Abstract

本发明属于医疗器械类,具体是一种桡骨多角锁定接骨板,其特征在于:在接骨板设置若干个螺钉孔和导针孔,头部二个凸起的螺钉孔可以根据骨骼进行预弯,中间部位设置加长槽,尾部采用子弹头设计。本发明的桡骨多角锁定接骨板允许锁定螺钉在轴心线上成0~20°度。本发明的桡骨多角锁定接骨板硬度比锁定螺钉硬度低,螺钉旋入钢板时进行挤压锁定。本发明的桡骨多角锁定接骨板在术中可借助工具进行预弯,从而方便根据骨折块选择固定位置。借助导针孔使接骨板临时固定,方便手术的操作,节省时间,减少患者痛苦。本发明结构合理,操作简单,锁紧效果好的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及到一种骨科医疗器械,具体是桡骨远端多角锁定接骨板。
背景技术
桡骨远端骨折非常常见,约占平时骨折的1/10。对于有移位的桡骨远端骨折及粉碎性骨拆,则需要采用钢板进行手术固定治疗。临床上用于骨科内固定的接骨板主要由锁定钢板与螺钉构成,我们称之为接骨板系统。在接骨板系统中,锁定钢板与螺钉之间只能固定一个角度,造成锁定钢板与螺钉不容易调整到最佳位置。为了使得植入骨中的锁定螺钉具有最佳的固定效果,则要求锁定螺钉必须按特定的方向植入骨内,由于骨折破损部分的各异,以及不同个体之间的骨骼形状存在差导,因此在临床应用中,这种接骨板系统常存在锁定钢板与锁定螺钉之间所设定的植入方向和最佳植入方向不一致的矛盾,影响手术效果,也降低了手术的成功率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为桡骨远端固定不牢,对关节软骨支撑不够导致内固定失败的风险,为医生提供能够根据骨折块改变锁定钢板与锁定螺钉定位角度的一种桡骨多角锁定接骨板,无需考虑锁定螺钉的进钉方向就能将锁定螺钉与接骨板相锁紧,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
桡骨远端多角锁定接骨板,其特征在于:接骨板头部有2个螺钉孔处可以进行预弯,接骨板头部和杆部设有若干个螺钉孔和导针孔,尾部采用子弹头设计。
本发明的多角锁定接骨板螺钉孔由锥形孔和圆弧形槽组合而成,钢板螺钉孔上无螺纹设计,锁定螺钉上设有锥螺纹。
本发明的多角锁定接骨板硬度比锁定螺钉硬度低,锁定螺钉旋入锁定板中时对钢板进行挤压形成螺纹,从于达到锁紧效果。
本发明的多角锁定接骨板头部和杆部均设置若干个对骨折复位固定的导针孔。
本发明应用多角锁定技术可提供锁定螺钉偏离接骨板中轴的轨迹灵活性,从而允许特殊骨折块的固定,调螺钉角度可对一系列骨折类型提供固定选择。
本发明的多角锁定接骨板可以改变锁定接骨螺钉的定位角度,从而方便根据骨折块选择固定方法,确保钻孔角度更加准确且方便控制。导针孔用于接骨板的临时固定,增加了产品稳定性。尾部采用子弹头设计,减少软组识的暴露和患者痛苦。本发明结构合理,制造简单,使用灵活,方便控制,具有植入方向选择范围大、锁紧效果好的优点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的实施例,桡骨多角锁定接骨板,在接骨板11头部和杆部设置若干个螺钉孔1和若干个导针孔4,头部设置2个凸起螺钉孔2,中间部位设置有加长槽3,尾部设计成子弹头5。
本发明的导针孔4进行临时定位,方便,简单,从而了增加稳定性。螺钉孔2处可以进行预弯,达到与骨面更贴合效果。
如图2、3所示,本发明的桡骨多角锁定孔1由锥孔7和弧形槽
6组合而成,锥孔7由球形沉孔8和锥形孔9组成,弧形槽6由二个圆弧对称组合而成。
如图4所示,本发明的桡骨多角锁定接骨板相配套的锁定螺钉,螺钉头部12为光杆,V形槽13为锥螺纹收尾,防止螺钉旋穿接骨板。
如图2、图4、图5、图6所示,本发明的桡骨多角螺钉孔1允许锁定螺钉10在轴心线上各个方向偏离0~20°角。
如图1、如图4所示,本发明的桡骨多角锁定接骨板硬度比锁定螺钉10硬度低,锁定螺钉旋入桡骨多角锁定接骨板中进行挤压锁紧,接骨板用纯钛材质,锁定螺钉用钛合金材质。
本发明手术时,将骨折复位后,借助工具用导针临时固定桡骨多角锁定接骨板,再借助工具进行预成角钻孔,将配套的锁定螺钉10植入本发明的多角锁定接骨板中进行锁紧固定。

Claims (5)

1.一种桡骨多角锁定接骨板,其特征在于:在接骨板头部和杆部均设置若干个螺钉孔和导针孔,头部有二个凸起的螺钉孔可以进行预弯,中间部位有加长槽设计,尾部采用子弹头设计。
2.根据权利要求1所述的桡骨多角锁定接骨板,其特征是:桡骨多角锁定螺钉孔允许锁定螺钉在轴心线上成0~20°角。
3.根据权利要求1和2所述的桡骨多角锁定接骨板,其特征在于:锁定板硬度比锁定螺钉硬度低,锁定螺钉旋入锁定板进行挤压锁定,接骨板采用纯钛材质,锁定螺钉采用钛合金材质。
4.根据权利要求3所述的桡骨多角锁定接骨板,其特征在于:螺钉孔由锥形孔、沉孔和2个对称的圆弧槽组合成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的多角锁定接骨板,其特征在于:杆部的螺钉孔后面有一个导针孔。
