技术领域
本发明涉及营养基质技术领域,尤其涉及一种培养富铬食用菌的栽培基质。
背景技术
基质栽培是一种重要的栽培方法,是一种通过基质吸收养分的一种无土栽培方式,由于其对土壤环境要求低、设备简单、省水省肥等优点,受到广大种植生产者的采纳应用。而随着我国种植业的不断发展和种植面积的不断扩大,栽培基质的使用量也不断增长,传统的采用草炭、蛭石等单一原料或简单混合制备的基质已经不能满足种植的需求,同时现阶段基质普遍营养单一,同时使用过程中基质的物理性质不稳定,吸水性差、易塌陷、附加价值低,无法针对具体栽培对象和环境实现较高的应用价值,影响了经济效益的增长。
秸秆的改性技术可以有效地降低秸秆的碳氮比,降低秸秆中的纤维素和半纤维素含量,加快秸秆的腐解速度,与此同时有机基质中存在长链分子,这种分子能够有效地束缚和黏结矿物颗粒,促进基质中团聚结构的形成和发育,而基质中的有机质又有效地促进了微生物的生长,微生物的菌丝可以有效的黏结矿物颗粒,促进新的基质结构的形成,影响基质的紧实度。在有机质和微生物的共同作用下,改性秸秆的加入能加强基质中颗粒的团聚作用,加快基质孔隙结构的形成,提高基质的通透性和稳定性。
γ-聚谷氨酸由于带有大量羧基和酰胺基,对阳离子矿质养分具有螯合和吸附作用,能够防止养分淋失,并提高钙离子和磷酸根等的生物有效性,减少铵态氮流失。其与改性秸秆的互作又能够促进基质中已有孔隙向更大孔隙发育,并将基质中不能直接利用的氮、磷、钾等养分转化为易于吸收利用的形态。
基于此,本发明人通过对以上问题进行了研究和探索,提供了一种符合市场需求的栽培基质。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种培养富铬食用菌的栽培基质。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种培养富铬食用菌的栽培基质,由下列重量份的原料制成:富铬酵母渣2-4、米糠35-38、中药渣40-45、砻糠灰26-30、磷矿粉4-6、醋酸钙3-4、三氯化铬0.2-0.5、硫酸锌0.1-0.3、泡桐锯末24-28、γ-聚谷氨酸1-2、小麦秸秆40-44、尿素2-4、泥炭土20-22、水适量。
所述的培养富铬食用菌的栽培基质制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将富铬酵母渣、米糠、中药渣、砻糠灰混合置于发酵池中,加水至酵堆含水量达到44-56%,沤制发酵30-33天,所得发酵熟料过滤得到发酵干料和发酵液备用;
(2)将泥炭土晒干后碾碎,倒入蒸笼内并进行聚拢,把旁边的泥炭土聚拢到中间形成锥形小堆以增加蒸煮面积,聚拢后蒸锅内加热至70-80℃,通过蒸汽蒸煮30-40分钟,完成后关气并降温至30-32℃,此时加入γ-聚谷氨酸、磷矿粉并搅拌至充分混匀,熏焖16-20分钟,完成后取出,再与步骤1所得发酵液混合,并依次加入醋酸钙、三氯化铬、硫酸锌,加热至53-57℃后搅拌螯合55-65分钟,过滤后去除滤液并干燥备用;
(3)将小麦秸秆晒干后粉碎为粉末并过1-2mm筛,与尿素、步骤2所得滤液混合后放入容器中,再加入混合物总重55-60%的水,反复搅拌均匀后将容器密闭,控制环境温度在35-40℃,培养60-72小时后取出,在30-35℃下烘干至含水率为15-20%备用;
(4)使用搅拌机将步骤1所得发酵干料、步骤2所得物料、步骤3所得物料以及泡桐锯末全部充分搅拌均匀,置于28-30℃下培养5-6天,培养完成后冷冻干燥,将所得干燥物料称重装袋,即得本发明基质。
本发明的优点是:
