技术领域
本发明涉及一种无醛、阻燃、耐水胶合木质层压板及其生产方法。
背景技术
木工胶合板在建筑行业中应用颇为广泛,特别在房屋装修、家具制造上是不可或缺的材料。传统的木工胶合板基本上以脲醛树脂、酚醛树脂以及三聚氰胺甲醛树脂作胶合剂,将其热压成板材。“三醛”树脂又应用上百年的历史,它们工艺成熟、成本较低、能胜任胶合强度要求,所以几百年来使用不衰。但是,它们的一个致命弱点是用甲醛合成的,甲醛与尿素、苯酚、三聚氰胺合成时,最好的工艺也不可能将全部的甲醛合成为高分子,总有部分甲醛没有参与反应,习惯上将此甲醛叫树脂的游离甲醛。
这种含甲醛合成的高分子胶粘剂压合成的木质板用于建筑或制作家具,在日后使用时,不仅游离甲醛会释放出来,而且参与反应的甲醛,由于生成不稳定的基团,在受热时或使用过程中也会释放出已结合的甲醛分子。在一定空间内甲醛浓度达到0.25mg/m3有20%人会有轻微的症状,当浓度达到2.4-3.6 mg/m3时,有30%的人产生的眼、鼻、喉都会感到严重的刺激,人体受刺激程度不同,有产生流泪、咽喉炎、结膜炎、胃炎及胃痛、不眠症及视力减退等疾病。此外,当今文献记载,长期接触含甲醛一定计量时可致人患癌症。
正因为按原三醛树脂胶合的木工板,会在使用时释放出来甲醛来,危害人类生命安全。为此,世界各国规定了自己国家使用的甲醛释放量的标准,这样国际上有了E0级、E1级、 E2级等的甲醛含量标准。目的都是为了一个,减少甲醛释放量,使生命免遭甲醛的毒害。
申请号为201320541466.3的中国专利公开了一种竹基杨木桉木复合基板及竹基杨木桉木复合桥梁板,其虽然采用了杨木和桉木作为原材料,但仍使用了酚醛树脂作为胶水,如前所述,具有释放甲醛的危害。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的上述不足,而提供一种设计合理的无醛、阻燃、耐水胶合木质层压板及其生产方法,不会有游离甲醛释放出来。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:一种无醛、阻燃、耐水胶合木质层压板,其为多层结构,包括最上层、中间层和最下层,中间层夹在最上层和最下层之间;其特征在于:最上层和最下层均为杨木板,中间层由多块桉木板上下叠加而成;中间层中,上下相邻的两块桉木板的木纹纹路呈纵横排列;中间层底部的桉木板的木纹纹路与最下层的杨木板的木纹纹路呈纵横排列;中间层顶部的桉木板的木纹纹路与最上层的杨木板的木纹纹路呈纵横排列;桉木板的上下板面均设置有胶槽,胶槽顺纹方向设置。
本发明所述的杨木板和桉木板加起来的数量为奇数。
本发明单片杨木板的厚度为1-1.2mm,单片桉木板的厚度为2-2.2mm。
一种上述的无醛、阻燃、耐水胶合木质层压板的生产方法,其特征在于:其步骤如下:
(1)、将小张桉木板顺纹放在辊轧机上滚压处理,小张桉木板的上下板面均被辊轧机滚压出胶槽,胶槽顺纹方向设置;
(2)、将步骤(1)制成的小张桉木板放进拼接机上拼接出纵向顺纹和横向顺纹二种式样的桉木板,拼出的桉木板的幅面达到要求;
(3)、聚乙烯醇胶水调配:
A、配方:聚乙烯醇胶水按重量份数组成为:
聚乙烯醇 90-110,
水 1000-1020,
乳化剂OP-10 0.1-0.3,
甲苯二异氰酸酯 3-4,
硼砂 2-4;
B、制取:将水加热搅拌情况下,逐步加入聚乙烯醇及乳化剂OP-10,当温度到90-100℃时,聚乙烯醇全溶解呈透明状液体;降温至一定温度,加入硼砂且在半个小时内将甲苯二异氰酸酯滴加完毕,溶液呈淡乳白色,冷却至常温备用;
(4)、热熔性树脂胶浆的调配:
热熔性树脂胶浆按重量份数组成为:步骤(3)制成的聚乙烯醇胶水40-43,高密度聚乙烯10-14,马来酸酐4-6,高岭土40-43;
调制前将高密度聚乙烯、马来酸酐、高岭土均磨成粉料,然后依次加入调胶桶,调匀即成热熔性树脂胶浆;
