rpm的速度均质搅拌35min,灭菌、灌装,即得。
二、制剂的稳定性试验
1.耐热试验
将本发明实施例1-5样品分别倒入试管内,使液面高度约10cm,每个实施例倒2支试管,用干净的软木塞塞好,把一支试管置于室温中,另一支试管置于预先调节至40℃±1℃的电热恒温培养箱内,经24h后取出,放置至室温后与置于室温中试管的试样进行目测比较,结果见表1。

试验结果表明:本发明实施例1-5制剂在40℃±1℃的条件下放置24h,没有分层、变色现象,说明本发明制剂的热稳定性好。
2.耐寒试验
将本发明实施例1-5样品分别倒入试管内,使液面高度约10cm,每个实施例倒2支试管,用干净的软木塞塞好,把一支试管置于室温中,另一支待验的试管置于-5℃~-10℃冰箱中,经24h后取出,放置至室温后与置于室温中试管的试样进行目测比较,结果见表2。

试验结果表明:本发明实施例1-5制剂在-5℃~-10℃条件下放置24h,没有分层、变色现象,说明本发明制剂的耐寒稳定性好。
3.离心试验
将本发明实施例1-5样品分别倒入试管内(试样约占试管三分之二高度),每个实施例倒2支试管,用干净的软木塞塞好。把一支试管置于室温中,另一支放入预先调节至38±1℃的电热恒温培养箱内,保温1h后,立即移入离心机中,2000r/min离心30min,取出观察,结果见表3。

试验结果表明:本发明实施例1-5制剂在38±1℃条件下放置1h,取出离心,没有分层、变色现象,说明本发明制剂的凝胶配方稳定性好。
三、制剂的抑菌试验
1.材料
1.1试验菌种
金黄色葡萄球菌[CMCC(B)26003]、铜绿假单孢菌[CMCC(B)10104]。
1.2试验样品
供试品:本发明实施例1-5的样品,实验时精确称取适量溶于无菌纯化水中(终浓度200mg/ml);
阳性对照:
(1)市售的烧烫伤膏(纯中药制剂),实验时用无菌纯化水稀释至200mg/ml;
(2)市售磺胺嘧啶银凝胶(西药制剂),实验时用无菌纯化水稀释至10μg/mL;
阴性对照:灭菌生理盐水。
1.3培养基
胰酪大豆胨琼脂平板培养基、胰酪大豆胨液体培养基。
2.方法
2.1菌液的制备
将金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌种接种于胰酪大豆胨液体培养基中,30℃培养24h,将所得的菌液进行梯度稀释至浓度为3×107CFU/mL,备用。
2.2试验平板的制备
先往已灭菌的平板中倾注20mL左右平板培养基,水平静置凝固,接种0.1mL菌液,用无菌的L型玻棒涂布均匀后,送相应试验菌株要求培养温度下培养15min,备用。
2.3抑菌圈方法(K-B法)试验
圆滤纸片经灭菌后烘干,于1.2项下各浓度的样品溶液中浸泡1h,然后用无菌镊子夹取含药滤纸片贴在2.2项下制备好的含菌平板培养基表面,轻轻按压,使纸片与培养基密切接触,每个培养皿均匀放置5张滤纸片,4℃预扩散2h,然后分别置35℃恒温培养箱培养24h,以十字交叉法测定其抑菌直径(以mm为单位),结果取平均值,详见表4。

由表4可以看出,本发明实施例1-5样品和阳性对照对金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌均有抑制作用,实施例1-5样品对2种菌的抑制作用与阳性对照(2)相当,比阳性对照(1)强,说明本发明具有很好的抑菌作用。
四、应用试验
1.病例选择
选择烧烫伤面积均小于10%TBSA,均为浅Ⅱ度烧烫伤患者。
2.疗效判定
(1)痊愈:创面愈合、结痂,自然脱落且无疤痕。
(2)显效:创面基本愈合,小部分结痂未脱落,无明显疤痕。
(3)有效:创面大部分愈合,小部分不愈合,仍有渗液或脓液,疼痛感减轻。
(4)无效:创面渗液或脓液多,疼痛感明显。
3.给药方法
将符合上述病例选择标准患者140例(其中男62例,女78例,平均年龄27岁)随机分成4个组,每组35人。
试验组:取本发明实施例1、3、5样品,患者创面清洗后,均匀涂抹于患处,每2~3次,水泡不刺破排液,连续用药2周。
对照组:取市售烧烫伤膏,患者创面清洗后,按使用方法给药,水泡不刺破排液,连续用药2周。
4.试验结果
结果详见表5。

