Abstract

本发明涉及户用自力式平衡电动调节阀,属于流量调节阀技术领域,解决阀体易腐蚀、开度与流量的导数不是常数的技术问题,解决方案为:四通阀体左侧管口为进水口,右侧管口为出水口,上端管口处设置阀体上盖,垂直于阀体上盖设置有阀杆,阀杆下端部设置有转动孔板,下端管口外部设置有阀体下盖,靠近阀体下盖处设置有导压孔;所述进水口内侧下沿处设有第一流量调节板,出水口内侧上沿处设有第二流量调节板,第一流量调节板与第二流量调节板通过固定孔板连接,固定孔板上方为流量调节腔,固定孔板下方为压差控制腔。本发明结构简单,寿命长,固定开度时流量恒定;当进水口压力过大时,流体通过导压孔泄压,实现流量对开度的导数为一常数。

技术领域
本发明属于流量调节阀技术领域,特别涉及户用自力式平衡电动调节阀。
背景技术
户用自力式平衡电动调节阀是自力式压差控制阀与电动调节阀一体化产品。主要用于建筑暖通空调系统、户用末端装置,如散热器、地暖、空调箱、风机组等的温度控制,通过配置智能模块控制装置,可方便地对室温进行自动控制,实现合理利用能量、节能降耗、智能化管理。应用此阀使末端装置只受控于控制信号,而不受系统压力波动的影响。
电动调节阀是指阀门能根据目标区域温度控制信号的变化自动调节阀门的开度,从而改变水流量,最终使目标区域的实际温度与设定温度一致。
在目前的供热空调流量控制系统中,使用的户用动态电动调节阀存在以下问题:①、阀体等主要部件均为金属制造,易被流体介质腐蚀;②、开度与流量的导数不是常数;③、电动调节与手动调节互换复杂。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的不足,解决阀体易腐蚀、开度与流量的导数不是常数、电动调节与手动调节互换复杂的技术问题,本发明提供提供了一种由工程塑料制造的结构简单、合理,能确保当对应一个固定开度时其流量是唯一和恒定,同时流量对开度的导数为一常数的户用自力式平衡电动调节阀。
本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现。
户用自力式平衡电动调节阀,它包括四通阀体,其中:四通阀体左侧管口设置为进水口,四通阀体右侧管口设置为出水口,四通阀体上端管口处螺纹连接有阀体上盖,四通阀体下端管口外部可拆卸地设置有阀体下盖,阀体下盖内侧中部设置有凹坑;
所述进水口内侧下沿处竖直向上设置有第一流量调节板,出水口内侧上沿处竖直向下设置有第二流量调节板,第一流量调节板末端与第二流量调节板末端通过固定孔板连接,固定孔板上方的阀腔内形成流量调节腔,固定孔板下方的阀腔内形成压差控制腔;垂直于所述阀体上盖设置有阀杆,阀杆贯穿阀体上盖并延伸至固定孔板下方,阀杆下端部设置有转动孔板,阀杆驱动转动孔板旋转,转动孔板上的通孔位置与固定孔板上的通孔位置产生位错;阀杆下端贯穿固定孔板并延伸至压差控制腔内,压差控制腔内位于固定孔板与阀体下盖之间设置有阀座,阀座侧壁中部向内凹陷,凹陷处沿圆周方向设置有若干孔,位于阀体下盖与四通阀体下端管口之间包覆四通阀体下端管口端面与阀座下表面设置有感应膜片,感应膜片上靠近压差控制腔一侧设置有自动阀瓣,阀杆下端与自动阀瓣之间固定设置有弹簧的两端;
贯穿进水口一侧靠近阀体下盖处的四通阀体侧壁和阀体下盖并与阀体下盖内凹坑相导通地设置有导压孔。
优选地,所述阀杆的材质为黄铜,感应膜片的材质为橡胶,弹簧的材质为不锈钢,其余零部件的材质均为工程塑料。
优选地,所述转动孔板上的通孔与固定孔板上的通孔的形状均为水滴状。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。
本发明提供的户用自力式平衡电动调节阀,阀体部分由工程塑料制造,结构简单、合理,延长了调节阀的使用寿命;通过旋转转动孔板与固定孔板的相对位置来实现阀门的开度大小。当转动孔板上水滴状通孔与固定孔板上水滴状通孔完全重合时,阀门为全开(开度为100%);完全错开时,阀门为全关(开度为0%)。
特制的水滴状通孔使得过流面积的增减与开度的增减为线性函数,实现流量对开度的导数为一常数。压差控制腔控制恒定了孔板两侧的压差,能确保当对应一个固定开度时通过孔板的流量是唯一和恒定。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做详细说明:本实施例是以本发明技术方案为前提进行实施,给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程,但本发明的保护范围不限于下面的实施例。
如图1所示,户用自力式平衡电动调节阀,它包括四通阀体1,其中:四通阀体1左侧管口设置为进水口16,四通阀体1右侧管口设置为出水口17,四通阀体1上端管口处螺纹连接有阀体上盖2,四通阀体1下端管口外部可拆卸地设置有阀体下盖3,阀体下盖3内侧中部设置有凹坑;
所述进水口16内侧下沿处竖直向上设置有第一流量调节板4,出水口17内侧上沿处竖直向下设置有第二流量调节板5,第一流量调节板4末端与第二流量调节板5末端通过固定孔板6连接,固定孔板6上方的阀腔内形成流量调节腔7,固定孔板6下方的阀腔内形成压差控制腔8;垂直于所述阀体上盖2设置有阀杆9,阀杆9贯穿阀体上盖2并延伸至固定孔板6下方,阀杆9下端部设置有转动孔板10,阀杆9驱动转动孔板10旋转,转动孔板10上的通孔位置与固定孔板6上的通孔位置产生位错;阀杆9下端贯穿固定孔板6并延伸至压差控制腔8内,压差控制腔8内位于固定孔板6与阀体下盖3之间设置有阀座11,阀座11侧壁中部向内凹陷,凹陷处沿圆周方向设置有若干孔,位于阀体下盖3与四通阀体1下端管口之间包覆四通阀体1下端管口端面与阀座11下表面设置有感应膜片12,感应膜片12上靠近压差控制腔8一侧设置有自动阀瓣13,阀杆9下端与自动阀瓣13之间固定设置有弹簧14的两端;
贯穿进水口16一侧靠近阀体下盖3处的四通阀体1侧壁和阀体下盖3并与阀体下盖3内凹坑相导通地设置有导压孔15。
优选地,所述阀杆9的材质为黄铜,感应膜片12的材质为橡胶,弹簧14的材质为不锈钢,其余零部件的材质均为工程塑料。
优选地,所述转动孔板10上的通孔与固定孔板6上的通孔的形状均为水滴状。
本具体实施方式中提供的户用自力式平衡电动调节阀是由流量调节腔7与压差控制腔8组合而成,阀杆9带动转动孔板10来调节开度,每个开度位置对应一个kv(kv表示流量系数)值,由压差控制腔8控制转动孔板10与固定孔板6两侧的压差(P1-P2)的值恒定不变,则流量不变。
如图所示,当水流进入流量调节腔7时,进水口16的压力为P1,转动孔板10与固定孔板6两侧的压力分别为P1、P2,当转动孔板开启到某一位置时,即为确定了“设定流量”以及相对应的kv值。当系统来水流量增大时,P1增大,随之感应膜的受力平衡打破,自动阀瓣向关闭方向移动,P2增加,即瞬间恢复(P1-P2)值不变,反之亦然。

