Abstract
The invention relates to a rubber part mold, in particular to an easy-demolding rubber part mold, and belongs to the technical field of mold equipment. The mold comprises an upper mold, an upper mold core, a lower mold, a first lower mold core and a second lower mold core, wherein the upper mold and the lower mold are arranged up and down correspondingly; one end of the lower die, which faces the upper die, is provided with a lower die cavity, a first lower die core and a second lower die core are arranged in the lower die cavity, the first lower die core is sleeved on the lower half part of the second lower die core, and the lower end of the second lower die core is connected with a piston rod of a demolding oil cylinder; the upper mold core and the second lower mold core are connected through a plurality of shutters. Technical Field
The invention relates to a rubber part mold, in particular to an easy-demolding rubber part mold, and belongs to the technical field of mold equipment.
Background
Rubber is widely used as an engineering material in the entire industrial production, such as rolling stock, ships, automobiles, instruments, aviation, bridges, etc., and for most rubber members used as vibration damping elements, called rubber springs or rubber spring pads, etc., there are also many rubber members used for sealing members. In recent decades, in order to alleviate vibration and noise generated in running of vehicles, ships, aircrafts and the like, rubber parts are gaining more and more importance and application in engineering of China, and a batch of rubber part professional manufacturers with scale are developed.
In the prior art, when a rubber piece with a back-off structure is demoulded, the rubber piece is usually demoulded by a manual mode. When the back-off structure size of the rubber part is smaller, forced demolding can be normally performed by adopting a manual mode, but when the back-off structure size of the rubber part is larger, forced demolding by adopting the manual mode is time-consuming and labor-consuming, and the rubber part is easily pulled, so that the product is damaged.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects, thereby providing the easy-demolding mold for the rubber piece, accurately and efficiently completing the demolding operation of the rubber piece with the inverted buckle structure, avoiding the strain on the structure of the rubber piece and improving the demolding efficiency.
According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the rubber part easy-demolding mold comprises an upper mold, an upper mold core, a lower mold, a first lower mold core and a second lower mold core, and is characterized in that: the upper die and the lower die are arranged up and down correspondingly, one end of the upper die facing the lower die is provided with an upper die cavity, and an upper die core is arranged in the upper die cavity; the upper end of the upper die is provided with a plurality of pull rod cavities, and each pull rod cavity is connected with one pull rod in a sliding way up and down; one end of the lower die, which faces the upper die, is provided with a lower die cavity, a first lower die core and a second lower die core are arranged in the lower die cavity, the first lower die core is sleeved on the lower half part of the second lower die core, and the lower end of the second lower die core is connected with a piston rod of a demolding oil cylinder; the upper mold core and the second lower mold core are connected through a plurality of shutters.
Further, a positioning boss is arranged in the pull rod cavity.
Further, the lower end of the first lower mold core is provided with a spring cavity, a lower spring is arranged in the spring cavity, and the lower spring can compress the first lower mold core at the lower end of the second lower mold core.
Further, the lower end of the pull rod is sleeved with an upper spring, and the upper end and the lower end of the upper spring are respectively contacted with the inner surface of the upper die and the inner surface of the upper die core.

The upper die 1 and the lower die 3 are correspondingly arranged up and down, one end of the upper die 1 facing the lower die 3 is provided with an upper die cavity, an upper die core 2 is arranged in the upper die cavity, and the edge structure of the upper die core 2 is of a half inverted buckle structure identical to the upper half structure of the produced rubber part.
The upper end of the upper die 1 is provided with a plurality of pull rod cavities, and each pull rod cavity is connected with a pull rod 7 in a sliding way up and down. The lower end of the pull rod 7 is sleeved with an upper spring 8, and the upper end and the lower end of the upper spring 8 are respectively contacted with the inner surface of the upper die 1 and the inner surface of the upper die core 2.
A positioning boss 11 is arranged in the pull rod cavity, and the head of the pull rod 7 is blocked by the positioning boss 11 and cannot enter the upper die cavity.
The lower die 3 faces one end of the upper die 1 and is provided with a lower die cavity, a first lower die core 4 and a second lower die core 5 are arranged in the lower die cavity, and the first lower die core 4 is sleeved on the lower half part of the second lower die core 5. The edge structure of the second lower mold core 5 is of a half inverted structure which is the same as the lower half structure of the produced rubber part.
The lower end of the second lower die core 5 is connected with a piston rod of a demoulding oil cylinder 6, and the demoulding oil cylinder 6 can push the second lower die core 5 to descend.
The lower end of the first lower die core 4 is provided with a spring cavity, a lower spring 10 is arranged in the spring cavity, and the lower spring 10 can compress the first lower die core 4 at the lower end of the second lower die core 5.
The upper mould core 2 and the second lower mould core 5 are connected by means of a plurality of shutters 9.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: when demoulding, the upper die and the lower die are opened first, the upper die core is pulled to move upwards, and the upper die core line is separated from the product. And then the first lower mold core and the second lower mold core are ejected together through the demolding oil cylinder, and finally the second lower mold core is ejected from the first lower mold core, so that demolding of the product is completed.
The invention has simple, compact and reasonable structure, can accurately and efficiently finish the demolding work of the rubber piece with the back-off structure, saves time and labor, avoids the strain on the rubber piece structure, and improves the demolding work efficiency.
