The invention can make the traveler sign the electronic contract on the day when the traveler needs to travel, is convenient for the traveler to randomly select the needed travel items according to the situation, greatly saves the time of the traveler, avoids delay of the group period and ensures that the resources are utilized efficiently.

third, a cloud service platform generates a third party payment page corresponding to the travel item and sends the third party payment page to the handheld terminal;
step four, the passenger confirms payment in the APP of the handheld terminal, the handheld terminal feeds back the payment information to the cloud service platform, and the cloud service platform issues a two-dimensional code containing travel item information;
and fifthly, the passenger operates the handheld terminal to obtain the travel item information carried by the two-dimension code through the scanning equipment on the tourist bus, the vehicle-mounted communication module uploads the travel item information obtained through the scanning equipment to the cloud service platform for confirmation, and the cloud service platform confirms that the passenger can get on the bus without errors.

step four, the traveler confirms payment in the APP33 of the handheld terminal 3, the handheld terminal feeds back the payment information to the cloud service platform 1, and the cloud service platform 1 issues a two-dimensional code containing travel item information;
and step five, the passenger operates the handheld terminal 3 so that the scanning equipment 22 on the tourist bus can acquire the tourist item information carried by the two-dimension code, and the vehicle-mounted communication module 23 uploads the tourist item information acquired by the scanning equipment 22 to the cloud service platform 1 for confirmation, and the cloud service platform 1 confirms that the passenger can get on the tourist bus without errors.
