Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present invention may be embodied as a system, apparatus, device, method, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present disclosure may be embodied in the form of: entirely hardware, entirely software (including firmware, resident software, micro-code, etc.), or a combination of hardware and software.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, an information processing method and apparatus, and a computer-readable storage medium are provided.
In this document, it is to be understood that any number of elements in the figures are provided by way of illustration and not limitation, and any nomenclature is used for differentiation only and not in any limiting sense.
The principles and spirit of the present invention are explained in detail below with reference to several representative embodiments of the invention.
Summary of The Invention
The inventor finds that in the prior art, when a user establishes an instant messaging group for communication of a plurality of contacts, the user can only send out an invitation to the contacts one by one to add the contacts to the group one by one, which not only has low efficiency of adding the contacts, but also is easy to miss adding the contacts.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the information of a plurality of contact persons used for establishing the instant messaging application group is acquired, the instant messaging group comprising the plurality of contact persons can be established at one time according to the information of the plurality of contact persons.
Having described the general principles of the invention, various non-limiting embodiments of the invention are described in detail below.
Application scene overview
Referring first to the above description, it is assumed that a user is a tour guide that needs to establish a group for uniformly sending messages to members of a tourist group that he takes. According to the prior art, the tour guide must send invitations to members of the tour group one by one or inform the members of actively joining an established group one by one online, but according to the information processing method and device provided by the application, the tour guide can add the members to the group all at once according to the information of the members (such as instant messaging identification, name, family name, mobile phone number, room number and identification number of the members), which is very quick.
For example, the methods and apparatus of the present application may allow a tour guide to first define attributes of contact information to be added to a group and then add contacts to the group that meet the defined attributes. Generally, members of a general tourist group provide information such as names, names of relatives, mobile phone numbers, room numbers, identity card numbers and the like to a guide, the guide can define that the contact information added to the group needs to include information such as instant messaging identifications, names of relatives, mobile phone numbers, room numbers and identity card numbers, and make a table including the information, so that a plurality of contacts including the information can be added to the group at one time by importing the table, and the situation that other contacts except the members of the tourist group without the information are mistakenly added to the group can be avoided.
Exemplary method
An information processing method for an instant messaging application according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 in conjunction with a description of an application scenario. It should be noted that the above application scenarios are merely illustrated for the convenience of understanding the spirit and principles of the present invention, and the embodiments of the present invention are not limited in this respect. Rather, embodiments of the present invention may be applied to any scenario where applicable.
Fig. 1 schematically shows a flowchart of an information processing method for an instant messaging application according to an embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the execution subject of the information processing method may be a user terminal, an instant messaging client installed on the user terminal, and/or a server in communication connection with the user terminal. The user terminal may include, but is not limited to, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a personal computer, etc., the instant messaging terminal may include, but is not limited to, a wechat client, a qq client, an easy-to-believe client, etc., and the server may include any server device capable of receiving and processing information sent by the user terminal or/and the instant messaging terminal.
As shown in fig. 1, the information processing method for an instant messaging application may include the steps of:
step S101, obtaining a plurality of pieces of contact information for establishing an instant messaging application group.
The contact information includes, for example: the instant messaging identification of the contact, the real name, the name of the relative, the mobile phone number, the room number, the identification number and the like.
Generally, when a user registers in an instant messaging application, an instant messaging identifier capable of uniquely identifying the user and distinguishing other users needs to be provided. Before establishing a group, a user may create a table or list that includes instant messaging identification, name, relative name, mobile phone number, room number, identification number, etc. of the contacts added to the group. The user may choose to upload this table or list when establishing the group.
And step S102, establishing an instant communication group according to the plurality of contact information.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the group is established according to the list or the table, so that the user does not need to select or input the instant messaging identifications of the contacts one by one, the related information of the instant messaging identifications, such as names, family names, mobile phone numbers, room numbers and identification numbers, can be automatically added to each contact who joins the group, and the user does not need to modify the related information of the contacts one by one independently, thereby simplifying the operation.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, the information processing method may further include:
step S103, acquiring the current position of the contact in the instant messaging application group.
And step S104, judging whether the distance between the current position and the specific position exceeds a preset range.
Step S105, if the distance between the current position of the contact and the specific position exceeds a preset range, the electronic map which is presented in the instant messaging application and comprises the current position information of the contact is also presented: and the related information of the contact persons exceeding the preset range.