(5)、板面上胶:将步骤(2)制成的桉木板的上下板面均匀涂上所述的热熔性树脂胶浆;
(6)、陈化:将上过胶的桉木板的上下板面晾干或烘干;
(7)、组坯:
首先铺上一张杨木板1,然后在该杨木板1上铺上步骤(6)陈化后得到的桉木板2一张,再依次铺设步骤(6)陈化后得到的桉木板2,直至达到预设厚度,最后在顶部的桉木板2上铺上一张杨木板1;然后送入热压机的待压层;重复组坯,直至热压机的待压层满。
(8)、热压:
单位压力设定值为1.9-2.0MPa;
上压后当温度升到110-130℃时,需卸压排放水汽;
保温保压时间依层压板的板厚确定,保温保压时间与层压板的板厚关系为:78-82s/mm;
保温温度为146℃-150℃;
保压冷却至≤50℃时卸压出板;
(9)、锯板:锯板机按尺寸锯边;
(10)、封边。
本发明步骤(3)中,聚乙烯醇胶水按重量份数组成为:聚乙烯醇100,水1011.1,乳化剂OP-10 0.2,甲苯二异氰酸酯3.33,硼砂3。
本发明步骤(4)中,热熔性树脂胶浆按重量份数组成为:步骤(3)制成的聚乙烯醇胶水41.5,高密度聚乙烯12,马来酸酐5,高岭土41.5。
本发明步骤(8)中,单位压力设定值为1.96MPa;上压后当温度升到120℃时,需卸压排放水汽;保温保压时间与层压板的板厚关系为:80s/mm。
本发明步骤(10)中,用不饱和聚脂树脂胶泥混封边。
本发明步骤(6)中,桉木板的上下板面晾干或烘干使部分含水成分渗入纤维组织,板面水分蒸发后,最后板面含水率≤15%,板面上热熔性树脂成分含量在100-106g/m2之间。
本发明步骤(5)中,板面上热熔性树脂成分含量在61.2-64.6克之间。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点和效果:
1、耐水,60℃温度水浸72小时不开胶。
2、无醛。
3、强度高,力学性能:厚15mm的板在干燥状态下,其弹性模量≥6000 MPa,静曲强度≥60MPa。
4、氧指数>26。
5、阻燃。
6、成本低,基本与脲醛树脂压板持平。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明,以下实施例是对本发明的解释而本发明并不局限于以下实施例。
参见图1-图3,一种无醛、阻燃、耐水胶合木质层压板,其为多层结构,包括最上层、中间层和最下层,中间层夹在最上层和最下层之间。最上层和最下层均为杨木板1,中间层由多块桉木板2上下叠加而成。
该层压板中杨木板1和桉木板2加起来的数量为奇数,且单片杨木板1的厚度为1-1.2mm,单片桉木板2的厚度为2-2.2mm。
该层压板其厚度分:10mm、12mm、15mm,幅面为2440mm×1200mm。
中间层中,上下相邻的两块桉木板2的木纹纹路呈纵横排列,即其中一块桉木板2的木纹纹路为纵向设置,另一块桉木板2的木纹纹路为横向设置。
中间层底部的桉木板2的木纹纹路与最下层的杨木板1的木纹纹路呈纵横排列,即该桉木板2的木纹纹路为纵向设置时,该杨木板1的木纹纹路为横向设置,而该桉木板2的木纹纹路为横向设置时,该杨木板1的木纹纹路为纵向设置。
中间层顶部的桉木板2的木纹纹路与最上层的杨木板1的木纹纹路呈纵横排列,即该桉木板2的木纹纹路为纵向设置时,该杨木板1的木纹纹路为横向设置,而该桉木板2的木纹纹路为横向设置时,该杨木板1的木纹纹路为纵向设置。
桉木板2的上下板面均设置有胶槽3,胶槽3顺纹方向设置。桉木板2全部经滚胶辊轧处理,且按顺序纹辊轧时,会产生凹陷轧痕,该凹陷轧痕即为胶槽3,胶槽3目的是增加胶合面的接触面积,以提高单位面积粘合强度。组坯后,由于相邻两块板的木纹纹路呈纵横排列,由此这些胶槽3呈“井”型排列,以克服收缩应力,能起到防变形的功效。
一种无醛、阻燃、耐水胶合木质层压板的生产方法,其步骤如下:
