Fig. 15 is a front view of a main part of a conventional product dispensing device for an automatic vending machine. In fig. 15, reference numeral 101 denotes the aforementioned stopper shaft, and reference numeral 102 denotes the aforementioned shutter lever. As shown in fig. 15, in the conventional commodity dispensing device for an automatic vending machine, portions on both sides of the contact portion of the shutter lever 102 on the outer peripheral surface of the stopper shaft 101 are often exposed in a front view. Therefore, the following possibilities are possible: an improper operation member such as a slender rod enters from the commodity outlet to the portions (exposed portions) 103 on both sides of the contact portion on the outer peripheral surface of the stopper shaft 101, and the stopper shaft 101 in the lower state is pressed upward by the improper operation member. If the stopper shaft 101 is pressed upward by the improper operation member, the restriction of the lowermost commodity by the gate lever 102 to fall is released, and the commodity that should not be sent out is sent out, so that measures for preventing such an improper commodity from being sent out are desired.
Disclosure of Invention
therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a product dispensing device for an automatic vending machine, which can prevent or suppress dispensing of an improper product.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a commodity carrying device for an automatic vending machine, in which commodities stacked and accommodated in a commodity passage extending in a vertical direction are sequentially dropped from a lowermost commodity and carried out to a commodity carrying-out port. The commodity carrying out device includes: a gate lever configured to be changeable between a closed posture for closing the commodity passage and an open posture for opening the commodity passage, wherein the gate lever is configured to hold the closed posture to prevent the lowermost commodity from falling, and to release the holding of the closed posture to allow the lowermost commodity to fall; and a stopper shaft configured to be movable between a 1 st position and a 2 nd position, wherein when the stopper shaft is in the 1 st position, the shaft abutting portion of the shutter lever in the closed posture abuts a predetermined portion of an outer peripheral surface of the stopper shaft to thereby maintain the closed posture of the shutter lever, and wherein when the stopper shaft is moved from the 1 st position toward the 2 nd position by a predetermined amount, the abutment of the shaft abutting portion of the shutter lever in the closed posture against the predetermined portion is released to thereby release the maintenance of the closed posture of the shutter lever. The shutter lever includes a lever cover portion that covers a portion of the outer peripheral surface of the stopper lever adjacent to the predetermined portion when the lever abutting portion abuts against the predetermined portion of the outer peripheral surface of the stopper lever.
In the commodity dispensing device of the vending machine, the exposed portion on the outer peripheral surface of the stopper shaft is reduced as compared with the conventional commodity dispensing device. Therefore, the outer peripheral surface of the stopper shaft can be prevented or suppressed from being pressed by the improper operation member, and as a result, the delivery of an improper commodity can be prevented or suppressed.

Detailed Description
hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Fig. 1 is a side sectional view of an automatic vending machine 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The vending machine 1 includes a commodity storage 2 and a plurality of commodity columns 3 disposed in the commodity storage 2. Each commodity column 3 has a pair of commodity passages 4 extending in the vertical direction. Two commodity carrying-out devices 5 are disposed in the lower portion of each commodity storage column 3 so as to correspond to the pair of commodity passages 4 and so as to be back-to-back. Each of the commodity carrying-out devices 5 is configured to drop a lowermost commodity P1 among the plurality of commodities P stacked and accommodated in the corresponding commodity passage 4 in the vertical direction in order, and to carry out the commodity to the commodity outlet 6.
Fig. 2 to 4 show the structure of the commodity carrying out apparatus 5. Fig. 2 is a front view of the commodity carrying out device 5, fig. 3 is a rear view of the commodity carrying out device 5, and fig. 4 is a sectional view taken along line a-a of fig. 2 (a side sectional view of the commodity carrying out device 5).
In the present embodiment, the commodity carrying out device 5 includes a frame 10 made of, for example, a steel plate, and various components are assembled to the frame 10. The various components include a sold-out detection switch 20, a shutter lever 30, a lock lever 40, and the like. In the present embodiment, a relatively large opening 11 is formed in the frame 10, the sold-out detection switch 20 is disposed above the opening 11, and the gate lever 30 and the lock lever 40 are disposed in the opening 11.
