Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型节能环保瓷砖粘结材料,包含一聚四氟乙烯纤维层,所述聚四氟乙烯纤维层的一面设有一大孔海绵层,所述大孔海绵层内饱吸有环氧基丙烯酸酯乳液,在所述大孔海绵层的表面设有多根墙面啮合条,所述聚四氟乙烯纤维层的另一面设有一小孔海绵层,所述小孔海绵层内饱吸有丙烯酸乳液和高聚物,在所述小孔海绵层的表面设有多根瓷砖啮合条。本发明的新型节能环保瓷砖粘结材料整体为片状结构,使用的时候撕掉材料表面的保护膜贴附到墙面或地面上,让后再将瓷砖贴附到粘结材料上压实即可,该材料类似于双面胶,在瓷砖粘贴过程中使用非常方便,可以大大提高瓷砖的粘贴效率。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种建材,更确切地说,是一种新型节能环保瓷砖粘结材料。
背景技术
瓷砖是以耐火的金属氧化物及半金属氧化物,经由研磨、混合、压制、施釉、烧结之过程,而形成的一种耐酸碱的瓷质或石质等,建筑或装饰材料,称之为瓷砖。其原材料多由粘土、石英砂等等混合而成。瓷砖是当今非常常见的建筑材料,瓷砖通过粘合剂与墙体或地面贴合。在贴瓷砖的过程中先在墙体或地面上涂布粘合剂然后再将瓷砖贴附上去,待粘合剂凝固后瓷砖与墙体和地面粘牢。这些瓷砖粘合剂为工人自己调制的膏状材料,算上调制粘合剂的时间和凝固时间,瓷砖的贴附耗时较长,效率不高。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题,从而提供一种新型节能环保瓷砖粘结材料。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
一种新型节能环保瓷砖粘结材料,所述粘结材料为片状多层结构,包含一聚四氟乙烯纤维层,所述聚四氟乙烯纤维层的一面设有一大孔海绵层,所述大孔海绵层内饱吸有环氧基丙烯酸酯乳液,在所述大孔海绵层的表面设有多根墙面啮合条,所述墙面啮合条的截面为三角形,所述聚四氟乙烯纤维层的另一面设有一小孔海绵层,所述小孔海绵层内饱吸有丙烯酸乳液和高聚物,在所述小孔海绵层的表面设有多根瓷砖啮合条,所述瓷砖啮合条的表面为弧形。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的聚四氟乙烯纤维层的厚度为0.6-1.2mm。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的大孔海绵层和小孔海绵层的厚度比为5:3。
本发明的新型节能环保瓷砖粘结材料整体为片状结构,使用的时候撕掉材料表面的保护膜贴附到墙面或地面上,让后再将瓷砖贴附到粘结材料上压实即可,该材料类似于双面胶,在瓷砖粘贴过程中使用非常方便,可以大大提高瓷砖的粘贴效率。

如图1所示,一种新型节能环保瓷砖粘结材料1,所述粘结材料为片状多层结构,包含一聚四氟乙烯纤维层10,所述聚四氟乙烯纤维层10的一面设有一大孔海绵层30,所述大孔海绵层30内饱吸有环氧基丙烯酸酯乳液,在所述大孔海绵层30的表面设有多根墙面啮合条31,所述墙面啮合条31的截面为三角形,所述聚四氟乙烯纤维层10的另一面设有一小孔海绵层20,所述小孔海绵层20内饱吸有丙烯酸乳液和高聚物,在所述小孔海绵层20的表面设有多根瓷砖啮合条21,所述瓷砖啮合条21的表面为弧形。
作为对本发明更进一步的改进,所述的聚四氟乙烯纤维层10的厚度为0.6-1.2mm。
作为对本发明更进一步的改进,所述的大孔海绵层30和小孔海绵层20的厚度比为5:3。
该发明的新型节能环保瓷砖粘结材料整体为片状结构,使用的时候撕掉材料表面的保护膜贴附到墙面或地面上,让后再将瓷砖贴附到粘结材料上压实即可,该材料类似于双面胶,在瓷砖粘贴过程中使用非常方便,可以大大提高瓷砖的粘贴效率。
以上仅仅以一个实施方式来说明本发明的设计思路,在系统允许的情况下,本发明可以扩展为同时外接更多的功能模块,从而最大限度扩展其功能。

1.一种新型节能环保瓷砖粘结材料(1),其特征在于,所述粘结材料为片状多层结构,包含一聚四氟乙烯纤维层(10),所述聚四氟乙烯纤维层(10)的一面设有一大孔海绵层(30),所述大孔海绵层(30)内饱吸有环氧基丙烯酸酯乳液,在所述大孔海绵层(30)的表面设有多根墙面啮合条(31),所述墙面啮合条(31)的截面为三角形,所述聚四氟乙烯纤维层(10)的另一面设有一小孔海绵层(20),所述小孔海绵层(20)内饱吸有丙烯酸乳液和高聚物,在所述小孔海绵层(20)的表面设有多根瓷砖啮合条(21),所述瓷砖啮合条(21)的表面为弧形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型节能环保瓷砖粘结材料,其特征在于,所述的聚四氟乙烯纤维层(10)的厚度为0.6-1.2mm 。
3.根据权利要求2所述的新型节能环保瓷砖粘结材料,其特征在于,所述的大孔海绵层(30)和小孔海绵层(20)的厚度比为5:3 。
