牙科学研究已有大量的证据表明牙齿色斑是诱发牙周病和龋齿形成的主要原因。龋齿是牙齿局部的、渐进的腐烂。它起源于牙齿色斑上的细菌使口腔中存在的糖类食物发酵而生成的酸对牙齿的脱矿物作用。
牙齿色斑是积累在口腔中的牙齿和其周围表面上的一种沉积物。细菌生长,特别是口腔中残留的食物是形成牙齿色斑的主要原因。唾液中的粘蛋白和矿物质以及口腔中已死亡的细胞也加快了牙齿色斑的形成。
通过对牙齿进行有效的清洁可部分地除去牙齿色斑,但口腔中牙刷不易到达的较少触及和更隐蔽的部位,则特别容易形成牙齿色斑和最终导致牙垢的生长。如果没有阻碍,色斑将逐渐长大并牢牢地粘附在牙齿上。牙齿表面色斑中细菌的新陈代谢会导致对邻近口腔组织有害的酸、毒素和酶的生成。有证据指出,由于色斑结构中有酸的生成,色斑是造成龋齿的直接原因。
为了保护一颗正常的牙齿,牙齿珐琅质薄层在牙齿上形成一保护涂层。该涂层主要含有钙离子、磷酸根离子和其它类似羟基磷灰石结构的离子。珐琅质含有2-5%的可使其易于酸解的碳酸盐。
人们认为是三种因素的相互作用导致了龋齿的形成:敏感性的牙齿表面;微生物群;和适于微生物群的底物。虽然口腔中有几种可诱发龋齿的生酸性微生物存在,但变异链球菌被认为是龋齿的主要病原。
人们知道含有可发酵性糖类的食物能够促进龋齿的形成。当主要寄生在牙齿表面所粘附的色斑中的变异链球菌代谢寄生主所食用的可发酵性糖类时,龋齿也就开始形成。在代谢可发酵性糖类的同时,细菌分泌出乳酸和其它有机酸副产物。这些酸性物质降低了色斑/牙齿周围环境的pH值。
当色斑/牙齿周围环境的pH值降低到5.5至5.7的临界值时,牙齿珐琅质中的关键组分羟基磷灰石(氢氧化磷酸钙,Ca11(PO4)6(OH)2)开始溶解。一般这种溶解从在牙齿多孔表面下开始。
随着细菌进一步代谢可发酵性糖类,酸性物质不断地侵蚀牙齿,牙齿下表面的损害逐渐扩大。如果这种损害扩大到珐琅质表面开始被破坏时,牙齿上就会形成空穴,而这种过程则无法再挽回。
口腔中牙齿的自发的矿质化再生过程部分地包括唾液在色斑上的流动。唾液能够提高周围环境的pH值。此外唾液中的钙离子和磷酸根离子沉淀出来以代替在细菌代谢可发酵性糖类时产生的有机酸所分解的羟基磷灰石。
一般只有当pH值高于临界值时,这种矿质化再生过程的发生才会有效。如果唾液不能将pH值提高到足够的水平,有效的矿质化再生过程将不会发生。口腔中含有氟离子可以促进矿质化再生过程,因为氟离子可加快新晶体的生长,在深入龋齿损害内部的晶体的表面沉淀形成类氟磷灰石物质的沉淀。
造成牙周病的最重要的一个病因是色斑和牙垢(例如唾液形成的牙垢)在牙齿上的积累。这些沉积物可使周围齿龈组织发炎,且随着严重性的加剧也将影响到支持骨骼。这些变化导致支持结构的破坏,并最终使一般并未腐烂的牙齿大量脱落。
虽然用牙刷和牙膏清洁牙齿是人们广泛采用的维持牙齿健康的一种手段,但美国人平均刷牙为每天一次,每次大约一分钟。因此十分需要寻找其它方法来提高每日的口腔卫生。多年来口香糖作为清洁牙齿最佳的辅助手段而被提倡,因为人们发现咀嚼口香糖能给人带来愉快的感觉,而且咀嚼口香糖的时间要比刷牙的时间长得多。当刷牙为不可能或不方便时,例如午饭后,旅游中或工作中,口香糖则尤为显示出其独到的优点。
口香糖一般含有一种中性和无味的激唾液口香糖基质和一种或多种混入基质中的非激唾液活性成分。这里“活性成分”是指增甜剂,决定口香糖气味和口味的香料,在咀嚼中缓速释放和吸收的身体保健剂如医药或药剂,或改善或减少口腔异味的清爽剂。此外,口香糖中还可含有水溶性和常带甜味的非激唾液的填充剂,色素,或用以提高口香糖质地的增塑剂。
为了在咀嚼中获得成分的缓速和控制释放,或提高成分在口香糖中的稳定性,这些口香糖的活性成分优选或要求以包封的形式存在于口香糖中。