以上试验过程中,本发明3个实施例样品均能使患者疼痛感明显减轻,无需服用止痛药,并且无一例患者出现不良反应;而对照组中有5例患者因无法忍受疼痛需要服用止痛药,有2例患者出现皮疹等不良反应。
以上结果表明,本发明实施例1、3、5对烫伤、烧伤的治疗总有效率达97%以上,均高于对照组,而且在治疗过程中未出现任何不良反应,说明本发明的制剂可有效治疗烫伤、烧伤,使用安全有效。以下为几个典型例子:
典型例子1:邹某,26岁,女,广西南宁人。手臂Ⅱ度烫伤,有水泡,疼痛感明显,手臂不能正常活动。给予本发明实施例1的样品14天后,手臂烫伤处创面愈合良好,结痂自然脱落,无疤痕,手臂恢复正常活动。
典型例子2:李某,11岁,男,广西百色人。手背浅Ⅱ度烫伤,有水泡,疼痛难忍。给予本发明实施例3的样品7天后,创面大部分愈合,仍有少许渗液,疼痛感大减轻,继续用药7天后,创面愈合,结痂自然脱落,无疤痕。
典型例子3:刘某,43岁,女,广西桂林人。腿部Ⅱ度烧伤,烧伤皮肤起水疱,水疱底部呈红色或白色,充满了清澈、粘稠的液体,疼痛感强烈。给予本发明实施例5的样品10天后,疼痛感基本消失,创面基本愈合,继续用药4天后,创面全部愈合,结痂自然脱落,无疤痕。
以上内容不能认定本发明的具体实施只局限于这些说明,对于本发明所属技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干简单推演或替换,都应当视为属于本发明由所提交的权利要求书确定的专利保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种用于烫伤、烧伤的制剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分:紫草20-60份、大黄20-40份、黄柏10-30份、地榆30-50份、金银花10-30份、虎杖20-60份、灵香草15-25份、冰片3-7份、薄荷脑2-6份、卡波姆8-12份、三乙醇胺11-15份、甘油80-120份、聚山梨醇酯-8018-22份、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯0.8-1.2份、95%乙醇15-35份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于烫伤、烧伤的制剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分:紫草30-50份、大黄25-35份、黄柏15-25份、地榆35-45份、金银花15-25份、虎杖30-50份、灵香草17.5-22.5份、冰片4-6份、薄荷脑3-5份、卡波姆9-11份、三乙醇胺12-14份、甘油90-110份、聚山梨醇酯-8019-21份、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯0.9-1.1份、95%乙醇20-30份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于烫伤、烧伤的制剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分:紫草40份、大黄30份、黄柏20份、地榆40份、金银花20份、虎杖40份、灵香草20份、冰片5份、薄荷脑4份、卡波姆10份、三乙醇胺13份、甘油100份、聚山梨醇酯-8020份、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯1份、95%乙醇25份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的用于烫伤、烧伤的制剂,其特征在于,所述制剂制备成凝胶剂、搽剂、软膏剂、乳膏剂。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的用于烫伤、烧伤的制剂,其特征在于,所述制剂制备成凝胶剂。
6.一种根据权利要求5所述的用于烫伤、烧伤的制剂制备成凝胶剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:按以下重量份称取组分:紫草20-60份、大黄20-40份、黄柏10-30份、地榆30-50份、金银花10-30份、虎杖20-60份、灵香草15-25份、冰片3-7份、薄荷脑2-6份、卡波姆8-12份、三乙醇胺11-15份、甘油80-120份、聚山梨醇酯-8018-22份、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯0.8-1.2份、95%乙醇15-35份;
S2:将步骤S1称量好的紫草等七味中药材加5-10倍量水煎煮2-3次,每次1-3h,过滤,合并滤液;
S3:将步骤S2的滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.03-1.07的清膏,加入与清膏等量的95%乙醇,静置,滤取上清液回收乙醇并浓缩至相对密度为1.17-1.21的清膏;
S4:取卡波姆加水使其充分溶胀;
S5:取冰片、薄荷脑、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯加入95%乙醇中溶解后与甘油、聚山梨醇酯-80一起加入步骤S4制备好的卡波姆溶胀液中,再加入步骤S3制得的清膏,均质搅拌均匀,加三乙醇胺、并加水至配制量,继续均质搅拌均匀,灭菌、灌装,即得。
7.根据权利要求6所述用于烫伤、烧伤的制剂制备成凝胶剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S3所述相对密度测量温度为60-65℃。
8.根据权利要求6所述用于烫伤、烧伤的制剂制备成凝胶剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S3所述的清膏醇沉静置时间为12-24h。
9.根据权利要求6所述用于烫伤、烧伤的制剂制备成凝胶剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S4所述的卡波姆溶胀加水量为卡波姆质量的20-25倍,溶胀时间为12-18h。
10.根据权利要求6所述用于烫伤、烧伤的制剂制备成凝胶剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S5所述的均质搅拌速度均为10000-30000rpm,搅拌时间为30-40min。
