炉水泵电机绕组散热结构,包括电机、绕组、外壳、冷却气进口、冷却气出口、滤网;所述绕组与所述电机同轴设置,所述冷却气进口设于所述外壳一侧,所述冷却气出口设于所述外壳另一侧,所述冷却气进口和所述冷却气出口同轴设置;所述冷却气进口上设有所述滤网;所述滤网包括上夹板、下夹板,吸潮层。本发明的有益效果为:(1)冷却气体通过冷却气进口进入,并将绕组散发的高热量吸附从冷却气出口带出,起到了散热的作用,避免绕组温度过高而对电机运转的影响;(2)吸潮层可以将冷却气中的水分及酸性成分吸收,避免长期使用中水分或者酸性成分对冷却气进口和冷却气出口的锈化或者腐蚀。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及炉水循环泵领域,具体涉及炉水泵电机绕组散热结构。
背景技术
炉水泵中电机是整个设备的驱动装置,电机大多存在绕组温度高的问题,制约着炉水循环的正常运行,炉水泵工作时,循环水温可以高达350℃,严重威胁电机绝缘,散热效果不佳,影响电机使用寿命。因绕组温度高威胁电机绝缘问题,没有好的改造办法,造成循环泵运转时间受阻,运行成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供炉水泵电机绕组散热结构的方法,为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:
炉水泵电机绕组散热结构,包括电机、绕组、外壳、冷却气进口、冷却气出口、滤网;
所述绕组与所述电机同轴设置,所述冷却气进口设于所述外壳一侧,所述冷却气出口设于所述外壳另一侧,所述冷却气进口和所述冷却气出口同轴设置;所述冷却气进口上设有所述滤网;
所述滤网包括上夹板、下夹板,吸潮层;所述上夹板设于所述滤网上远离所述外壳的一侧,所述下夹板设于所述滤网上靠近所述外壳的一侧,所述吸潮层设于所述上夹板和所述下夹板之间;所述吸潮层包括基层、吸水层。
进一步的,所述基层为多孔膜、含纤维素的合成纤维非织造布、含人造丝的合成纤维非织造布和亲水化处理了的合成纤维非织造布中的至少一种。
进一步的,所述吸水层含有吸水性树脂。
本发明的有益效果为:(1)冷却气体通过冷却气进口进入,并将绕组散发的高热量吸附从冷却气出口带出,起到了散热的作用, 避免绕组温度过高而对电机运转的影响;(2)吸潮层可以将冷却气中的水分及酸性成分吸收,避免长期使用中水分或者酸性成分对冷却气进口和冷却气出口的锈化或者腐蚀。

具体实施方式
为使对本发明的结构特征及所达成的功效有更进一步的了解与认识,用以较佳的实施例及附图配合详细的说明,说明如下:
如附图1~2所示,炉水泵电机绕组散热结构,包括电机100、绕组200、外壳500、冷却气进口300、冷却气出口400、滤网301;所述绕组200与所述电机100同轴设置,所述冷却气进口300设于所述外壳500一侧,所述冷却气出口400设于所述外壳500另一侧,所述冷却气进口300和所述冷却气出口400同轴设置;所述冷却气进口300上设有所述滤网301;冷却气体通过冷却气进口300进入,并将所述绕组200散发的高热量吸附从冷却气出口400带出,起到了散热的作用, 避免绕组200温度过高而对电机运转的影响
所述滤网301包括上夹板3011、下夹板3013,吸潮层3012;所述上夹板3011设于所述滤网301上远离所述外壳500的一侧,所述下夹板3013设于所述滤网301上靠近所述外壳500的一侧,所述吸潮层3012是活动穿插的形式设于所述上夹板3011和所述下夹板3012之间,这样的设计方式可以方便更换所述吸潮层3012,当所述吸潮层3012需要更换时,只需将原有所述吸潮层3012抽出,更换上新的吸潮层3012即可。
所述吸潮层3012包括基层、吸水层;所述基层为多孔膜、含纤维素的合成纤维非织造布、含人造丝的合成纤维非织造布和亲水化处理了的合成纤维非织造布中的至少一种。所述吸水层含有吸水性树脂,吸水性强,可以有效的吸收冷却气体中的水分,防止长期使用给冷却气进口和冷却气出口而带来的锈化。
本发明的有益效果为:(1)冷却气体通过冷却气进口进入,并将绕组散发的高热量吸附从冷却气出口带出,起到了散热的作用, 避免绕组温度过高而对电机运转的影响;(2)吸潮层可以将冷却气中的水分及酸性成分吸收,避免长期使用中水分或者酸性成分对冷却气进口和冷却气出口的锈化或者腐蚀。
本行业的技术人员应该了解,本发明不受上述实施例的限制,上述实施例和说明书中描述的只是本发明的原理,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的前提下本发明还会有各种变化和改进,这些变化和改进都落入要求保护的本发明的范围内。本发明要求的保护范围由所附的权利要求书及其等同物界定。

1.炉水泵电机绕组散热结构,其特征在于:包括电机、绕组、外壳、冷却气进口、冷却气出口、滤网;
所述绕组与所述电机同轴设置,所述冷却气进口设于所述外壳一侧,所述冷却气出口设于所述外壳另一侧,所述冷却气进口和所述冷却气出口同轴设置;所述冷却气进口上设有所述滤网;
所述滤网包括上夹板、下夹板,吸潮层;所述上夹板设于所述滤网上远离所述外壳的一侧,所述下夹板设于所述滤网上靠近所述外壳的一侧,所述吸潮层设于所述上夹板和所述下夹板之间;所述吸潮层包括基层、吸水层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的炉水泵电机绕组散热结构,其特征在于:所述基层为多孔膜、含纤维素的合成纤维非织造布、含人造丝的合成纤维非织造布和亲水化处理了的合成纤维非织造布中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的炉水泵电机绕组散热结构,其特征在于:所述吸水层含有吸水性树脂。