美国专利No.5,139,794叙述了含有包封氯化钠成分的一种口香糖。氯化钠颗粒的包衣能长时间地具有调节口味的作用,使人不感觉到盐的成味。
含有碳酸氢盐如碳酸氢钠的口香糖产品的公开专利属于本发明的背景材料。先前的技术包括美国专利U.S.P.No.4,148,872、4,150,112、4,156,715、4,156,716、4,157,385、4,159,315、4,160,054、4,160,820、4,170,633、4,269,860、4,639,368、4,867,989、4,952,407、4,997,667、5,077,051和其它类似专利。
人们对普通食用中能保健牙齿的新型口香糖产品的开发有持续的需求。
因此,本发明的一个目标在于提供可作为增进牙齿健康的便利补充物的一种口香糖产品。
本发明的另一个目标是提供用于口腔卫生的含有在口腔咀嚼条件下可长期持续释放的包封治疗剂成分的一种口香糖产品。
本发明进一步的目标在于提供能抵销细菌产生的酸,增进唾液分泌并具有抗色斑活性的一种口香糖产品。
本发明的其它目标和优点将在随后的说明和实施例中得到明确体现。
发明说明
本发明的一个或多个目标通过提供含有约15-80wt%(重量)树胶基质,和约1-30wt%被有机质包封的碱金属碳酸氢盐成分的分散颗粒为组成的一种口香糖产品而得以实现。
在另一个实施方案中,本发明提供了一种口香糖产品,含有:(1)约15-80wt%树胶基质,(2)约1-30wt%被有机质包封的碱金属碳酸氢盐的分散颗粒,(3)约0-25wt%的碱金属碳酸氢盐粉末,(4)约5-70wt%水溶性填充剂,(5)约0-5wt%香料,(6)约0-0.2wt%色素,(7)约0-20wt%研磨剂,(8)约0-3wt%表面活性剂,(9)约0-3wt%氟化剂,和(10)约0-15wt%甘油或卵磷脂或它们的混合物。
本发明的口香糖可以是任意类型的口香糖,包括低水分和高水分,含糖或不含糖,含蜡或不含蜡,低热值等种类的口香糖,并可含有其它增进健康的成分。
口香糖产品一般由一种水不溶性树胶基质,一种水溶性组分和香料组成。在唾液作用下,水溶性组分在一定时间内从口香糖基质中消散,树胶基质部分则仍保留。
通常的口香糖基质往往含有一种高弹体,一种高弹体溶剂,和其它各种成分如填料、软化剂、增塑剂和乳化剂。树胶基质的原材料可参看美国专利U.S.P.No.2,366,589、3,821,417、3,984,574、4,041,179、4,170,633、4,400,372、4,590,075和5,378,1 31。口香糖产品的历史和发展在《口香糖》一书(“Chewing Gum”,第二版,A.H.Suck,Haarmann& Reimer)中有详细的论述。
棒状口香糖和包糖衣口香糖用的口香糖基质高弹体包括糖胶树胶、节路顿胶、巴拉塔树胶、冠树胶(crowr gum)、马来乳胶、香豆胶、丁二烯苯乙烯共聚物、聚异丁烯、异丁烯-异戊二烯共聚物、聚乙烯等等,以及它们的混合物。
口香糖基质高弹体溶剂包括木松香的季戊四醇酯、聚合松香的甘油酯、部分氢化的松香甲酯等等。
口香糖基质蜡包括天然蜡、聚乙烯蜡、石蜡、蜂蜡、巴西棕榈蜡、微晶蜡等等。
棒状口香糖和包糖衣口香糖用的口香糖基质组合物已有商品,例如商品名为Paloja T、Firm Paloja T和Nova T(L.A.Dreyfus公司出品)。泡泡糖基质的商品有Paloja Bubble T、Ladco Bubble T和Grande BubbleT(L.A.Dreyfus公司出品)。
本发明口香糖组合物的一个必需的组分是约1-30wt%有机包封的碱金属碳酸氢盐的分散颗粒相。
