Abstract
本发明公开一种具有高回弹表面的共挤塑木型材,包括芯层和共挤层,共挤层包覆在芯层外,其中共挤层表面硬度为40~80邵氏A,共挤层厚度为0.5~2mm,芯层为普通塑木型材。与现有的共挤产品相比,本发明高回弹共挤型材表面具有触感柔软、舒适的特性,表面的哑光效果远优于普通共挤产品,同时本发明所述高回弹表面共挤型材具有优异的芯层、包覆层结合牢度,优异的表面耐磨性、耐候性及防滑性能,使用寿命更长,且在应用过程中不容易出现褪色现象。
Description
技术领域:
本发明涉及的是一种共挤塑木型材,特别涉及一种具有高回弹表面的共挤塑木型材。
背景技术:
塑木型材,以其环保、美观、便于安装、免维护等优点,已被广泛应用于室外栈道、公共场所地面、室内外阳台等的铺设,并且越来越受国内外普通家庭室内外装饰、装修的青睐。有别于常规塑木,共挤塑木作为第二代塑木,其表面通常全部或部分包覆一层功能材料,包覆层具有更加优异的耐候、耐刮擦等性能,可以更好的保护芯层免受外界环境的侵蚀,其使用寿命也更长。目前市面上的共挤塑木型材有两类主流产品:第一种为共挤层中含有少量木粉,其余为树脂或改性树脂、填料及助剂,此种共挤塑木型材表面同样具有一定的木质感,主要在日本、韩国等市场比较常见,缺点在于共挤层仍然容易受外界环境的侵蚀,易发霉、易划伤、耐候等性能不理想;另一种共挤层中不含有木粉,增加了提高表面耐刮擦、耐磨及耐候等效果的功能树脂,这种共挤塑木型材更受欧美等国市场的青睐,也是当前国内外市场的主流。随着多年来用户使用体验的提升,这种共挤塑木型材虽然解决了第一种共挤塑木型材的缺点,但表面存在诸如塑料感太强、表面光滑、高光亮、质感不强等问题。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是解决上述两种共挤产品存在的不足,提供一种表面柔软、触感舒适、哑光、耐磨、耐候、防滑等性能优异的高回弹共挤塑木型材,有利于用户体验的提升。
为了达到上述目的,本发明公开了一种具有高回弹表面的共挤塑木型材,包括芯层和共挤层,共挤层包覆在芯层外,芯层包含以下重量份组分:木粉35~55份、HDPE 25~30份、无机填料5~20份、润滑剂1~3份、相容剂1~5份,所述表层包含以下重量份组分:弹性材料80~100份、相容剂1~3份、耐候母粒1~5份,其中所述的无机填料为碳酸钙、滑石粉中的一种或两种,所述润滑剂为聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸酰胺中的一种或多种混合物,所述相容剂为马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯或马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯,所述弹性材料为SEBS、TPE、TPV、TPU中的一种或多种混合物,所述耐候母粒为含有抗氧剂和抗紫外线剂的聚乙烯或聚丙烯塑料粒子,其中抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010和168中的一种或两种,抗紫外线剂为抗紫外线剂151或531中的一种或两种。
芯层和表层通过共挤的工艺成型,其中表层表面硬度为40~80邵氏A,共挤层厚度为0.5~2mm。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)共挤层中含有高回弹功能材料,不但具有耐磨、耐候、哑光等特点,表层硬度远低于现有第二代共挤产品,更使得型材表面具有优异的质感,触摸起来更加舒适,防滑性能更加优越,用户体验显著提升。
(2)共挤层中,高回弹功能材料含的弹性体的耐候性本身就优于塑料树脂,再通过添加含有抗氧剂和抗紫外线剂的母粒,使抗氧剂和抗紫外线剂均匀分散的材质内部,有效提高了型材的耐候性,从而大大提高了产品的使用寿命。
(3)共挤层中经过改性的弹性体,赋予了共挤层与芯层更高的结合牢固度,耐水煮、抗冻融性能更加优异。

实施例1:
一种具有高回弹表面的共挤塑木型材,包括芯层和共挤层,共挤层包覆在芯层外,芯层包含以下重量份组分:木粉35份、HDPE 25份、无机填料5份、润滑剂1份、相容剂1份,所述表层包含以下重量份组分:弹性材料100份、相容剂3份、耐候母粒5份,其中无机填料为碳酸钙,润滑剂为聚乙烯蜡,相容剂为马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯,弹性材料为SEBS,耐候母粒为含有抗氧剂和抗紫外线剂的聚乙烯粒子,耐候母粒中含有1.5份抗氧剂1010和1份抗紫外线剂151。