The sold-out detection switch 20 detects the sold-out of the product P in the product passage 4. The sold-out detection switch 20 includes a pressing lever 21 that protrudes into the product passage 4 and is pressed by the product P, and detects the sold-out of the product P in the product passage 4 by releasing the pressing of the pressing lever 21 by the product P. In the present embodiment, if only one product P remains in the product passage a, the sold-out detection switch 20 detects that the product P in the product passage 4 is sold out.
the gate lever 30 prevents the lowermost product P1 in the product passage 4 from falling, thereby holding all the products P in the product passage 4. The shutter lever 30 has a plate-like portion 31 extending in the width direction (left-right direction) of the frame 10, and a plurality of (here, three) arm portions 32 provided on the lower surface of the plate-like portion 31. The plate-like portion 31 is formed in a substantially rectangular shape, and one end side in the longitudinal direction (one long side) thereof is rotatably supported by a 1 st support shaft 33 attached to the frame 10 and extending in the width direction.
The 1 st support rod 33 is supported by the 1 st rod support portion 12 and the 2 nd rod support portion 13, the 1 st rod support portion 12 being formed by bending a predetermined portion of one end side in the width direction of the frame 10 toward the back surface side and extending in the vertical direction, and the 2 nd rod support portion 13 being formed by bending a predetermined portion of the other end side in the width direction of the frame 10 toward the back surface side and extending in the vertical direction. A torsion coil spring 34 for biasing the shutter lever 30 to a state shown in fig. 2 to 4, that is, a posture in which the plate-like portion 31 is raised with respect to the frame 10 is attached to the 1 st support shaft 33. The plate-like portion 31 is configured to close the commodity passage 4 when in an upright posture with respect to the frame 10.
Here, "seal the commodity passage 4" means that the passage cross-sectional area of the commodity passage 4 is made smaller than the cross-sectional area of the commodity P.
That is, the shutter lever 30 is always biased by the torsion coil spring 34 attached to the 1 st support shaft 33 to a position for closing the commodity passage 4 (hereinafter, simply referred to as a "closed position"). The shutter lever 30 is configured to be rotated downward (in the direction of arrow B in fig. 4) about the 1 st support shaft 33 by a downward force (here, the weight of the commodity P) exceeding the biasing force of the torsion coil spring 34 acting on the plate-like portion 31, thereby changing from the closed posture to a posture in which the commodity passage 4 is opened (hereinafter, referred to as an "open posture").
Each arm portion 32 is formed to extend obliquely downward from the lower surface of the plate-like portion 31 toward the frame 10. The end surface 32a of each arm portion 32 is configured to be positioned below the gate lever 30 and to abut against a predetermined portion on the front side of the outer peripheral surface of the stopper shaft 35 extending in the width direction of the frame 10 when the gate lever 30 is in the closed posture.
When the shutter lever 30 is in the closed position, the end surface 32a of each arm 32 abuts on the outer peripheral surface of the stopper shaft 35, and the downward (arrow B direction) rotation is prevented. Thereby, the shutter lever 30 is held in the closed posture, and the lowermost product P1 is prevented from falling. On the other hand, when the end surface 32a of each arm 32 does not abut on the outer peripheral surface of the stopper shaft 35, the shutter lever 30 rotates downward around the 1 st support shaft 33 under the weight of the lowermost commodity P1, and the lowermost commodity P1 falls. That is, the shutter lever 30 is configured to allow the lowermost product P1 to fall if the contact with the outer peripheral surface of the stopper shaft 35 by the end surface 32a of each arm portion 32 is released and the holding of the closed posture is released (see fig. 5 and 6 described later).
the lock lever 40 prevents the second product P2 from falling from the lowermost position in the product passage 4, thereby holding the products P other than the lowermost product P1 in the product passage 4. The lock lever 40 is formed of a member extending in the width direction of the frame 10, and is disposed above the shutter lever 30. Similarly to the plate-like portion 31 of the gate lever 30, the lock lever 40 is rotatably supported at one end side in the longitudinal direction by a 2 nd support shaft 41 attached to the frame 10. The 2 nd support shaft 41 is supported by the 1 st shaft support portion 12 and the 2 nd shaft support portion 13, similarly to the 1 st support shaft 33.