包封颗粒的碱金属碳酸氢盐核心基质是碳酸氢钠或碳酸氢钾或它们的混合物。可选地,以碱金属碳酸氢盐核心基质的含量计,包封颗粒的碱金属碳酸氢盐核心基质可含有约0.1-20wt%碱金属碳酸盐。碱金属碳酸盐可以是钠盐或钾盐或它们的混合物。
包封的碱金属碳酸氢盐成分的平均颗粒大小可以是在约20-200微米之间。包封颗粒的有机包封物一般含有约5-60wt%包封的碱金属碳酸氢盐颗粒。
包封颗粒的有机包封物选自亲水性成膜剂和疏水性(水不溶性)成膜剂,以及它们的混合物,例如水解胶体和多糖。
这里所说的“亲水”是指一种包封成膜剂,其在水中的溶解度为25℃下每100克水可溶解至少约2克。
有机包封剂可含有100%亲水性包封剂,或100%水不溶性包封剂,或它们的任意的混合物。在唾液作用口香糖产品时碱金属碳酸氢盐的释放速率与碱金属碳酸氢盐颗粒的包封层的亲水性直接相关。亲水性包封层在约20分钟的时间内持续释放出内部的碱金属碳酸氢盐。水不溶性包封层在约35分钟的时间内持续释放出内部的碱金属碳酸氢盐。有机包封剂可由含有约5-80wt%水不溶性聚合物的亲水聚合物构成。
适用于包封碱金属碳酸氢盐颗粒的亲水性包封剂包括阿拉伯树胶、刺梧桐树胶、黄蓍胶、瓜耳胶、刺槐豆胶、黄原胶、角叉菜胶、藻酸盐、酪蛋白、葡聚糖、果胶、琼脂、山梨醇、2-羟乙基淀粉、2-氨基乙基淀粉、麦芽糊精、淀粉糊精、2-羟乙基纤维素、甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素盐、纤维素硫酸盐、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、聚氧乙烯、聚乙烯醇/醋酸乙烯酯等等。聚醋酸乙烯酯是水不溶性聚合物的例子,可归属为能够调节亲水性聚合物包封层亲水性的附加包封层组分。
适用的水不溶性包封剂包括聚醋酸乙烯酯、聚丙烯酰胺、聚氯乙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚氨酯、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、石蜡、巴西棕榈蜡、蜂蜡、十八烷醇、玉米醇溶蛋白、紫胶、食用脂肪等等。美国专利U.S.P.No.4,673,577、5,139,794和4,933,190公开了用于口香糖产品中的包封剂。
可采用通常的涂布方法将包封剂涂布于碱金属碳酸氢盐颗粒上,例如旋转圆盘法、流化床法、喷雾干燥法、冷冻干燥法、转鼓法、凝聚法等等。
在另一个实施方案中,本发明的口香糖产品含有约0.5-25wt%未被包封的颗粒状碱金属碳酸氢盐。以未包封的碱金属碳酸氢盐的重量计,这种未包封的碱金属碳酸氢盐可含有约0.1-20wt%的碱金属碳酸盐。
未包封的碱金属碳酸氢盐成分典型的平均颗粒大小在约10-250微米之间。在一个优选的实施方案中,碱金属碳酸氢盐的大小为微米数量级,其平均颗粒大小在约0.5-20微米之间。
在咀嚼同时含有包封的和未包封的碱金属碳酸氢盐成分的口香糖产品的过程中,该产品可使人立刻有口腔的卫生感,并能将这种卫生感保持长久的时间。该产品使人具有清爽的口感和清新的气息,并能长时间地减少口腔异味。
在另一个实施方案中,本发明的口香糖产品含有约5-70wt%水溶性填充剂。
这里所说的“水溶性”是指一种口香糖成分,其在水中的溶解度为25℃下每100克水中溶解至少约5克。
口香糖产品中的水溶性填充剂一般包括增体增甜剂、高效增甜剂、香料、软化剂、乳化剂、色素、填料、抗氧剂和提供所需属性的其它组分。
为了增强口香糖的咀嚼性能和口感,可向其中加入约0.1-15wt%的软化剂成分。软化剂成分可含有甘油或卵磷脂或它们的混合物,它们还具有湿润剂的作用。
