Abstract

本发明公开了一种F轨除冰方法及系统,方法主要实现过程为:选择除冰级别,当列车开始运行时,若列车运行速度大于预定值A,且有牵引指令时,施加除冰制动;若列车运行速度继续增大到大于预定值B时,列车自动施加电制动,对列车进行限速保护,直至列车运行速度小于预定值B;若列车运行速度满足:预定值A≤列车运行速度≤预定值B,且收到制动指令,则实施正常的制动模式,即优先施加电制动力,摩擦制动补充不足的制动力,并结束除冰模式;若列车运行速度≤预定值A,列车首先限制电制动输出,若收到制动指令,则实施摩擦制动,并结束除冰模式。本发明可以优化F轨环境条件,提供稳定的摩擦系数的摩擦面,提升列车安全性和可靠性。

Description

一种磁浮列车轨道除冰方法及系统
技术领域
本发明涉及城市轨道交通车辆系统,特别是一种磁浮列车轨道除冰方法及系统。
背景技术
目前国内的研制的中低速磁浮列车,依靠电磁吸力将车辆悬浮至一定高度,使车辆与地面轨道间无机械接触,并由电磁吸力产生导向力,由直线电机产生的牵引力驱动列车运行,从根本上克服了轮轨列车粘着限制,而摩擦制动由制动夹钳夹F型轨道的方式产生,摩擦制动作为列车停车的安全保障,必须确保其完全可靠,由于目前的中低速磁浮列车线路采用室外高架方式,天气因素对轨道的影响大,异常天气经常会出现F轨制动摩擦面结冰、积雪的问题,导致制动力减小、制动距离变长而影响行车安全题,但是,目前还没有有效的F轨除冰除雪的有效措施。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术不足,提供一种磁浮列车轨道除冰方法及系统。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种F轨除冰方法,该方法主要实现过程为:选择除冰级别,当列车开始运行时,若列车运行速度大于预定值A,且有牵引指令时,施加除冰制动;若列车运行速度继续增大到大于预定值B时,列车施加电制动,对列车进行限速保护,直至列车运行速度小于预定值B;若列车运行速度满足:预定值A≤列车运行速度≤预定值B,则实施制动模式,即优先施加电制动力,摩擦制动补充不足的制动力,并结束除冰模式;若列车运行速度≤预定值A,列车首先限制电制动输出,若收到制动指令,则实施摩擦制动,并结束除冰模式。
相应的,本发明还提供了一种F轨除冰系统,包括:
电子控制单元;
空压机组,与所述电子控制单元连接;
气动控制单元,与所述电子控制单元、空压机组连接,用于将电子控制单元的电信号转换为空气压力信号;
气液增压装置,用于将所述空气压力信号转换为液压压力信号;
除冰执行装置,用于将液压压力信号转换为机械制动信号,根据机械制动信号,在列车运行速度大于预定值A时,提供除冰机械制动力。
还包括:
除冰喷气装置,通过储气风缸与所述气动控制单元连接,用于将储气风缸内的压力空气喷到轨道摩擦面上。进一步改善除冰效果。
本发明的系统还包括:
隔离模块,与所述气动控制单元、气液增压装置连接,用于在列车运行速度≤预定值A,以及预定值A≤列车运行速度≤预定值B时,关闭除冰执行装置。进一步提升列车安全性和可靠性。
与现有技术相比,本发明所具有的有益效果为:本发明可以优化F轨环境条件,提供稳定的摩擦系数的摩擦面,提升列车安全性和可靠性,具有较高的可用性,可适用于中低速磁浮列车及其他领域。

如图1,本发明除冰方法流程如下:
1)接收到除冰指令后进入除冰制动模式
2)自动清零;
3)选择除冰级别(1级和2级);
4)列车开始运行;
5)列车运行速度大于预定值A(例如20km/h)时,且有牵引指令时,列车自动施加除冰制动;若列车速度继续增大到大于预定值B(例如35km/h)时,列车则自动施加电制动,对列车进行限速保护,直至小于预定值B;若预定值A≤列车运行速度≤预定值B,收到制动指令,则实施正常的制动模式,即优先施加电制动力,摩擦制动补充不足的制动力,并结束除冰模式;若列车运行速度≤预定值A,列车首先限制电制动输出,若收到制动指令,则实施摩擦制动,并结束除冰模式;
6)记录除冰的时间和距离。
如图2,本发明除冰系统结构如下:设置1个电子控制单元,可实现系统控制指令接收、反馈及自动控制,进行除冰时间及距离的计算管理及存储,并根据指令控制空压机的压力空气速度及温度;设置1台空压机组,具有空气采集、压缩、干燥、冷却及提供一定用于温度的干燥空气的功能,空压机可接受电子微机控制单元的指令,实现启动、停止。设置1个气动控制单元,将电子控制单元的电信号转换为空气压力信号, 并能根据指令实现压力空气流量的放大,由电磁阀、缓解电磁阀、紧急电磁阀、中继阀,压力传感器、单向阀等组成。设置1个气液增压装置,将空压力空气转换成更高的液压压力信号。设置1个除冰执行装置,可实现将液压制动力转换为机械制动力。设置1个压力空气隔离模块,可根据需要切除除冰执行装置。设置1个储气风缸,可存储一定温度的压力空气,并具有保温功能及排水孔。设置1个除冰喷气装置,将一定温度的压力空气喷与轨道摩擦面上,使其快速干燥。

Claims (5)

1.一种磁浮列车轨道除冰方法,其特征在于,该方法主要实现过程为:选择除冰级别,当列车开始运行时,若列车运行速度大于预定值A,且有牵引指令时,施加除冰制动;若列车运行速度继续增大到大于预定值B时,列车施加电制动,对列车进行限速保护,直至列车运行速度小于预定值B;若列车运行速度满足:预定值A≤列车运行速度≤预定值B,则实施制动模式,即先施加电制动力,摩擦制动补充不足的制动力,并结束除冰模式;若列车运行速度≤预定值A,列车首先限制电制动输出,若收到制动指令,则实施摩擦制动,并结束除冰模式。
2.根据权利要求1所述的磁浮列车轨道除冰方法,其特征在于,所述预定值A设置为20km/h;预定值B设置为35km/h。
3.一种磁浮列车轨道除冰系统,其特征在于,包括:
电子控制单元;
空压机组,与所述电子控制单元连接;
气动控制单元,与所述电子控制单元、空压机组连接,用于将电子控制单元的电信号转换为空气压力信号;
气液增压装置,用于将所述空气压力信号转换为液压压力信号;
除冰执行装置,用于将液压压力信号转换为机械制动信号,根据机械制动信号,在列车运行速度大于预定值A时,提供除冰机械制动力。
4.根据权利要求3所述的磁浮列车轨道除冰系统,其特征在于,还包括:
除冰喷气装置,通过储气风缸与所述气动控制单元连接,用于将储气风缸内的压力空气喷到轨道摩擦面上。
5.根据权利要求3所述的磁浮列车轨道除冰系统,其特征在于,还包括:
隔离模块,与所述气动控制单元、气液增压装置连接,用于在列车运行速度≤预定值A,以及预定值A≤列车运行速度≤预定值B时,关闭除冰执行装置。