Further, a plurality of (here, three) support plate portions 42 are provided upright on the back surface of the lock lever 40. The plurality of support plate sections 42 are arranged at intervals from each other in the width direction of the frame 10, and each support plate section 42 is formed with a substantially U-shaped spindle receiving section 42a (see fig. 4) into which and from which a turning spindle 43 arranged above and parallel to the stopper spindle 35 is inserted.
the lock lever 40 is normally in a state shown in fig. 2 to 4, that is, a state in which substantially the entire portion is positioned in the opening portion 11 of the frame 10, and at this time, the turning shaft 43 is positioned near the bottom portion in the shaft receiving portion 42a of each support plate portion 42. The lock lever 40 is configured to be rotated forward (in the direction of arrow C in fig. 4) about the 2 nd support shaft 41 from the normal state to project into the commodity passage 4, thereby preventing the second commodity P2 from falling from the lowermost position (see fig. 5 and 6 described later).
The stopper shaft 35 and the turning shaft 43 are supported by the 1 st shaft support portion 12 and a guide member 51 movably in the vertical direction, and the guide member 51 is attached to the middle of the back surface of the frame 10 in the width direction and extends in the vertical direction. Specifically, the stopper rod 35 is inserted into a 1 st elongated hole (not shown) formed in the 1 st rod support portion 12 and a 2 nd elongated hole 51a (see fig. 4) formed in the guide member 51 so as to correspond to the 1 st elongated hole, and is movable within the 1 st elongated hole and the 2 nd elongated hole 51 a. Similarly, the pivot shaft 43 is inserted into a 3 rd long hole (not shown) formed in the 1 st shaft support portion 12 and vertically long and located above the 1 st long hole and a 4 th long hole (not shown) formed in the guide member 51 so as to correspond to the 3 rd long hole, and is movable in the 3 rd long hole and the 4 th long hole. That is, the guide member 51 guides the movement of the stopper shaft 35 and the rotation shaft 43 together with the 1 st shaft support portion 12. Although not described, the guide member 51 further includes insertion holes through which the 1 st support shaft 33 and the 2 nd support shaft 41 are inserted, respectively.
The stopper shaft 35 and the turning shaft 43 are coupled to an operation plate 52 disposed on the rear surface side of the frame 10 at intermediate portions in the axial direction. The operation plate 52 extends in the vertical direction and is configured to be movable in the vertical direction. The upper portion of the operating plate 52 is connected to a plunger 53a of a solenoid 53 provided on the upper portion of the back surface of the frame 10, and the lower portion of the operating plate 52 is connected to the other end of a tension coil spring 54 having one end connected to the lower portion of the frame 10. That is, the operating plate 52 is always biased downward by a tension coil spring (biasing member) 54, and is pulled upward by the operation of the solenoid 53.
When the solenoid 53 is not operated, the operating plate 52 is at the lowermost position of the movable range thereof by the biasing force of the tension coil spring 54. At this time, the stopper shaft 35 and the turning shaft 43 connected to the operating plate 52 are also at the lowermost positions of their respective movable ranges. When the solenoid 53 is operated from this state, the operating plate 52 is pulled upward by the solenoid 53 and moves to the uppermost position of the movable range, and the stopper shaft 35 and the pivot shaft 43 also move to the respective movable ranges. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the operation plate 52 and the solenoid 53 constitute a driving device for moving the stopper shaft 35.
next, the operation of the product dispensing device 5 will be described with reference to fig. 5 and 6. Fig. 5 is a main part diagram showing a state of the article carrying-out device 5 at the time of selling the article P, and fig. 6 is a main part diagram showing a state of the article carrying-out device 5 at the time of selling the article P.
When the commodity P is to be sold, the shutter lever 30 is in the aforementioned closed posture, and the lock lever 40 is substantially entirely positioned in the opening portion 11 of the frame 10. Further, the stopper shaft 35, the rotating shaft 43, and the operating plate 52 are located at respective lowermost positions. At this time, the end surface 32a of each arm portion 32 of the shutter lever 30 abuts on the predetermined portion on the front side of the outer peripheral surface of the stopper shaft 35, and the downward rotation of the shutter lever 30 is prevented. That is, the shutter lever 30 is held in the aforementioned closed posture by the stopper shaft 35. Therefore, the falling of the lowermost product P1 in the product passage 4 is prevented by the gate lever 30, and all the products P in the product passage 4 are held in the product passage 4. Further, the turning shaft 43 is located near the bottom in each shaft receiving portion 42a of the lock lever 40.
