Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of a cigarette filter stick additive, which takes snow mountain liquorice as a raw material and comprises the following steps of (1) preparing the raw material: drying the radix glycyrrhizae in the snow mountain at 50-80 ℃, and crushing to 50-100 meshes; (2) subcritical extraction: extracting the crushed radix glycyrrhizae powder of the step (1) at 0-50 ℃ and 0.5-3.0 MPa by using dimethyl ether as an extracting agent and glycerol triacetate as an entrainer; (3) preparation of the filter stick additive: and (3) recovering the dimethyl ether obtained in the step (2), and obtaining a glyceryl triacetate solution containing the Xueshan licorice extract, namely the cigarette filter stick additive. The invention also discloses application of the cigarette filter stick additive obtained by the preparation method in cigarette products.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cigarettes, and particularly relates to a subcritical extraction preparation method of radix glycyrrhizae snow mountain and application of the radix glycyrrhizae snow mountain in a filter tip additive.
Background

However, the subcritical extraction method of the glycyrrhiza uralensis from the snow mountain and the application of the glycyrrhiza uralensis to cigarettes are not reported.

The invention aims to provide a preparation method of a mouth stick additive which is simple to operate, suitable for large-scale production and mainly prepared from radix glycyrrhizae in snow mountain by adopting a subcritical extraction technology; the invention also aims to provide the application of the filter tip additive in cigarette processing, and the additive can effectively improve the 'body fluid', 'sweet' and 'moist' feeling of cigarette smoking and improve the comfort of cigarette smoking.

The invention provides a preparation method of a cigarette filter stick additive, which takes snow mountain liquorice as a raw material and comprises the following steps:

(3) preparation of the filter stick additive: and (3) removing the dimethyl ether in the step (2) to obtain a glyceryl triacetate solution containing the Xueshan licorice extract, namely the cigarette filter stick additive.
Preferably, the method further comprises the following steps:
(4) and (4) placing the glyceryl triacetate solution containing the radix glycyrrhizae snow mountain extract obtained in the step (3) at the temperature of-10 to-20 ℃ for 5-10 h, and filtering and separating the obtained clear liquid to refine the cigarette filter stick additive.
Preferably, the mass of the dimethyl ether is 5-15 times that of the radix glycyrrhizae snow mountain, and the mass of the glyceryl triacetate is 1-5 times that of the radix glycyrrhizae snow mountain.
The second aspect of the invention provides the application of the cigarette filter stick additive obtained by the preparation method, and the additive can improve the sensory properties of 'body fluid', 'sweet' and 'moist' of cigarettes when added into cigarette filter sticks.
Preferably, the obtained cigarette filter stick additive is diluted by 5-20 times with glyceryl triacetate and then added into a filter stick tow, and the mass of the diluted cigarette filter stick additive is 7-8% of that of the tow.

The extract containing the glycyrrhiza uralensis from the snow mountain is added into the cigarette filter stick, so that the 'body fluid', 'sweet' and 'moistening' performances of the cigarette can be remarkably improved. Not only can meet the requirements of reducing tar and harm of cigarettes, but also can improve the smoking comfort of the cigarettes and provide satisfactory products for consumers.
3. The additive for the cigarette filter stick is frozen and placed for 5-10 hours at the temperature of-10 to-20 ℃, and other solid impurities can be removed from the clear liquid obtained by filtering and separating, so that the performance of the additive for the cigarette filter stick is more outstanding.

