本发明公开了一种用于塑料母粒制备的混料喂料机,包括用于整机动力的电机、用于降低转速的减速器,用于装载物料的混料箱,用于搅拌物料的搅拌器,用于支撑混料箱的底座,搅拌器通过轴承安装在混料箱上,电机通过第一联轴器与减速器连接,减速器通过第二联轴器与搅拌器连接,混料箱远离电机一端开有出料孔,本发明解决了传统类似装置结构复杂,效率低的问题,采用新型搅拌装置的设计,利用搅拌器结构具有搅拌和输料的功能,实现连续混料作业,降低了成本,采用拌料块和搅拌片协同工作,更有效混合原料,具有结构稳定性高,可操纵性强,混料效果好的优点。

技术领域
本发明属于塑料母粒制备原料加工设备技术领域,涉及一种用于塑料母粒制备的混料喂料机。
背景技术
目前化工厂在进行塑料母粒制备时,在塑料挤出成型设备中,塑料挤出机通常称之为主机,而与其配套的后续设备塑料挤出成型机则称为辅机。塑料母粒生产过程中,需要对物料进行充分混合,并将混合后的物料输送至下一工序。物料混合均匀制得的塑料母粒,外观、硬度均一,尤其是对高质量的塑料母粒生产尤为重要。因此,塑料母粒生产中采用一种性能优良的混料喂料装置显得尤为重要。
近几年国内专利数据库公开了一些类似的复合式混料喂料装置技术报道:
【申请号】ZL2014204053639,【名称】复合式混料喂料装置,【公开号】CN204017700U,公开了一种复合式混料喂料装置,其特征在于:包括顺序连接的混合搅拌机、物料提升机、料仓和螺旋定量喂料机。但由于该装置过于复杂,装置成本高,可靠性低的问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种性能优良、可靠性高的用于塑料母粒制备的混料喂料机,解决传统类似装置结构复杂,效率低的问题。
本发明提供一种用于塑料母粒制备的混料喂料机,包括用于整机动力的电机、用于降低转速的减速器,用于装载物料的混料箱,用于搅拌物料的搅拌器,用于支撑混料箱的底座,搅拌器通过轴承安装在混料箱上,电机通过第一联轴器与减速器连接,减速器通过第二联轴器与搅拌器连接,混料箱远离电机一端开有出料孔。
所述的搅拌器包括转轴、搅拌片、拌料块、螺旋输料器,搅拌片具有螺旋形状,拌料块安装在搅拌片上,螺旋输料器末端对应出料孔。
本发明采用新型搅拌装置的设计,利用搅拌器结构具有搅拌和输料的功能,实现连续混料作业,降低了成本,采用拌料块和搅拌片协同工作,更有效混合原料,解决了传统类似装置结构复杂,效率低的问题,结构稳定性高,可操纵性强,混料效果好。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1-3所示,本发明主要包括用于整机动力的电机1、用于降低转速的减速器2,用于装载物料的混料箱4,用于搅拌物料的搅拌器5,用于支撑混料箱4的底座7,搅拌器5通过轴承安装在混料箱4上,电机1通过第一联轴器6与减速器2连接,减速器2通过第二联轴器3与搅拌器5连接,混料箱4远离电机1一端开有出料孔8,搅拌器5包括转轴11、搅拌片12、拌料块13、螺旋输料器14,搅拌片12具有螺旋形状,拌料块13安装在搅拌片12上,螺旋输料器14末端对应出料孔8。
工作时,将原料投入混料箱4中的搅拌片12所在部分,开动电机1,电机1通过减速器2带动转轴11转动,拌料块13和搅拌片12共同混料,搅拌片12在混料的同时缓慢将料往螺旋输料器14推送,螺旋输料器14将混合好的料送出出料孔8。

1.一种用于塑料母粒制备的混料喂料机,包括用于整机动力的电机(1)、用于降低转速的减速器(2),用于装载物料的混料箱(4),用于搅拌物料的搅拌器(5),用于支撑混料箱(4)的底座(7),其特征在于:搅拌器(5)通过轴承安装在混料箱(4)上,电机(1)通过第一联轴器(6)与减速器(2)连接,减速器(2)通过第二联轴器(3)与搅拌器(5)连接,混料箱(4)远离电机(1)一端开有出料孔(8)。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于塑料母粒制备的混料喂料机,其特征在于:所述的搅拌器(5)包括转轴(11)、搅拌片(12)、拌料块(13)、螺旋输料器(14),搅拌片(12)组合具有螺旋形状,拌料块(13)安装在搅拌片(12)上,螺旋输料器(14)末端对应出料孔(8)。