1.户用自力式平衡电动调节阀,它包括四通阀体(1),其特征在于:四通阀体(1)左侧管口设置为进水口(16),四通阀体(1)右侧管口设置为出水口(17),四通阀体(1)上端管口处螺纹连接有阀体上盖(2),四通阀体(1)下端管口外部可拆卸地设置有阀体下盖(3),阀体下盖(3)内侧中部设置有凹坑;
所述进水口(16)内侧下沿处竖直向上设置有第一流量调节板(4),出水口(17)内侧上沿处竖直向下设置有第二流量调节板(5),第一流量调节板(4)末端与第二流量调节板(5)末端通过固定孔板(6)连接,固定孔板(6)上方的阀腔内形成流量调节腔(7),固定孔板(6)下方的阀腔内形成压差控制腔(8);垂直于所述阀体上盖(2)设置有阀杆(9),阀杆(9)贯穿阀体上盖(2)并延伸至固定孔板(6)下方,阀杆(9)下端部设置有转动孔板(10),阀杆(9)驱动转动孔板(10)旋转,转动孔板(10)上的通孔位置与固定孔板(6)上的通孔位置产生位错;阀杆(9)下端贯穿固定孔板(6)并延伸至压差控制腔(8)内,压差控制腔(8)内位于固定孔板(6)与阀体下盖(3)之间设置有阀座(11),阀座(11)侧壁中部向内凹陷,凹陷处沿圆周方向设置有若干孔,位于阀体下盖(3)与四通阀体(1)下端管口之间包覆四通阀体(1)下端管口端面与阀座(11)下表面设置有感应膜片(12),感应膜片(12)上靠近压差控制腔(8)一侧设置有自动阀瓣(13),阀杆(9)下端与自动阀瓣(13)之间固定设置有弹簧(14)的两端;
贯穿进水口(16)一侧靠近阀体下盖(3)处的四通阀体(1)侧壁和阀体下盖(3)并与阀体下盖(3)内凹坑相导通地设置有导压孔(15)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的户用自力式平衡电动调节阀,其特征在于:所述阀杆(9)的材质为黄铜,感应膜片(12)的材质为橡胶,弹簧(14)的材质为不锈钢,其余零部件的材质均为工程塑料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的户用自力式平衡电动调节阀,其特征在于:所述转动孔板(10)上的通孔与固定孔板(6)上的通孔的形状均为水滴状。