Example 1
Cleaning whole plant of radix Glycyrrhizae in snow mountain, oven drying at 70 deg.C, and pulverizing to 80 mesh. Taking crushed radix Glycyrrhizae powder, performing subcritical extraction at 30 deg.C and 2.5Mpa with dimethyl ether as subcritical extractant and glyceryl triacetate as entrainer; wherein the amount of the extractant dimethyl ether is 10 times of the weight of the radix glycyrrhizae. The dosage of the entrainer glyceryl triacetate is 4 times of the weight of the radix glycyrrhizae. After extraction is finished, the extraction mixed liquor enters a separation tank, the extraction solvent dimethyl ether is separated through the decompression evaporation principle to obtain the glyceryl triacetate extract solution containing the radix glycyrrhizae, then the glyceryl triacetate extract solution containing the radix glycyrrhizae is diluted by 10 times to be fully dissolved and then cooled to room temperature, the solution is transferred to a refrigerator at the temperature of-15 ℃ for freezing for 10 hours, and clear liquid is separated through filtration, and the clear liquid can be used as a plasticizer for cigarette filter sticks. In the process of forming the cigarette filter stick, the additive is added into the cigarette filter stick according to 7.5 percent of the weight of the tows; then the filter tip added with the additive is made into cigarette. Sensory evaluation was performed on the cigarette samples, and the evaluation results are shown in table 1.
Example 2
Cleaning the whole plant of radix Glycyrrhizae in snow mountain, oven drying at 75 deg.C, and pulverizing to 90 mesh. Taking crushed radix Glycyrrhizae powder, performing subcritical extraction at 25 deg.C and 2.8Mpa with dimethyl ether as subcritical extractant and glyceryl triacetate as entrainer; wherein the amount of the extractant dimethyl ether is 12 times of the weight of the radix glycyrrhizae. The dosage of the entrainer glyceryl triacetate is 5 times of the weight of the radix glycyrrhizae. And after extraction is finished, the extraction mixed liquor enters a separation tank, and the extraction solvent is separated by the decompression evaporation principle to obtain the glyceryl triacetate extract of the glycyrrhiza uralensis. Diluting the glycerol triacetate extract of the glycyrrhiza uralensis after the dimethyl ether is recovered by 10 times with glycerol triacetate, fully dissolving the glycerol triacetate extract, cooling to room temperature, transferring to a refrigerator with the temperature of 18 ℃ below zero for freezing for 10 hours, and filtering to separate clear liquid which can be used as a plasticizer for cigarette filter sticks. In the process of forming the cigarette filter stick, the additive is added into the cigarette filter stick according to 7.8 percent of the weight of the tows; then the filter tip added with the additive is made into cigarette. Sensory evaluation was performed on the cigarette samples, and the evaluation results are shown in table 1.
Example 3
Cleaning whole plant of radix Glycyrrhizae in snow mountain, oven drying at 78 deg.C, and pulverizing to 95 mesh. Taking crushed radix Glycyrrhizae powder, performing subcritical extraction at 28 deg.C and 2.9Mpa with dimethyl ether as subcritical extractant and glyceryl triacetate as entrainer; wherein the amount of the extractant dimethyl ether is 15 times of the weight of the radix glycyrrhizae. The dosage of the entrainer glyceryl triacetate is 5 times of the weight of the radix glycyrrhizae. And after extraction is finished, the extraction mixed liquor enters a separation tank, and the extraction solvent is separated by the decompression evaporation principle to obtain the glyceryl triacetate extract of the glycyrrhiza uralensis. Diluting the Glycyrrhiza glabra triacetin extract with dimethyl ether for 8 times, dissolving completely, cooling to room temperature, transferring to-20 deg.C, standing for 8 hr, centrifuging to obtain clear solution, and making the clear solution be used as plasticizer for cigarette filter stick. In the process of forming the cigarette filter stick, the additive is added into the cigarette filter stick according to 8.0 percent of the weight of the tows; then the filter tip added with the additive is made into cigarette. Sensory evaluation was performed on the cigarette samples, and the evaluation results are shown in table 1.
Example 4
Cleaning the whole plant of radix Glycyrrhizae in the snow mountain, oven drying at 72 deg.C, and pulverizing to 75 mesh. Taking crushed radix Glycyrrhizae powder, performing subcritical extraction at 28 deg.C and 3.0Mpa with dimethyl ether as subcritical extractant and glyceryl triacetate as entrainer; wherein the amount of the extractant dimethyl ether is 12 times of the weight of the radix glycyrrhizae. The dosage of the entrainer glyceryl triacetate is 5 times of the weight of the radix glycyrrhizae. And after extraction is finished, the extraction mixed liquor enters a separation tank, and the extraction solvent is separated by the decompression evaporation principle to obtain the glyceryl triacetate extract of the glycyrrhiza uralensis. Diluting the Glycyrrhiza glabra triacetin extract with dimethyl ether for 5 times with triacetin, cooling to room temperature after fully dissolving, transferring to-15 deg.C, standing for 10h, centrifuging to obtain clear solution, and using the clear solution as cigarette filter tip plasticizer. In the process of forming the cigarette filter stick, the additive is added into the cigarette filter stick according to 8.0 percent of the weight of the tows; then the filter tip added with the additive is made into cigarette. Sensory evaluation was performed on the cigarette samples, and the evaluation results are shown in table 1.
Example 5
Cleaning the whole plant of radix Glycyrrhizae in snow mountain, oven drying at 75 deg.C, and pulverizing to 95 mesh. Taking crushed radix Glycyrrhizae powder, performing subcritical extraction at 26 deg.C and 3.0Mpa with dimethyl ether as subcritical extractant and glyceryl triacetate as entrainer; wherein the amount of the extractant dimethyl ether is 10 times of the weight of the radix glycyrrhizae. The dosage of the entrainer glyceryl triacetate is 4 times of the weight of the radix glycyrrhizae. And after extraction is finished, the extraction mixed liquor enters a separation tank, and the extraction solvent is separated by the decompression evaporation principle to obtain the glyceryl triacetate extract of the glycyrrhiza uralensis. Diluting the glycerol triacetate extract of the glycyrrhiza uralensis after the dimethyl ether is recovered by 10 times with glycerol triacetate, fully dissolving the glycerol triacetate extract, cooling to room temperature, transferring to-12 ℃, standing for 8 hours, and centrifugally separating to obtain clear liquid which can be used as a plasticizer for cigarette filter sticks. In the process of forming the cigarette filter stick, the additive is added into the cigarette filter stick according to 8.0 percent of the weight of the tows; then the filter tip added with the additive is made into cigarette. Sensory evaluation was performed on the cigarette samples, and the evaluation results are shown in table 1.
Cigarettes without the addition of the additive of the radix glycyrrhizae rubrae are used as blank controls. The overall sensory test results obtained by comparative evaluations with the blank control are shown in table 1 below.

Claims (3)
1. A preparation method of a cigarette filter stick additive is characterized by comprising the following steps: the cigarette filter stick additive takes the snow mountain liquorice as a raw material and comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing raw materials: drying the radix glycyrrhizae in the snow mountain at 50-80 ℃, and crushing to 50-100 meshes;
(2) subcritical extraction: extracting the crushed radix glycyrrhizae powder in the step (1) at the temperature of 25-30 ℃ and under the pressure of 2.5-3.0 MPa by using dimethyl ether as an extracting agent and glycerol triacetate as an entrainer;
(3) preparation of the filter stick additive: and (3) removing the dimethyl ether in the step (2) to obtain a glyceryl triacetate solution containing the Xueshan licorice extract, namely the cigarette filter stick additive.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
(4) and (4) placing the glyceryl triacetate solution containing the radix glycyrrhizae snow mountain extract obtained in the step (3) at the temperature of-10 to-20 ℃ for 5-10 h, and filtering and separating the obtained clear liquid to refine the cigarette filter stick additive.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the mass of the dimethyl ether is 5 to 15 times that of the glycyrrhiza uralensis, and the mass of the glyceryl triacetate is 1 to 5 times that of the glycyrrhiza uralensis.