(1)、将小张桉木板顺纹放在辊轧机上滚压处理,小张桉木板的上下板面均被辊轧机滚压出胶槽3,胶槽3顺纹方向设置;
(2)、将小张桉木板放进拼接机上拼接出纵向顺纹和横向顺纹二种式样的桉木板2,拼出的桉木板2的幅面达到要求,均为2440×1220mm;
(3)、聚乙烯醇胶水调配:
A、配方:聚乙烯醇胶水按重量份数组成为:
聚乙烯醇 90-110,
水 1000-1020,
乳化剂OP-10 0.1-0.3,
甲苯二异氰酸酯 3-4,
硼砂 2-4。
本实施例中,聚乙烯醇胶水按重量份数组成为:
聚乙烯醇 100,
水 1011.1,
乳化剂OP-10 0.2,
甲苯二异氰酸酯 3.33,
硼砂 3。
B、制取:将水加热搅拌情况下,逐步加入聚乙烯醇及乳化剂OP-10,当温度到90-100℃时,聚乙烯醇(PVA)全溶解呈透明状液体;降温至70℃,加入硼砂且在半个小时内将甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)滴加完毕,溶液呈淡乳白色,冷却至常温备用。
聚乙烯醇胶水中,硼酸的目的是起到阻燃作用。聚乙烯醇胶水经甲苯二异氰酸酯作用,实现了无甲醛。聚乙烯醇胶水使得层压板比较耐水。
(4)、热熔性树脂胶浆的调配:
热熔性树脂胶浆按重量份数组成为:步骤(3)制成的聚乙烯醇胶水40-43,高密度聚乙烯10-14,马来酸酐4-6,高岭土40-43;
本实施例中,热熔性树脂胶浆按重量份数组成为:步骤(3)制成的聚乙烯醇胶水41.5,高密度聚乙烯12,马来酸酐5,高岭土41.5;
调制前将高密度聚乙烯、马来酸酐、高岭土均磨成300目的粉料,然后依次加入调胶桶,调匀即成热熔性树脂胶浆。
聚乙烯醇胶水起到将热熔性树脂胶浆中的固体粉末带入并均匀覆于桉木板2的板面上的作用,板面的粘合强度由热熔性树脂胶浆中的热熔性树脂成分承担。
高密度聚乙烯与马来酸酐在加热时可反应生成马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯树脂,这样接了枝的树脂,具有支链,改变了单一聚乙烯物非极性性质,它的粘合强度大大的提高,又桉木板2的上下板面均设置有胶槽3,胶合面积有所增加,从而增加层间的胶合强度。
高岭土是填料,起到阻燃作用。
(5)、板面上胶:将步骤(2)制成的桉木板2通过双辊转动的浸胶槽,使其上下板面均匀涂上热熔性树脂胶浆,板面上热熔性树脂胶浆用量在61.2-64.6克之间。
(6)、陈化:将上过胶的桉木板2的上下板面晾干或烘干,使部分含水成分渗入纤维组织,板面水分蒸发后,要求最后板面含水率≤15%,板面上热熔性树脂成分含量在100-106g/m2之间;
(7)、组坯:
在经抛光的不锈钢面,首先铺上一张步骤(2)制成的优质的杨木板1,然后在该杨木板1上铺上步骤(6)陈化后得到的桉木板2一张,再上下依次铺设步骤(6)陈化后得到的桉木板2,直至达到预设厚度,最后在顶部的桉木板2上铺上一张步骤(2)制成的杨木板1;盖上不锈钢板,送入热压机的待压层。重复组坯,直至热压机的待压层满。
(8)、热压:
单位压力设定值为1.9-2.0MPa;本实施例中,单位压力设定值为1.96MPa;
上压后当温度升到110-130℃时,需卸压排放水汽约3-4次;本实施例中,上压后当温度升到120℃时进行卸压排放水汽;
保温保压时间依层压板的板厚确定,保温保压时间与层压板的板厚关系为:78-82s/mm;本实施例中,保温保压时间与层压板的板厚关系为:80s/mm;
保温温度为146℃-150℃;
保压冷却至≤50℃时卸压出板。
(9)、锯板:半自动锯板机按尺寸锯边。
(10)、封边:用不饱和聚脂树脂胶泥混封边。

Claims (7)