Specifically, the current location of each contact in the instant messaging group can be obtained through related positioning software on the terminal where the instant messaging application is located and under the permission of the user.
The predetermined range may be defined by a user using the instant messaging application according to a specific application scenario, for example, defined as 0.5 km, 1 km, or 2 km.
Wherein, the related information includes, but is not limited to, the following information: note identification of the contact, such as a real name; and/or if the plurality of pieces of contact information further include the contact address of each contact, the related information further includes the contact address of the contact.
Taking the instant messaging application group as an example of all members including a certain travel group, if the tour guide of the travel group defines a predetermined range as 1 km in the instant messaging application, and if the distance between any member exceeds 1 km, the tour guide or all members can be further presented on an electronic map which is already presented in the instant messaging application of the tour guide or all members and includes the current position information of all members: names and cell phone numbers of members that are more than 1 kilometer away.
Preferably, in order to make the user more clearly know which members in the group have activities beyond the predetermined range, the related information of the contacts presenting the activities beyond the predetermined range in step S105 includes: and presenting the relevant information of the contact exceeding the preset range in a mode of distinguishing the information of other contacts on the electronic map.
For example, as shown in fig. 2, an avatar or other identifier representing the current position of each member is already presented on the electronic map, and for members whose distance exceeds a predetermined range, the names and mobile phone numbers of the members are additionally displayed on the electronic map. Further, in order to highlight the members exceeding the predetermined range, the names and the mobile phone numbers of the members can be displayed in a highlight font, a dithering animation image and the like, and the highlighted display is particularly suitable for the application scene that the instant messaging application group comprises all the members of a certain travel group, so that the tour guide can be obviously noticed that the members exceeding the predetermined range currently exist.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 3, the information processing method may further include:
and step S106, in response to receiving the operation that the contact in the instant messaging group agrees to or refuses to display the own position information of the contact to other contacts in the instant messaging group, presenting or refusing to present the position information of the contact to the other contacts.
For example, a slide button may be provided in the instant messaging application that turns on or off the user's presentation of the real-time location to the other members of the group. Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic interface diagram illustrating a presentation for turning on or off a real-time location in an instant messaging application according to an embodiment of the present application. Members of the instant messaging application group may turn on or off presentation of the real-time location to other members of the group based on the interface shown in fig. 4.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 5, the information processing method may further include:
and S107, presenting an interactive window for information interaction among the contacts in the group in the same page of the electronic map which is presented in the instant messaging application and comprises the current position information of the contacts.
Preferably, the information processing method may further include:
step S108, in response to receiving the sliding operation along the first direction on one of the electronic map and the interactive window presented on the same page, enabling the one to which the sliding operation along the first direction is applied to be converted from the display state to the hidden state; and/or
Step S109, in response to a sliding operation in the second direction performed on one of the electronic map and the interactive window in the hidden state, causing the one to which the sliding operation in the second direction is applied to transition from the hidden state to the displayed state.
The above steps S107 to S109 can be described with reference to the interface diagram shown in fig. 6.
In the prior art, because the information interaction page of the instant messaging application and the map page are two independent pages, when a user needs to perform information interaction with other members of a group, the information interaction page needs to be opened; when a user needs to know the position information of other members of the group, the information interaction page needs to be switched to the map page, so that the user may need to frequently switch between the information interaction page and the map page, on one hand, the operation is very complicated, and on the other hand, the user is easy to miss some chat records because the user cannot see the interaction information of the group in time.
In order to solve the above problems in the prior art, the information interaction page and the map page are combined into the same page, that is, an interaction window for performing information interaction between contacts in the group is also presented in the same page of the electronic map including the current location information of the contacts, which is presented in the instant messaging application as shown in fig. 6. For example, a chat page is displayed in the upper half of the same page and a map page is displayed in the lower half of the same page. Therefore, the information interaction content and the map content are presented simultaneously on the basis of the same page, the trouble of switching the information interaction page and the map page by a user is avoided, and the position information of the group members can be clearly seen while chatting.
Preferably, in order to further enhance the operation experience of the user, the information interaction page or the map page may be set to a page that can be hidden or displayed in response to the corresponding operation, in consideration of the operation habit of the user. For example, in response to receiving a user's sliding operation of the information interaction page (i.e., chat page) presented in fig. 6 from bottom to top along the terminal, the chat page is hidden; and otherwise, responding to the sliding operation of the user along the terminal from top to bottom, and displaying the originally hidden chat page.