填充剂成分可含有约5-70wt%增体增甜剂。增体增甜剂可由含糖和/或不含糖的组分组成。含糖增甜剂的例子有蔗糖、葡萄糖、麦芽糖、糊精、干燥的转化糖、果糖、左旋糖、半乳糖、固体玉米糖浆等等糖类物质。
不含糖的增甜剂的例子有山梨醇、甘露糖醇、木糖醇、氢化淀粉水解产物、麦芽糖醇等等多元醇。
约0.025-2wt%的高效增甜剂成分可单独使用,或与增体增甜剂混合使用。高效增甜剂的例子有天冬酰苯丙氨酸甲酯、糖精、环己基氨基磺酸酯、非洲甜果素、二氢查耳酮、乙酰泛舒K化合物等等。将一部分或全部的高效增甜剂成分包封起来可获得持久的增甜剂。当包封高效增甜剂时其用量可较高。包封剂和包封技术可采用类似于本文所述的包封碱金属碳酸氢盐的那些。
在本发明的口香糖产品中常常加入约0.02-5wt%的香料成分。适用的香料包括薄荷醇、薄荷油(peppermint oil)、薄荷油(spearmint oil)、冬青油、肉桂油、茴香油等等。如参考文献美国专利U.S.P.No.3,826,847、5,128,155和5,266,335所述,可将香料进行包封。
本发明的口香糖产品可选地含有约0.001-0.2wt%的色素成分,例如FD&C型染料和色淀。色素可以颗粒的形式存在,使树胶基质呈现带有斑点的外观。在表面层也可采用这种带有斑点的效果,例如糖衣口香糖产品的表面。带有斑点的树胶口香糖产品可参看美国专利U.S.P.No.4,744,991。
口香糖产品还可含有约0.01-3wt%的抗氧剂成分,例如丁基化甲酚、丁基化甲氧基酚、没食子酸丙酯等等。
除了碱金属碳酸氢盐的研磨作用外,本发明的口香糖产品中还可包含约1-20wt%的起牙粉清洁作用的研磨剂成分。适用的研磨剂包括粉末状磷酸盐和二氧化硅化合物,例如磷酸钙、二氧化硅干凝胶等等。其它类型的适用研磨剂参看美国专利U.S.P.No.4,170,633和4,891,211。
口香糖产品中各种成分的相容性和香料对口味的提高效果,可通过在口香糖产品中加入约0.001-3wt%表面活性剂成分来实现。
适用的阴离子表面活性剂包括碱金属和铵的C8-C30脂族羧酸盐、磺酸盐、硫酸盐和磷酸盐,例如二辛基磺基丁二酸钠、十烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、木素磺酸铵等等。
适用的非离子表面活性剂包括烯化氧与脂肪醇、胺与烷基酚的缩合产物,例如乙氧基化单硬脂酸脱水山梨醇酯、乙氧基化单硬脂酸甘油酯等等。
适用的阳离子表面活性剂包括十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、十六烷基氯化吡啶、苄基二甲基十八烷基氯化铵等等。这种类型的表面活性剂还可赋予口香糖产品抗菌活性。
可用于口香糖产品的其它表面活性剂可参看美国专利U.S.P.No.3,930,026。
本发明的口香糖产品还可含有约0.05-3wt%的氟化剂成分以防止龋齿。氟化剂的例子有碱金属氟化物、氟化铵、氟化亚锡、氯氟化亚锡、氟化钾亚锡、碱金属单氟磷酸盐、单氟磷酸铵等等。
本发明口香糖产品可按照通常的制备方法得以制备,例如美国专利U.S.P.No.4329,369中所述的方法,和下面实施例所述的方法。
本发明口香糖产品作为其它口腔卫生工具如牙膏和漱口剂的便利的补充物,提供了各种性能的新型的组合。
在进一步的实施方案中,本发明提供了一种口腔卫生的方法,即按照个人需要和便利的法则,口腔咀嚼本发明的口香糖产品。
在咀嚼口香糖的条件下,本发明口香糖产品中包封的碱金属碳酸氢盐成分在较长的时间内被持续释放出来。
本发明的口香糖产品能够清洁牙齿,抵销细菌产生的酸,促进唾液分泌,和具有防止牙齿色斑和控制牙垢的作用。
