本发明公开了一种干燥剂粉,该干燥剂粉包括凹凸棒石粉、活性氧化铝粉和沸石粉,其中凹凸棒石粉所占的质量百分比为35%‑55%,活性氧化铝所占的质量百分比为10%‑15%,沸石粉所占的质量百分比为20%‑50%。本发明的干燥剂粉可以喷涂在需要干燥的产品结构上,与结构的连接性好,干燥均匀,使产品结构在工作中保持干燥。

本发明涉及一种干燥剂粉。
背景技术
在一些机电产品中,有的结构在使用中需要保持干燥,来保证产品的性能。使用普通的干燥剂很难与结构保持稳定,固定困难,或者是干燥的均匀性差,需要考虑特别的干燥设计。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种干燥剂粉,该干燥剂粉可以喷涂在需要干燥的产品结构上,与结构的连接性好,干燥均匀。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:提供一种干燥剂粉,其包括凹凸棒石粉、活性氧化铝粉和沸石粉,其中凹凸棒石粉所占的质量百分比为35%-55%,活性氧化铝所占的质量百分比为10%-15%,沸石粉所占的质量百分比为20%-50%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述凹凸棒石粉的颗粒度为250-350目,活性氧化铝的颗粒度为300-400目,沸石粉的颗粒度为250-400目。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述凹凸棒石粉所占的质量百分比为55%,活性氧化铝所占的质量百分比为10%,沸石粉所占的质量百分比为20%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述凹凸棒石所占的质量百分比为30%,活性氧化铝所占的质量百分比为12%,沸石粉所占的质量百分比为40%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述凹凸棒石所占的质量百分比为35%,活性氧化铝所占的质量百分比为15%,沸石粉所占的质量百分比为50%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述碱金属矿石粉所占的质量百分比为40%,活性氧化铝所占的质量百分比为15%,自由纤维所占的质量百分比为40%。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的干燥剂粉可以喷涂在需要干燥的产品结构上,与结构的连接性好,干燥均匀。

所述凹凸棒石粉的颗粒度为250目,活性氧化铝的颗粒度为300目,沸石粉的颗粒度为250目。
在干燥剂粉中混入一定量的结合剂,将干燥剂粉使用高压枪喷涂在产品结构的表面,可以使产品结构具有干燥能力,使产品结构在工作中保持干燥。
本发明实施例二:
一种干燥剂粉,其包括凹凸棒石粉、活性氧化铝粉和沸石粉,其中所述凹凸棒石所占的质量百分比为30%,活性氧化铝所占的质量百分比为12%,沸石粉所占的质量百分比为40%。
所述凹凸棒石粉的颗粒度为350目,活性氧化铝的颗粒度为400目,沸石粉的颗粒度为400目。
在干燥剂粉中混入一定量的结合剂,将干燥剂粉使用高压枪喷涂在产品结构的表面,可以使产品结构具有干燥能力,使产品结构在工作中保持干燥。

一种干燥剂粉,其包括凹凸棒石粉、活性氧化铝粉和沸石粉,其中所述碱金属矿石粉所占的质量百分比为40%,活性氧化铝所占的质量百分比为15%,自由纤维所占的质量百分比为40%。
本发明的干燥剂与产品结构的连接性好,干燥均匀,使产品结构在工作中保持干燥。

2.根据权利要求1所述的干燥剂粉,其特征在于,所述凹凸棒石粉的颗粒度为250-350目,活性氧化铝的颗粒度为300-400目,沸石粉的颗粒度为250-400目。