本发明通过工艺后期对原料的分组混合处理,能保证基质料与改性秸秆的充分混合,而改性秸秆的使用也极显著地增加了基质的结构孔隙,促进了基质中非毛管孔隙的发育,有助于提高基质蓄水性能,增强基质的通透性和渗透性,再通过与γ-聚谷氨酸的协同作用提高了基质中速效氮、速效磷和交换性钙镁含量。
本发明栽培基质营养成分均衡,满足食用菌生长对各类营养元素的需求,富铬酵母渣、三氯化铬等安全的富铬原料的使用,能促进食用菌对铬的吸收和富集,提高子实体的铬含量,同时根据科学的铬原料的使用量,能保证食用菌中铬元素含量处在健康水平,提高了菌体的食用和药用价值。
具体实施方式
一种培养富铬食用菌的栽培基质,由下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:富铬酵母渣2、米糠35、中药渣40、砻糠灰26、磷矿粉4、醋酸钙3、三氯化铬0.2、硫酸锌0.1、泡桐锯末24、γ聚谷氨酸1、小麦秸秆40、尿素2、泥炭土20、水适量。
所述的培养富铬食用菌的栽培基质制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将富铬酵母渣、米糠、中药渣、砻糠灰混合置于发酵池中,加水至酵堆含水量达到44%,沤制发酵30天,所得发酵熟料过滤得到发酵干料和发酵液备用;
(2)将泥炭土晒干后碾碎,倒入蒸笼内并进行聚拢,把旁边的泥炭土聚拢到中间形成锥形小堆以增加蒸煮面积,聚拢后蒸锅内加热至70℃,通过蒸汽蒸煮30分钟,完成后关气并降温至30℃,此时加入γ聚谷氨酸、磷矿粉并搅拌至充分混匀,熏焖16分钟,完成后取出,再与步骤1所得发酵液混合,并依次加入醋酸钙、三氯化铬、硫酸锌,加热至53℃后搅拌螯合55分钟,过滤后去除滤液并干燥备用;
(3)将小麦秸秆晒干后粉碎为粉末并过1mm筛,与尿素、步骤2所得滤液混合后放入容器中,再加入混合物总重55%的水,反复搅拌均匀后将容器密闭,控制环境温度在35℃,培养60小时后取出,在30℃下烘干至含水率为15%备用;
(4)使用搅拌机将步骤1所得发酵干料、步骤2所得物料、步骤3所得物料以及泡桐锯末全部充分搅拌均匀,置于28℃下培养5天,培养完成后冷冻干燥,将所得干燥物料称重装袋,即得本发明基质。
为了进一步说明本发明的应用价值,发明人分别选取了本发明基质以及市售普通培养基质进行香菇的栽培种植,种植期间两组的管理方法相同,通过种植期间对基质理化指标进行的检测发现,本发明基质的总孔隙度达到90.28%,而市售基质的总孔隙度只有84.37%,与此同时本发明基质所得香菇的生物转化率较市售普通基质提高了5.4%,其中铬含量提升超过120%,且成品菇的产量提高了16.2%,说明本发明基质具有较好的使用效果。

1.一种培养富铬食用菌的栽培基质,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:富铬酵母渣2-4、米糠35-38、中药渣40-45、砻糠灰26-30、磷矿粉4-6、醋酸钙3-4、三氯化铬0.2-0.5、硫酸锌0.1-0.3、泡桐锯末24-28、γ-聚谷氨酸1-2、小麦秸秆40-44、尿素2-4、泥炭土20-22、水适量。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的培养富铬食用菌的栽培基质,其特征在于,制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将富铬酵母渣、米糠、中药渣、砻糠灰混合置于发酵池中,加水至酵堆含水量达到44-56%,沤制发酵30-33天,所得发酵熟料过滤得到发酵干料和发酵液备用;