本发明口香糖产品的碱金属碳酸氢盐成分具有例如清洁和增白牙齿,和长时间减少口腔异味的口腔保健功效。其它优点是在咀嚼口香糖时有清新的气息和令人愉快的口感。
本发明通过下面的实施例得到进一步的说明。这里给出的是典型的组分和具体的成分,根据前述的内容可在本发明的范围内作各种变动。
实施例1
本实施例说明在空气喷射碾磨前后碳酸氢钠颗粒大小的分布情况。
商品级碳酸氢钠(商品名3DF,Church & Dwight公司出品)经过空气喷射碾机(Particle Size Technology公司)加工,用Microtrac激光散射粒径分析仪将碾磨后样品的颗粒大小分布与末碾磨的样品进行比较。
3DF碳酸氢钠的平均颗粒大小为31.4微米,经微粉化加工的3DF碳酸氢钠的平均颗粒大小为9.8微米。
3DF碳酸氢钠的80%颗粒大小分布在15.4至55.8微米之间,经微粉化加工后在4.3至21.5微米之间。
实施例2
本实施例说明根据本发明将碳酸氢盐化合物颗粒用一种有机包封层进行包封的流化床工艺过程。
采用的流化床容器装配在一Wurster空气悬浮涂布系统(WARF)中,如美国专利U.S.P.No.4,568,559和4,877,621所述。
包封溶液的制备是将聚乙二醇(45克,Poly-G 2000,Olin Corp.)和丙二醇丁基醚(10克,PPG 14,Americol)溶于乙醇(500克)/水(75克)中。
碳酸氢钠是作为核心基质结晶体。碳酸氢钠(Particle SizeTechnology公司)的平均颗粒大小和颗粒大小分布与实施例1中经微粉化加工的粉末相一致。
将碳酸氢钠粉末加入到包封系统的涂布室内。
将加压空气导入涂布室内,将有机包封溶液喷射到空气悬浮的碳酸氢盐核心基质结晶体上,直到包封层的重量占包封颗粒总干重的30%。
重复上述操作,除了羟丙基甲基纤维素(Methocel 60 HG,道化学公司)作为成膜包封介质。
重复上述操作,除了麦芽糊精(Lodex 10;Durkee Foods公司)或淀粉糊精作为成膜包封介质,或包封溶液(聚氧乙烯单月桂酸脱水山梨醇酯;Tween 20;ICI Americas公司)中含有0.5克表面活性剂。
包封颗粒是在含有约2-10个碳酸氢钠结晶体的内核上有一连续的膜包封层。包封颗粒的平均颗粒大小为约40微米。
重复上述操作,除了聚醋酸乙烯酯(分子量40,000)作为包封碳酸氢钠颗粒的聚合物介质。
实施例3
本实施例说明按照本发明的口香糖产品的制备过程。
本发明的一种口香糖产品是由以下成分而制备的:

将山梨醇、甘露糖醇、麦芽糖醇、微粉化加工的碳酸氢钠和包封的碳酸氢钠粉末进行共混。在一混合器中将约三分之一的共混物加入到预先加热的树胶基质(122°F),并将混合物混合约3分钟。
将液体山梨醇和甘油混合形成一溶液。将此溶液的约一半缓慢加入到混合物中,并将所得混合物混合约3分钟。
在连续混合操作下将剩余的干态共混物和液体溶液加入。边混合边加入糖精钠和色素,然后加入香料。将各成分混合直到呈均相。将所得的口香糖配合物进行滚压、压片、切割并包装成棒状口香糖产品。
Claims (40)
1、一种含有15-80wt%(重量)树胶基质和1-30wt%被成膜剂包封的碱金属碳酸氢盐核心基质的分散颗粒的口香糖产品,所述碱金属碳酸氢盐是碳酸氢钠或碳酸氢钾或其混合物。
2、根据权利要求1的口香糖产品,其中所述核心基质中还含有以所述碱金属碳酸氢盐的重量计0.1-20wt%的碱金属碳酸盐,所述碱金属碳酸盐选自碳酸钠或碳酸钾或其混合物。
3、根据权利要求1的口香糖产品,还含有5-70wt%的水溶性填充剂成分。