芯层和表层通过共挤的工艺成型,其中表层表面硬度为40邵氏A,共挤层厚度为0.5mm。
实施例2:
一种具有高回弹表面共挤塑木型材及其制造方法,包括芯层和共挤层,共挤层包覆在芯层外,芯层包含以下重量份组分:木粉55份、HDPE 30份、无机填料20份、润滑剂3份、相容剂5份,表层包含以下重量份组分:弹性材料80份、相容剂1份、耐候母粒5份,无机填料为滑石粉,润滑剂为硬脂酸锌,相容剂为马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯,弹性材料为TPE,耐候母粒为含有抗氧剂和抗紫外线剂的聚丙烯塑料粒子,耐候母粒中含有1份抗氧剂168和1.5份抗紫外线剂531。
芯层和表层通过共挤的工艺成型,其中表层表面硬度为75邵氏A,共挤层厚度为1.5mm。
实施例3:
本发明公开了一种具有高回弹表面的共挤塑木型材,包括芯层和共挤层,共挤层包覆在芯层外,芯层包含以下重量份组分:木粉40份、HDPE 27份、无机填料10份、润滑剂2份、相容剂3份,表层包含以下重量份组分:弹性材料90份、相容剂2份、耐候母粒3份,无机填料为5份碳酸钙和5份滑石粉,润滑剂为0.5份聚乙烯蜡、0.5份硬脂酸锌和2份硬脂酸钙,相容剂为马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯,弹性材料为20份SEBS、40份TPE、20份TPV和10份TPU的混合物,耐候母粒为含有抗氧剂和抗紫外线剂的聚丙烯塑料粒子,耐候母粒中含有0.5份抗氧剂1010和、0.3份抗氧剂168,0.3抗紫外线剂151和0.6份抗紫外线剂531。
芯层和表层通过共挤的工艺成型,其中表层表面硬度为65邵氏A,共挤层厚度为1mm。
实施例4:
本发明公开了一种具有高回弹表面的共挤塑木型材,包括芯层和共挤层,共挤层包覆在芯层外,芯层包含以下重量份组分:木粉50份、HDPE 30份、无机填料15份、润滑剂3份、相容剂2份,表层包含以下重量份组分:弹性材料95份、相容剂3份、耐候母粒4份,其中所述的无机填料为滑石粉,润滑剂为1份硬脂酸钙和2份硬脂酸酰胺,相容剂为马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯或马来酸酐接枝聚丙,弹性材料为50份TPV和45份TPU,耐候母粒为含有抗氧剂和抗紫外线剂的聚乙烯塑料粒子,耐候母粒中含有0.8份抗氧剂1010、0.2份抗氧剂168和0.8份抗紫外线剂151。
芯层和表层通过共挤的工艺成型,其中表层表面硬度为60邵氏A,共挤层厚度为1.1mm。
Claims (2)
1.一种具有高回弹表面的共挤塑木型材,由芯层和表层组成,其特征在于所述芯层包含以下重量份组分:木粉35~55份、HDPE 25~30份、无机填料5~20份、润滑剂1~3份、相容剂1~5份,所述表层包含以下重量份组分:弹性材料80~100份、相容剂1~3份、耐候母粒1~5份,其中所述的无机填料为碳酸钙、滑石粉中的一种或两种,所述润滑剂为聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸酰胺中的一种或多种混合物,所述相容剂为马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯或马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯,所述弹性材料为SEBS、TPE、TPV、TPU中的一种或多种混合物,所述耐候母粒为含有抗氧剂和抗紫外线剂的聚乙烯或聚丙烯塑料粒子,其中抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010和168中的一种或两种,抗紫外线剂为抗紫外线剂151或531中的一种或两种。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种具有高回弹表面的共挤塑木型材,其特征在于所述的芯层和表层通过共挤的工艺成型,其中表层表面硬度为40~80邵氏A,共挤层厚度为0.5~2mm。
