本发明提供一种胆道镜取石网篮,包括取石网篮、抓钳和微波线,取石网篮的网篮管套内还开设有连通至网篮管套前端的抓钳孔和微波线孔,网篮管套的两侧连接有抓钳导管和微波线导管,且抓钳导管的内孔与网篮管套内的抓钳孔相连通,所述抓钳的钳端和微波线的电头端均设置于网篮管套的外侧,抓钳的另一端经抓钳孔和抓钳导管伸至抓钳导管的外侧,微波线的另一端经微波线孔和微波线导管伸至微波线导管的外侧。能够有效地碎石、取出结石或者结石碎片,避免胆管误伤,节约手术时间的一种胆道镜取石网篮,以克服现有技术的不足。本发明属于胆道取石领域。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种胆道镜取石网篮,属于胆道取石领域。
背景技术
目前,胆道镜取石网篮用于在胆道镜下捕获和取出胆道结石,绝大多数肝胆管结石需要手术治疗,区域型肝内胆管结石可以手术切除病变肝脏,对于弥漫性肝内胆管结石来说治疗相对棘手,难点在于无法通过切除肝脏来取净结石,就需要用到胆道镜取石,目前应用胆道镜取石网篮进行肝内胆管取石时,针对较大的胆管结石,无法用网篮直接取出,需要先碎石。碎石时,需要先将微波线插入胆道镜,将结石打碎后,将微波线取出,再插入取石网篮,尝试取出打碎的结石。如果碎石效果不满意,仍无法取出结石时,需要反复上述操作,费时费力。同时,现有技术在进行微波碎石时,无法将结石固定,微波碎石时,结石移动,微波探头就有可能会抵触到胆管壁,造成胆管壁的损伤、出血,所以现有的胆道镜取石网篮还是不够完善。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种胆道镜取石网篮,能够有效地碎石、取出结石或者结石碎片,避免胆管误伤,节约手术时间的一种胆道镜取石网篮,以克服现有技术的不足。
为解决上述问题,拟采用这样一种胆道镜取石网篮,包括取石网篮、抓钳和微波线,取石网篮的网篮管套内还开设有连通至网篮管套前端的抓钳孔和微波线孔,网篮管套的两侧连接有抓钳导管和微波线导管,且抓钳导管的内孔与网篮管套内的抓钳孔相连通,所述抓钳的钳端和微波线的电头端均设置于网篮管套的外侧,抓钳的另一端经抓钳孔和抓钳导管伸至抓钳导管的外侧,微波线的另一端经微波线孔和微波线导管伸至微波线导管的外侧。
前述胆道镜取石网篮中,所述抓钳包括抓钳导管、控制线和至少三瓣钳抓,所述至少三瓣钳抓的固定端均固定为一体,所述至少三瓣钳抓的固定端与控制线的一端固定连接,控制线的另一端由抓钳导管的一端伸出至另一端的外侧,钳抓的固定端均为弹性材质;
前述胆道镜取石网篮中,所述取石网篮的取石端为三角形网篮结构。
与现有技术相比,本发明在原有的胆道镜取石网篮的基础上增加了抓钳和微波线,能够直接在网篮内利用抓钳固定结石,再利用微波线直接将网篮内的结石打碎,而后,再利用网篮将打碎的结石碎片包裹取出,防止结石或者结石碎片脱落,节约手术时间,避免损伤胆管壁,有效提高了胆道取石的效率及成功率,且该装置整体结构简单,容易实现,具有很好地临床推广价值。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将通过附图对发明作进一步地详细描述。
实施例:
参照图1和图2,本实施例提供一种胆道镜取石网篮,包括取石网篮1、抓钳2和微波线3,取石网篮1与专利号为ZL201520214044.4的专利所描述的胆道镜取石网篮结构,除取石网篮1的取石端为三角形网篮结构外,其他结构均相同,并在其基础上进行了进一步的改进。
取石网篮1的网篮管套11内还开设有连通至网篮管套11前端的抓钳孔12和微波线孔13,网篮管套11的两侧连接有抓钳导管4和微波线导管5,且抓钳导管4的内孔与网篮管套11内的抓钳孔12相连通,所述抓钳2的钳端和微波线3的电头端均设置于网篮管套11的外侧,抓钳2的另一端经抓钳孔12和抓钳导管4伸至抓钳导管4的外侧, 微波线3的另一端经微波线孔13和微波线导管5伸至微波线导管5的外侧。
抓钳2包括抓钳导管21、控制线22和三瓣钳抓23,所述三瓣钳抓23的固定端均固定为一体,所述三瓣钳抓23的固定端与控制线22的一端固定连接,控制线22的另一端由抓钳导管21的一端伸出至另一端的外侧,钳抓23的固定端均为弹性材质。

1.一种胆道镜取石网篮,其特征在于:包括取石网篮(1)、抓钳(2)和微波线(3),取石网篮(1)的网篮管套(11)内还开设有连通至网篮管套(11)前端的抓钳孔(12)和微波线孔(13),网篮管套(11)的两侧连接有抓钳导管(4)和微波线导管(5),且抓钳导管(4)的内孔与网篮管套(11)内的抓钳孔(12)相连通,所述抓钳(2)的钳端和微波线(3)的电头端均设置于网篮管套(11)的外侧,抓钳(2)的另一端经抓钳孔(12)和抓钳导管(4)伸至抓钳导管(4)的外侧, 微波线(3)的另一端经微波线孔(13)和微波线导管(5)伸至微波线导管(5)的外侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种胆道镜取石网篮,其特征在于:所述抓钳(2)包括抓钳导管(21)、控制线(22)和至少三瓣钳抓(23),所述至少三瓣钳抓(23)的固定端均固定为一体,所述至少三瓣钳抓(23)的固定端与控制线(22)的一端固定连接,控制线(22)的另一端由抓钳导管(21)的一端伸出至另一端的外侧,钳抓(23)的固定端均为弹性材质。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种胆道镜取石网篮,其特征在于:所述取石网篮(1)的取石端为三角形网篮结构。