4、根据权利要求1的口香糖产品,还含有0.02-5wt%的被包封的或未包封的或两种形式混合的香料成分。
5、根据权利要求1的口香糖产品,还含有0.001-0.2wt%的色素成分。
6、根据权利要求1的口香糖产品,还含有0.01-3wt%的抗氧剂成分。
7、根据权利要求1的口香糖产品,还含有0.5-25wt%的碱金属碳酸氢盐粉末成分。
8、根据权利要求1的口香糖产品,还含有0.5-25wt%的碱金属碳酸氢盐粉末成分,所述粉末成分包含所述碱金属碳酸氢盐和碱金属碳酸盐,所述碱金属碳酸盐选自碳酸钠或碳酸钾或其混合物。其中该粉末成分中所述碱金属碳酸盐是所述碱金属碳酸氢盐含量的0.1-20wt%。
9、根据权利要求1的口香糖产品,还含有1-20wt%的研磨剂成分。
10、根据权利要求1的口香糖产品,还含有0.001-3wt%的表面活性剂成分。
11、根据权利要求1的口香糖产品,还含有0.05-3wt%的氟化剂成分。
12、根据权利要求1的口香糖产品,还含有0.1-15wt%的甘油或卵磷脂或它们的混合物。
13、根据权利要求1的口香糖产品,还含有5-70wt%的选自蔗糖、葡萄糖、麦芽糖醇、木糖醇、山梨糖醇和甘露糖醇以及它们的混合物中的增甜剂成分。
14、根据权利要求4的口香糖产品,还含有0.02-5wt%的选自包封的或未包封的薄荷醇、薄荷油、冬青油、肉桂油和茴香油以及它们的混合物中的香料成分。
15、根据权利要求7的口香糖产品,还含有0.5-25wt%的平均颗粒大小为0.5-20微米的碳酸氢钠或碳酸氢钾。
16、根据权利要求9的口香糖产品,还含有1-20wt%的选自磷酸钙和二氧化硅化合物和它们的混合物中的研磨剂成分。
17、根据权利要求10的口香糖产品,还含有0.001-3wt%的选自碱金属和铵的C8-C30脂族羧酸盐、磺酸盐、硫酸盐和磷酸盐以及它们的混合物中的表面活性剂成分。
18、根据权利要求11的口香糖产品,还含有0.05-3wt%的选自碱金属氟化物、氟化铵、氟化亚锡、氯氟化亚锡、氟化钾亚锡、碱金属单氟磷酸盐和单氟磷酸铵以及它们的混合物中的氟化剂成分。
19、根据权利要求1的口香糖产品,还含有0.025-2wt%的选自天冬酰苯丙氨酸甲酯、糖精、环己基氨基磺酸酯、非洲甜果素、二氢查耳酮和乙酰泛舒K化合物以及它们的混合物中的高效增甜剂成分。
20、根据权利要求6的口香糖产品,还含有0.01-3wt%的选自丁基化甲酚、丁基化甲氧基酚和没食子酸丙酯以及它们的混合物中的抗氧剂成分。
21、根据权利要求1的口香糖产品,其中成膜剂含有5-60wt%(干重)的表面包封的碳酸氢盐颗粒。
22、根据权利要求1的口香糖产品,其中在碳酸氢盐颗粒表面包封的成膜剂包括亲水性聚合物或水不溶性聚合物或它们的混合物。
23、根据权利要求1的口香糖产品,其中碳酸氢盐颗粒表面包封的成膜剂包括亲水性聚合物,该聚合物包含以包封层重量计5-80wt%的水不溶性聚合物。
24、根据权利要求1的口香糖产品,其中碳酸氢盐颗粒表面包封的成膜剂包括多糖。

30、一种口香糖产品,含有:(1)15-80wt%树胶基质,(2)1-30wt%被成膜剂包封的碱金属碳酸氢盐核心基质的分散颗粒,所述碱金属碳酸氢盐是碳酸氢钠或碳酸氢钾或其混合物,(3)0-25wt%的所述碱金属碳酸氢盐粉末成分,(4)5-70wt%水溶性填充剂成分,(5)0-5wt%香料成分,(6)0-0.2wt%色素成分,(7)0-20wt%研磨剂成分,(8)0-3wt%表面活性剂成分,(9)0-3wt%氟化剂成分,和(10)0-15wt%甘油或卵磷脂或它们的混合物。
31、根据权利要求30的口香糖产品,其中填充剂为选自蔗糖、葡萄糖、麦芽糖醇、木糖醇、山梨糖醇和甘露糖醇以及它们的混合物中的增甜剂。