At the time of sales of the product P, the solenoid 53 is operated to pull up the operation plate 52 from its lowermost position to the uppermost position, and accordingly, the stopper shaft 35 and the turning shaft 43 are also moved from their respective lowermost positions to the uppermost positions. If the stopper shaft 35 is moved from its lowermost position to its uppermost position by a predetermined amount, the contact of the end surface 32a of each arm 32 of the gate lever 30 with the predetermined portion of the outer peripheral surface of the stopper shaft 35 is released. Thereby, the holding of the shutter lever 30 in the closed posture by the stopper shaft 35 is released. Further, when the turning shaft 43 moves from its lowermost position toward the uppermost position, the inner wall of the upper side of each shaft receiving portion 42a is pressed, and the lock lever 40 is turned forward as described above. Thereby, the lock lever 40 protrudes into the commodity passage 4, and the fall of the second commodity P2 from the lowermost position in the commodity passage 4 is prevented by the lock lever 40. That is, the products P other than the lowermost product P1 are held in the product passage 4. On the other hand, since the shutter lever 30, which has released the holding in the closed posture, is rotated downward by the weight of the lowermost commodity P1, the lowermost commodity P1 falls and is discharged to the commodity outlet 6. Then, if the lowermost product P1 falls, the shutter lever 30 is returned to the closing posture by the urging force of the torsion coil spring 34.
When the operation of the solenoid 53 is stopped after the sales of the product P is completed, the operating plate 52 is returned to the lowermost position by the biasing force of the tension coil spring 54, and the stopper shaft 35 and the pivot shaft 43 are also returned to the respective lowermost positions. Therefore, the end surface 32a of each arm portion 32 of the shutter lever 30 in the closed position abuts on the predetermined position on the outer peripheral surface of the stopper shaft 35, and the shutter lever 30 is held in the closed position by the stopper shaft 35. When the rotating shaft 43 moves from its uppermost position to its lowermost position, the inner wall of the lower side of each shaft receiving portion 42a is pressed, and the lock lever 40 rotates rearward about the 2 nd support shaft 41. Thereby, the lock lever 40 is returned to a state in which substantially the entire part thereof is positioned in the opening 11 of the frame 10, and the commodity P remaining in the commodity passage 4 falls down onto the gate lever 30, and a state of selling the commodity P is achieved.
As described above, if the stopper shaft 35 is pushed and moved upward by the improper operation member that enters from the commodity outlet 6 at the time of selling the commodity P, the prevention of the falling of the lowermost commodity P1 by the gate lever 30 is released, and the lowermost commodity P1 that should not be sent out is sent out to the commodity outlet 6. Therefore, in the present embodiment, in particular, in the commodity carrying-out device 5 disposed at the position closest to the commodity carrying-out port 6, in order to prevent carrying-out of the commodity P using the above-described improper operation member (carrying-out of the improper commodity P), a configuration as described below is adopted. In the following description, the term "exposed" or "exposed portion" refers to a portion that is exposed or exposed when the commodity carrying out device 5 is viewed obliquely from the front side and downward, more specifically, when the commodity carrying out device 5 is viewed from the commodity outlet 6.
Fig. 7 is a front view of the commodity carrying out apparatus 5. Fig. 8 to 14 show the structure of the shutter lever 30. Fig. 8 is a front view of gate lever 30, fig. 9 is a left side view of gate lever 30, fig. 10 is a right side view of gate lever 30, fig. 11 is a D-D sectional view of fig. 8, fig. 12 is an E-E sectional view of fig. 8, fig. 13 is an F-F sectional view of fig. 8, and fig. 14 is a G-G sectional view of fig. 8.
