Abstract
A method for removing a coke oven column and a protection plate is characterized by comprising the following steps: a. the method comprises the following steps of (1) dismantling a furnace column and a protection plate to prepare work, (b) dismantling the coke oven machine and the furnace column and the protection plate on a coke side at the same time, (c) dismantling the furnace column and the protection plate of the coke oven machine before dismantling the furnace column and the protection plate of the coke oven machine and the spring pressure relief of the upper cross brace and the lower cross brace of the coke side, and (d) dismantling the furnace column and the protection plate of the coke oven machine and the large spring baffle of the upper cross brace of the coke side before fixing the furnace machine and the large spring baffle of the upper cross brace of the coke side, wherein (e) the protection plate is assembled and. Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to maintenance of an industrial furnace, in particular to a method for removing a furnace column and a protection plate of a coke oven.
Background
At present, more than 100 coke ovens are in the middle and later stages of the furnace life in China, and more coke ovens need to be dismantled along with the lapse of time. The coke oven has the advantages of complex structure, many holes, various connection forms between the oven protection iron pieces and the coke oven brickwork, corrosion and breakage of the connection parts of the oven protection iron pieces, increased dismantling difficulty, large dismantling safety risk, long construction period and high measure cost.
Therefore, the known methods for removing the oven columns and the protection plates of the coke oven have various inconveniences and problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for quickly and safely removing a coke oven column and a protection plate.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical solution of the invention is as follows:
a method for removing a coke oven column and a protection plate is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a. preparation work for dismantling furnace column and protective plate
Removing the auxiliary structure of the pipeline on the coke oven door, the grinding plate, the oven door frame and the oven column bracket;
b. simultaneously dismantling oven column and protection plate on coke side of coke oven machine
When the coke oven machine and the coke side oven column upper clamping device are temporarily fixed, the protective plate is assembled and the lifting point is set, and after the upper cross brace is cut by flame, the oven column on the coke oven machine side, the oven column on the coke side and the protective plate are removed and lifted away simultaneously;
c. before the coke oven column and the protection plate are removed, the springs of the upper cross brace and the lower cross brace of the coke oven machine and the coke side release the pressure

f. furnace column and protective plate hoisting

The method for removing the oven column and the protection plate of the coke oven can be further realized by adopting the following technical measures.
The method, wherein the temporary fixing plate is a steel plate of 5mm by 60mm by 600 mm.
The method as described above, wherein the lifting capacity of the 1 st hoist is 50 t.
The method as described above, wherein the 2 nd crane has a lifting capacity of 25 t.
The method of any preceding claim, wherein the assembled steel sheet is a 5mm by 60mm by 1000mm steel sheet.

