ninth, adjusting a limit screw of a furnace column replacement device, and controlling the furnace column to be replaced to be far away from the coke furnace body at a constant speed until the furnace column to be replaced is in a natural sagging state;
tenth, removing the furnace column to be replaced, and installing the furnace column to be replaced to a replacement position according to the reverse process of the disassembly process;
and eleventh, sequentially removing all devices of the furnace column replacement system to complete furnace column replacement.

The used material of this scheme is comparatively general, all can be directly from the market after purchasing the steel sheet, and the scene preparation (the material is Q345 steel, does not need heat treatment), also can take the scene application after making, has increased very big flexibility, has practiced thrift manufacturing time and cost.
The materials for manufacturing the hanging beam and the special tool are very common and are purchased randomly in the market (the material is Q235 steel without heat treatment).
The forklift, the winch, the pulley, the steel wire rope, the lifting hook and the bolt are standard products (or shaped products), and the existing resources of a production plant can be utilized.
The above structural installation manner, connection relation between the components, and treatment method are only described as an example, and it cannot be considered that only the above scheme is protected, and the method of the scheme can be referred to in the case of being applied to the process of replacing the coke oven column.

1. A method for coke oven column replacement, characterized by: the method comprises the following steps:
step 1, fixedly mounting a winch and a hanging beam above a furnace column to be replaced;
step 2, determining cutting points at two ends of a furnace column to be replaced, and installing furnace column fixing devices at two sides of the cutting points;
step 3, mounting protection plate fixing devices on two sides of a furnace column to be replaced, and fixing the protection plate at the position;
step 4, mounting the hoisting steel wire rope on a fixed pulley of a winch;
step 5, fixedly mounting a furnace column replacement device on furnace columns at two sides of a furnace column to be replaced, and adjusting a limit screw of the furnace column replacement device to enable a clamping plate at the front end of the limit screw to be attached to a flange plate of the furnace column; the furnace column replacement device comprises a fixing unit, a limiting unit and a bracket, wherein the fixing unit is used for fixing the bracket of the device; the front end of the limiting unit is provided with a furnace column limiting part which is used for limiting the moving furnace column in the process of replacing the furnace column, and the rear end of the limiting unit is movably connected with the bracket and used for adjusting the relative movement between the limiting unit and the bracket and controlling the moving speed and direction of replacing the furnace column; the fixing units comprise two fixing units and two clamping plates, the two fixing units are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the support, each fixing unit comprises a rib plate and the two clamping plates arranged at one end of the rib plate, one clamping plate is provided with a locking screw, the two clamping plates are clamped on the furnace column, and the fixing units are fixed on the furnace column by the locking screws; the limiting unit is arranged in the middle of the bracket; the limiting unit comprises a limiting screw, clamping plates, connecting plates and two connecting rods, wherein the two sides of the limiting screw are respectively provided with one connecting rod in parallel, the two ends of the limiting screw and the connecting rods are respectively connected with one connecting plate, the clamping plates are arranged on the connecting plates at the front ends of the limiting screw and the connecting rods, and the rear ends of the limiting screw and the connecting plates penetrate through the bracket and are connected with the other connecting plates;
step 6, cutting off the furnace column at the selected cutting points respectively;
step 7, adjusting a limit screw of a furnace column replacement device, and controlling the furnace column to be replaced to be away from the coke furnace body at a constant speed until the furnace column to be replaced is in a natural sagging state;
step 8, removing the furnace column to be replaced, and installing the furnace column to be replaced to a replacement position according to the reverse process of the disassembly process;
and 9, sequentially dismantling all devices of the furnace column replacement system to complete furnace column replacement.

The method for coke oven column replacement of claim 1, wherein: a guide sleeve is arranged between the connecting plate at the front end of the limit screw and is used for fixing the limit screw on the connecting plate; the support is fixedly provided with a limit nut, and the limit screw is in threaded connection with the limit nut.
3. The method for coke oven column replacement according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that: a detachable connecting piece is arranged between the fixing unit and the bracket.

6. The coke oven shaft change system of claim 5, wherein: the furnace column fixing device is at least one cross beam which is arranged at two sides of the replacement furnace column and spans across the furnace columns.