As shown in fig. 7, in the present embodiment, one end portion (right end portion in fig. 7) of the stopper shaft 35 is hidden (not exposed) on the back surface side of the frame 10. When the commodity P is to be sold, the end surfaces 32a of the three arm portions 32 of the shutter lever 30 in the closed posture abut against axially different portions on the outer peripheral surface of the stopper shaft 35 in the lowermost position. Specifically, an end face 32a of the arm portion 32 (hereinafter referred to as "right arm portion 32R") disposed on the right side in front view abuts on a portion between the frame 10 and the operation plate 52 on the outer peripheral surface of the stopper shaft 35. An end surface 32a of the arm portion 32 (hereinafter referred to as "left arm portion 32L") disposed on the left side in front view abuts a portion of the outer peripheral surface of the stopper shaft 35 within a predetermined range from the other end portion (left end portion in fig. 7) of the stopper shaft 35. Further, an end face 32a of the arm portion 32 (hereinafter referred to as "middle arm portion 32C") disposed between the right arm portion 32R and the left arm portion 32L abuts on a portion between the operating plate 52 and the guide member 51 on the outer peripheral surface of the stopper shaft 35.
in the present embodiment, the shutter lever 30 includes the 1 st and 2 nd stem cover portions 36, 37 that cover the portions of the outer peripheral surface of the stopper stem 35 adjacent to the portions of the outer peripheral surface of the stopper stem 35 that abut against the end surfaces 32a of the respective arm portions 32 (32R, 32C, 32L) when the end surfaces 32a of the respective arm portions 32 abut against the outer peripheral surface of the stopper stem 35. The 1 st stem cover 36 is formed to protrude laterally from the side surface of each arm 32, and covers the portion of the outer peripheral surface of the stopper stem 35 that abuts against the end surface 32a of each arm 32 in the axial direction of the stopper stem 35. The 2 nd stem cover 37 is formed so as to protrude below the end surface 32a of each arm 32 than the end surface 32a, and covers a portion of the outer peripheral surface of the stopper stem 35 below the abutment portion of the end surface 32a of each arm 32.
Specifically, the 1 st shaft cover portion 36 is formed on both side surfaces of the right arm portion 32R, both side surfaces of the middle arm portion 32C, and a side surface of the left arm portion 32L on the guide member 51 side, and the 2 nd shaft cover portion 37 is formed on respective lower portions of the right arm portion 32R, the middle arm portion 32C, and the left arm portion 32L.
The 1 st stem cover portion 36a formed on the side surface of the right arm portion 32R on the frame 10 side covers the exposed portion between the frame 10 and the right arm portion 32R on the outer peripheral surface of the stopper stem 35, and the 1 st stem cover portion 36b formed on the side surface of the right arm portion 32R on the operating plate 52 side covers the exposed portion between the right arm portion 32R and the operating plate 52 on the outer peripheral surface of the stopper stem 35. Further, the 2 nd stem cover portion 37 formed at the lower portion of the right arm portion 32R covers the exposed portion below the abutment position of the end face 32a of the right arm portion 32R on the outer peripheral surface of the stopper stem 35.
The 1 st stem cover portion 36C formed on the side surface of the intermediate arm portion 32C on the side of the operating plate 52 covers the exposed portion between the operating plate 52 and the intermediate arm portion 32C on the outer peripheral surface of the stopper stem 35, and the 1 st stem cover portion 36d formed on the side surface of the intermediate arm portion 32C on the side of the guide member 51 covers the exposed portion between the intermediate arm portion 32C and the guide member 51 on the outer peripheral surface of the stopper stem 35. The 2 nd stem cover 37 formed at the lower portion of the middle arm 32C covers the exposed portion on the outer peripheral surface of the stopper stem 35 below the position where the end surface 32a of the middle arm 32C abuts.
The 1 st shaft lever cover portion 36e formed on the side surface of the left arm portion 32L on the side of the guide member 51 covers the exposed portion between the guide member 51 and the left arm portion 32L on the outer peripheral surface of the stopper shaft 35. The 2 nd stem cover 37 formed at the lower portion of the left arm portion 32L covers the exposed portion on the outer peripheral surface of the stopper stem 35 below the position where the end surface 32a of the left arm portion 32L abuts. The reason why the 1 st stem cover 36 is not formed on the side surface of the left arm portion 32L opposite to the guide member 51 is that the portion of the outer peripheral surface of the stopper stem 35 that is located within the predetermined range from the other end portion is hidden (not exposed) on the back side of the left arm portion 32L. Therefore, when the portion on the other end portion side on the outer peripheral surface of the stopper shaft 35 is exposed (protrudes from the left arm portion 32L), the 1 st shaft cover portion 36 is also formed on the side surface of the left arm portion 32L opposite to the guide member 51.