Preferably, one of the information interaction page and the map page can be set as a main page according to the visual habits of the user, so that the main page is always displayed in the instant messaging application, and the other page can be flexibly displayed or hidden according to the operation. For example, as shown in fig. 6, if a map page is set as a main page, when a chat page is hidden due to being retracted, the map page is displayed in a full screen manner, so as to further improve the visual experience of the user.
Of course, the above-described operation manner and operation direction are merely examples, and are not intended to limit the embodiments of the present application.
According to another preferred embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 7, the information processing method may further include:
step S110, in response to receiving a specific operation of a specific contact in the group on the identifiers of other contacts in the group presented on the electronic map, presenting, on the electronic map, related information of a contact corresponding to the identifier of the executed specific operation to the specific contact.
For example, when an avatar or other identification of a contact that a user has long pressed in an electronic map is received, the user may be presented with relevant information on the electronic map of the user identifying the contact that has long pressed. Taking the user as a tour guide as an example, in order to facilitate the tour guide to know the whereabouts of the group members, when the tour guide owner presses the identification of a certain member as shown in fig. 8, information (if any) such as the name, the mobile phone number, the room number, and the identification number of the member is presented.
Preferably, to enhance the visual experience of the user, the related information may be presented in a floating second interface (i.e., a floating layer) or other manner. Preferably, the presented information content can be customized by the user according to the needs.
According to still another preferred embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 9, the information processing method may further include:
step S111, in response to receiving a specific operation of a specific contact in the group on an identifier of another contact in the group presented on the electronic map, presenting an information window for directly interacting with the contact corresponding to the identifier on which the specific operation is performed to the specific contact on the electronic map.
The specific contact in the group is, for example, a group owner in the group or a person with a specific identity (e.g., a tour guide in a tourist group), and may also be a common contact. The specific operation includes, for example, a long press operation.
For example, in response to receiving a long press operation of a tour guide in a tour group on the head portrait of one member in the group presented on an electronic map, an information window interacting with the one member is popped up on the electronic map for the tour guide, so that point-to-point information interaction is realized, namely the tour guide can directly communicate with the one member point-to-point based on the information window popped up on the electronic map.
According to still another preferred embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 10, the information processing method may further include:
step S112, when the contact person of the group sends a message to a specific contact person in the group based on the instant messaging application, presenting the corresponding information of the contact person sending the message on the electronic map in an information display mode different from other contact persons in the group which do not send the message to the specific contact person.
Specifically, in order to facilitate that the members or specific members in the group clearly know which members in the group are performing information interaction directly through the content displayed on the electronic map, the present embodiment presents the members performing information interaction in a specific information display manner on the electronic map.
This can be explained with reference to the map interface shown in fig. 11. For example, if a member in a tourist group is sending a message to a tour guide in the group, an icon or ribbon with a certain animation effect or dynamic effect is presented on the user identifier of the member in the map interface, so that the tour guide can conveniently know the information of where the member sending the message is.
According to still another preferred embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 12, the information processing method may further include:
step S113, in response to receiving an operation of presenting information for triggering interaction among the contacts in the group in the electronic map, presenting the interactive information in the electronic map in a dynamic manner.
In order to further improve the visual experience of the user, particularly, when an interactive window is hidden and only an electronic map is displayed, a group user who does not want to interact can also learn the interaction dynamics of other members in time, a button for opening or closing a bullet screen on the electronic map can be arranged on the interface of the instant messaging application, and therefore when the operation that the user opens the bullet screen on the electronic map is received, the chat information of other members in the group is dynamically presented in the electronic map in a bullet screen flowing mode.
Of course, the display mode of the bullet screen flow is only an example, and other suitable presentation modes may be adopted to better present the information interacted by the group members in the embodiment.
According to still another preferred embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 13, the information processing method may further include:
step S114, acquiring the operation that the contact person of the instant communication group sends out a specific message based on a specific application button.
Wherein the specific application button includes, for example: a button for sending a distress signal (SOS button for short), and the specific message includes a distress message, for example. The application button can be arranged on a map page or other suitable pages of the instant messaging application, so that the application button can be triggered very quickly when the group contact meets danger, and a help seeking message is sent to the outside.
Step S115, determining the corresponding contacts in the group that can receive the specific message according to the rule for receiving the specific message for the contacts in the group.