The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples and the accompanying drawings.
Example 1
The invention discloses a coke oven column and protection plate dismantling method, which comprises the following construction processes:
removing a coke oven door, a coke oven door frame → relieving the pressure of springs of upper and lower cross braces of a coke oven machine and a coke side oven column → welding steel plates at the positions of the upper cross braces of the coke side and the oven column of the machine, assembling a protection plate and arranging a hanging point → arranging a crane in place → fixing a steel wire rope on the oven column and the protection plate, and hoisting stress → cutting the upper cross braces by flame → a lower cross brace nut and a spring baffle are dismantled → hoisting off the oven column → hoisting off the protection plate.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic view illustrating a technical measure for removing a pillar and a protection plate of a coke oven according to an embodiment of the present invention. The invention discloses a method for dismounting a coke oven column and a protection plate, which comprises the following steps:
1. before the furnace column and the protective plate are removed, the furnace door, the grinding plate, the furnace door frame, the pipeline on the furnace column bracket and other auxiliary structures must be removed.
2. The coke oven machine, the oven column and the protection board on the coke side need to be removed simultaneously
The coke oven protection plate is used for tightly pressing the coke oven body through the oven column, and after the oven column is hung away, the protection plate is not restrained, so that the oven column and the protection plate need to be dismounted and hung away at the same time, and unnecessary protection measures are reduced. In addition, the coke oven machine and the coke side oven column are fixed through the upper and lower cross braces, after the upper cross brace is cut by flame, the coke oven machine and the coke side oven column are simultaneously out of constraint, and in order to reduce unnecessary protection measures, the coke oven machine, the coke side oven column and the protection plate need to be simultaneously detached and lifted.
3. The springs of the upper and lower cross braces on the coke side and the coke oven machine are used for releasing pressure before the coke oven column and the protection plate are removed
The outer side of the upper part of a coke oven machine and a coke side oven column 4 is provided with a clamping device which mainly comprises an upper cross brace threaded rod, a nut 7, a spring 3 and a spring baffle. The clamping force is achieved by screwing nuts at the ends of the cross braces 8 into the furnace, deforming the springs. Therefore, before the oven column is removed, the oven column is rotated to the outside of the oven through the nut at the end part of the brace, the spring pressure is relaxed, the oven column at the coke side of the coke oven machine is separated from the protection plate, and the protection plate is separated from the oven body of the coke oven.
4. Before the coke oven column and the protection plate are removed, the coke oven machine, the large spring of the upper cross brace and the large spring baffle on the coke side are fixed
The outer side of the upper part of the oven column at the coke side of the coke oven machine is provided with a clamping device which extends out of the oven body by about 800 mm. The clamping device is inconvenient to disassemble before disassembling the coke oven machine and the oven column at the coke side, the potential safety hazard is large, and the needed protective measures are many. Therefore, a steel plate of 5mm 60mm 600mm is welded on the left and right cross braces on the inner side of the upper part of the oven column on the coke side of the coke oven machine, and the clamping device, the end parts of the left and right cross braces and the oven column are temporarily fixed as a temporary fixing plate 2. The cross brace cutting part 9 is the root of the cross brace 8 close to the coke oven body 1, after the upper cross brace is cut by flame, the clamping device is lifted away from the oven body together with the oven pillar on the coke side and the coke oven machine, and the clamping device is removed after the oven is placed on the ground.
5. Protection plate assembly and hoisting point arrangement
Because the protection board is close to the coke oven body 1 and is seriously burnt, most of the protection boards have irregular cracks or fractures on the upper and lower parts, and the whole protection board cannot be lifted off in the dismantling process. Therefore, before the protection plate is removed, two steel plates of 5mm 60mm 1000mm are adopted, namely the 2 nd baffle 5 and the 1 st baffle 6, and the broken protection plate is spliced into a whole by utilizing the threaded holes for fixing the furnace door frame on the protection plate and the T-shaped bolts so as to be integrally hoisted.
The lifting points are arranged according to the fracture condition of the protection plate, the protection plate is fractured into a plurality of sections, each section is required to be provided with one lifting point, and the lifting appliance is made of angle steel of 70mm 7 mm. The hanger is fixed with the protective plate by using the disassembled T-shaped bolt, and the steel wire ropes are connected in series into a whole from bottom to top through the shackles on the hanger.
6. Furnace column and protective plate hoisting
The coke oven machine, the oven column at the coke side and the protection plate need to be detached and lifted at the same time. First, the coke oven machine and the coke side were each provided with 1 50T crane as the 1 st crane to suspend the oven column and then with 1 25T crane as the 2 nd crane to suspend the protection plate. Secondly, flame cutting 2 upper cross braces close to the inner side part of the furnace at the position of the welded steel plate, then removing small protective steel plates of the furnace end of the machine and the coke side, removing clamping force devices such as cross brace nuts, spring baffles and the like at the lower parts of the coke oven machine and the coke side furnace column, finally hanging the coke oven machine and the coke side furnace column away, and then hanging the coke oven machine and the coke side protective plate away.
The method for dismantling the oven column and the protection plate of the coke oven has the characteristics of reasonable design of dismantling steps, strong operability, safe and reliable dismantling engineering, capability of quickly dismantling the oven column and the protection plate, labor intensity reduction, construction period shortening, construction cost saving, engineering cost reduction and remarkable economic benefit.
The coke oven column and protection plate dismantling method is applied to two coke oven dismantling construction projects of a steel-coated coke plant, has the advantages of safe and reliable construction, short construction time and obvious effect, and is determined by relevant departments and units.

b. simultaneously dismantling oven column and protection plate on coke side of coke oven machine

2. The coke oven column and shield plate removal method of claim 1, wherein the temporary retaining plate is a 5mm by 60mm by 600mm steel plate.
3. The method for removing the coke oven column and the protective plate of claim 1, wherein the lifting capacity of the 1 st crane is 50 t.
4. The coke oven column and fender removal method of claim 1, wherein the 2 nd crane has a lifting capacity of 25 t.