1.一种无醛、阻燃、耐水胶合木质层压板的生产方法,所述的层压板为多层结构,包括最上层、中间层和最下层,中间层夹在最上层和最下层之间;最上层和最下层均为杨木板,中间层由多块桉木板上下叠加而成;中间层中,上下相邻的两块桉木板的木纹纹路呈纵横排列;中间层底部的桉木板的木纹纹路与最下层的杨木板的木纹纹路呈纵横排列;中间层顶部的桉木板的木纹纹路与最上层的杨木板的木纹纹路呈纵横排列;桉木板的上下板面均设置有胶槽,胶槽顺纹方向设置;
其特征在于:其步骤如下:
(1)、将小张桉木板顺纹放在辊轧机上滚压处理,小张桉木板的上下板面均被辊轧机滚压出胶槽,胶槽顺纹方向设置;
(2)、将步骤(1)制成的小张桉木板放进拼接机上拼接出纵向顺纹和横向顺纹二种式样的桉木板,拼出的桉木板的幅面达到要求;
(3)、聚乙烯醇胶水调配:
A、配方:聚乙烯醇胶水按重量份数组成为:
聚乙烯醇 90-110,
水 1000-1020,
乳化剂OP-10 0.1-0.3,
甲苯二异氰酸酯 3-4,
硼砂 2-4;
B、制取:将水加热搅拌情况下,逐步加入聚乙烯醇及乳化剂OP-10,当温度到90-100℃时,聚乙烯醇全溶解呈透明状液体;降温至一定温度,加入硼砂且在半个小时内将甲苯二异氰酸酯滴加完毕,溶液呈淡乳白色,冷却至常温备用;
(4)、热熔性树脂胶浆的调配:
热熔性树脂胶浆按重量份数组成为:步骤(3)制成的聚乙烯醇胶水40-43,高密度聚乙烯10-14,马来酸酐4-6,高岭土40-43;
调制前将高密度聚乙烯、马来酸酐、高岭土均磨成粉料,然后依次加入调胶桶,调匀即成热熔性树脂胶浆;
(5)、板面上胶:将步骤(2)制成的桉木板的上下板面均匀涂上所述的热熔性树脂胶浆;
(6)、陈化:将上过胶的桉木板的上下板面晾干或烘干;
(7)、组坯:
首先铺上一张杨木板,然后在该杨木板上铺上步骤(6)陈化后得到的桉木板一张,再依次铺设步骤(6)陈化后得到的桉木板,直至达到预设厚度,最后在顶部的桉木板上铺上一张杨木板;然后送入热压机的待压层;重复组坯,直至热压机的待压层满;
(8)、热压:
单位压力设定值为1.9-2.0MPa;
上压后当温度升到110-130℃时,需卸压排放水汽;
保温保压时间依层压板的板厚确定,保温保压时间与层压板的板厚关系为:78-82s/mm;

2.根据权利要求1所述的无醛、阻燃、耐水胶合木质层压板的生产方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中,聚乙烯醇胶水按重量份数组成为:聚乙烯醇100,水1011.1,乳化剂OP-100.2,甲苯二异氰酸酯3.33,硼砂3。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无醛、阻燃、耐水胶合木质层压板的生产方法,其特征在于:
步骤(4)中,热熔性树脂胶浆按重量份数组成为:步骤(3)制成的聚乙烯醇胶水41.5,高密度聚乙烯12,马来酸酐5,高岭土41.5。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无醛、阻燃、耐水胶合木质层压板的生产方法,其特征在于:步骤(8)中,单位压力设定值为1.96MPa;上压后当温度升到120℃时,需卸压排放水汽;保温保压时间与层压板的板厚关系为:80s/mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的无醛、阻燃、耐水胶合木质层压板的生产方法,其特征在于:步骤(10)中,用不饱和聚脂树脂胶泥混封边。
6.根据权利要求1所述的无醛、阻燃、耐水胶合木质层压板的生产方法,其特征在于:步骤(6)中,桉木板的上下板面晾干或烘干使部分含水成分渗入纤维组织,板面水分蒸发后,最后板面含水率≤15%,板面上热熔性树脂成分含量在100-106g/m2之间。
7.根据权利要求1所述的无醛、阻燃、耐水胶合木质层压板的生产方法,其特征在于:步骤(5)中,板面上热熔性树脂成分含量在61.2-64.6克之间。
