Abstract
本发明公开了一种配置简单的治疗灰指甲的中药，包括以下重量份数的药物制备而成：20‑30重量份数的川穹，15‑25重量份数的大血藤，25‑35重量份数的露蜂房，15‑25重量份数的山茱萸，20‑30重量份数的枸杞子，15‑25重量份数的地肤子，5‑10重量份数的甘草。本发明具有杀虫解毒、祛风止痒、滋阴补肝、活血止痛之功效。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药,具体涉及一种治疗灰指甲的中药。
背景技术
指甲增厚色黑灰，或出现黄白斑点，失去光泽为主要表现的癣病类疾病。俗称”灰指甲”，中医称“鹅爪风”，现在则叫甲真菌病，它是由一大类称做病原真菌的微生物感染引起的。甲癣病变始于甲远端、侧缘或甲褶部，表现为甲颜色和形态异常。甲真菌病又称为甲癣、灰指甲。是甲最常患的疾患，占甲病的半数以上。指趾甲均可发病，趾甲更易罹患。成人出现甲真菌病的比例约为6-8％。一般以1－2个指(趾)甲开始发病，重者全部指(趾)甲均可罹患。患病甲板失去光泽，日久甲板变脆而破损脱落。多呈灰白色，且失去光泽；甲板增厚显著，表面高低不平。其质松碎，甲下常有角蛋白及碎屑沉积。有时，甲板可与甲床分离。
目前的治疗方法多以手术拔甲和药物涂抹为主，但是手术拔甲会使人产生惧怕心理，给患者增加很大的心理障碍，并且拔甲前打麻药对神经有伤害，且易复发，无法根治；药物涂抹则效果不佳，周期长，并且长期会产生依赖性，给患者的生活带来很大的不便。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本发明提供一种见效快，治愈率高，无毒副作用的治疗灰指甲的中药。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现：一种治疗灰指甲的中药，包括以下重量份数的中药原料制备而成：20-30重量份数的川穹，15-25重量份数的大血藤，25-35重量份数的露蜂房，15-25重量份数的山茱萸，20-30重量份数的枸杞子，15-25重量份数的地肤子，5-10重量份数的甘草。
本发明的技术方案可以是这样实现的：
一种治疗灰指甲的中药，包括以下重量份数的药物制备而成：25重量份数的川穹，20重量份数的大血藤，30重量份数的露蜂房，20重量份数的山茱萸，25重量份数的枸杞子，20重量份数的地肤子，8重量份数的甘草。
本发明将各原料混合，粉碎成细粉，直接服用，每日二次，每次2-3克，温水送服。
疗程：10天为一疗程，需服用3-6疗程。
具体的各个药物成分的药理为如下：
川穹：辛，温；活血行气，祛风止痛。
大血藤：苦，平；解毒消痈，活血止痛，祛风除湿，杀虫。
露蜂房：甘、平、有毒；祛风止痛；攻毒消肿；杀虫止痒。
山茱萸：酸、涩，微温；补益肝肾，涩精固脱。
枸杞子：甘，平；滋补肝肾，益精明目。
地肤子：辛、苦，寒；清热利湿，祛风止痒。
甘草：甘，平；补脾益气，清热解毒，祛痰止咳，缓急止痛，调和诸药。
本发明的功能及主治：本发明中诸药合用后露蜂房、地肤子祛风止痛，杀虫止痒；川穹、大血藤活血止痛，祛风杀虫；山茱萸、枸杞子滋阴补肝；甘草清热解毒，调和诸药，诸药共奏杀虫解毒、祛风止痒、滋阴补肝、活血止痛之功效。
本发明的有益效果：本发明以纯中药配制而成，配方科学合理，配置简单，无毒副作用，疗效短，见效快，具有杀虫解毒、祛风止痒、滋阴补肝、活血止痛之功效。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明：
实施例1：一种治疗灰指甲的中药，包括以下重量克数的药物制备而成：20克的川穹，15克的大血藤，25克的露蜂房，15克的山茱萸，20克的枸杞子，15克的地肤子，5克的甘草。
实施例2：一种治疗灰指甲的中药，包括以下重量克数的药物制备而成：30克的川穹，25克的大血藤，35克的露蜂房，25克的山茱萸，30克的枸杞子，25克的地肤子，10克的甘草。
实施例3：一种治疗灰指甲的中药，包括以下重量克数的药物制备而成：25克的川穹，20克的大血藤，30克的露蜂房，20克的山茱萸，25克的枸杞子，20克的地肤子，8克的甘草。
实施例4：一种治疗灰指甲的中药，包括以下重量克数的药物制备而成：24克的川穹，22克的大血藤，32克的露蜂房，19克的山茱萸，21克的枸杞子，16克的地肤子，7克的甘草。
实施例1-4中的中药在制备时将各原料混合，粉碎成细粉，直接服用，每日二次，每次2-3克，用温水送服。
本发明不局限于上述最佳实施方式，任何人在本发明的启示下得出的其他任何与本发明相同或相近似的产品，均落在本发明的保护范围之内。
本发明临床观察的结果如下：
本发明的中药的有效治愈率统计，疗效标准如下：
治愈：指甲变薄，色泽正常；
有效：指甲色泽有改善，指甲较治疗前变薄，表面无横沟或凹陷；
无效：用药后无明显变化。
本发明治疗参与统计的患者共72例，其中：痊愈59例，有效8例，无效5例，总有效率达到93％以上。
典型病例：
刘某，男，45岁，患灰指甲两年，甲板表面粗糙，凹凸不平，失去光泽，多处治疗均效果不佳，每逢春冬季节病情加重，后经我处药物治疗，30天后指甲变薄，两个月后痊愈。
苏某，男，29岁，甲板变色，呈污灰色，甲板翘起，后经我处药物治疗，一个月后痊愈。
田某，男，34岁，甲板萎缩、脱落，后经我处药物治疗，一个半月痊愈。
张某，女，41岁，甲板变脆易碎，后经我处药物治疗，一个月后有所好转，两个月后痊愈。

1.一种治疗灰指甲的中药，其特征在于：由以下重量份数的药物制备而成：20重量份数的川穹，15重量份数的大血藤，25重量份数的露蜂房，15重量份数的山茱萸，20重量份数的枸杞子，15重量份数的地肤子，5重量份数的甘草。