Here, since the shutter lever 30 needs to be kept out of contact with the frame 10, the guide member 51, or the operation plate 52 when the shutter lever 30 is rotated, the exposed portions cannot be completely covered with the 1 st shaft lever cover portions 36 (36 a to 36 c) and the 2 nd shaft lever cover portions 37. That is, a predetermined gap is formed between the 1 st shaft cover part 36a to 36e or the 2 nd shaft cover part 37 and the frame 10, the guide member 51, or the operation plate 52. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the frame 10 and the guide member 51 are provided with covering portions for covering the gaps, that is, portions of the outer peripheral surface of the stopper shaft 35 which are not covered with the 1 st shaft cover portions 36a to 36e and/or the 2 nd shaft cover portion 37 when the stopper shaft 35 is viewed from the commodity outlet 6 side.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the frame 10 is provided with, as the covering portion, a bent piece portion 16 formed by bending a portion of the frame 10 close to the right arm portion 32R toward the right arm portion 32R, and a trapezoidal portion 17 protruding in a trapezoidal shape from below the stopper shaft 35 to a position overlapping the stopper shaft 35 between the right arm portion 32R and the middle arm portion 32C in front view. Further, the guide member 51 is provided with a protrusion 51b formed to protrude laterally from the side surface on the side of the middle arm portion 32C and a protrusion 51C formed to protrude laterally from the side surface on the side of the left arm portion 32L at a position below the stopper rod 35 as the covering portions.
The above-described gaps are blocked when viewed from the commodity outlet 6 by the above-described covering portions, that is, by the curved piece portion 16 and the trapezoidal portion 17 provided in the frame 10 and the projecting portions 51b and 51c provided in the guide member 51, and the above-described improper operation member is prevented from entering the outer peripheral surface of the stopper shaft 35 from the commodity outlet 6 through the above-described gaps. In other words, the cover portion cooperates with the 1 st stem cover portions 36a to 36e and the 2 nd stem cover portion 37 to prevent a gap or a space linearly extending from the commodity outlet 6 to the outer peripheral surface of the stopper stem 35 from being formed, thereby preventing the unauthorized operation member from entering from the commodity outlet 6 to the outer peripheral surface of the stopper stem 35.
In this way, in the present embodiment, when the end surface 32a of each arm 32 of the shutter lever 30 abuts on the predetermined portion of the outer peripheral surface of the stopper shaft 35, the exposed portion on the outer peripheral surface of the stopper shaft 35 is covered by the 1 st shaft cover portions 36a to 36e and the 2 nd shaft cover portion 37 provided on each arm 32 of the shutter lever 30. This prevents or suppresses the outer peripheral surface of the stopper shaft 35 from being pressed by the unauthorized operation member, thereby preventing or suppressing the sending out of the unauthorized product P.
In the present embodiment, the frame 10 and the guide member 51 have the covering portions 16, 17, 51b, and 51c for covering the portions of the outer peripheral surface of the stopper shaft 35 that are not covered by the 1 st shaft cover portions 36a to 36e and/or the 2 nd shaft cover portion 37. Therefore, the unauthorized operation member is prevented from entering the outer peripheral surface of the stopper shaft 35 through the gaps from the article outlet 6, and the unauthorized article P is more effectively prevented from being fed out.
In the above embodiment, each arm 32 of the shutter lever 30 has the 1 st shaft lever cover portion 36 and the 2 nd shaft lever cover portion 37. However, the gate lever 30 may have only the 1 st shaft cover 36 or only the 2 nd shaft cover 37 for each arm 32.
In the above embodiment, the covering portion is provided on the frame 10 and the guide member 51. However, it is not limited thereto. The covering portion may be provided only on the frame 10, or may be formed separately from the frame 10 and attached to the frame 10. The 1 st stem cover 36 (36 a to 36 e) and the 2 nd stem cover 37 may have any shape.
while the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and further modifications and changes can be made based on the technical idea of the present invention.
