Abstract

本发明的目的是提供一种圆管用多通道射流器,它是在同一个圆柱形里面,根据射流虹吸力的原理同时制作多个射流器,且每个射流器在单独工作时又同时经过各自的引流室抽吸同一腔内里的气体或液体,流体由聚流室流向扩散室时,气体或液体经过引流室吸入至吸入室,再由扩散室排出,由于是多个射流虹吸力的作用,经过引流室的气体或液体的数量更多、压力更强,从而达到强大的抽吸力,也更广泛普及推广。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种射流器,特别是一种圆管用多通道射流器,它是根据射流虹吸原理将普通射流器结构进行简化、组合而成的一种吸力强大的射流器,适用于水、液体等流体需强大抽吸力的技术领域。
背景技术:
随着社会的快速发展,科技的进步,射流器在各行各业都有广泛的应用,尤其是在流体方面的科技成果更是成出不穷,中国专利:CN201310313675.7的一种射流群装置,其特征在于:由容器外罩、吸氧管、混合管、射流器导管、射流器、射流盘、射流盘罩、循环管路、循环泵、它是由多个射流器组成的射流群,其发明具有一定的科技含量,不是一般生产单位都可以生产出来的,而且它是由很多个单体射流器组合而成,其结构复杂,制作成本也较高。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供了一种圆管用多通道射流器,它利用在同一个圆柱形里面,根据射流虹吸力的原理同时制作多个射流器,且每个射流器在单独工作时又同时经过各自的引流室抽吸同一腔内里的气体或液体,流体由聚流室流向扩散室时,气体或液体经过引流室吸入至吸入室,再由扩散室排出,由于是多个射流虹吸力的作用,经过引流室的气体或液体的都要比单通道射流器数量更多、压力更强,从而达到强大的抽吸力,也更广泛普及推广。
本发明结构简单,实用方便,安装便捷。
本发明的目的是采用了如下结构来实现的:它是由本体、密封圈组成,本体采用塑料、金属材料的其中一种,制作成截面为圆形,本体外部两端各自制作两个密封槽,本体内部制作为常规文丘里式射流器,由聚流室、引流室、吸入室、扩散室组成。
本发明由于采用上述结构的装置使安装简单,造价低廉,容易被用户接受,方便普及推广。

具体实施方式:
参照图1是本发明的一种圆管用多通道射流器的实施例:其结构示意图,本体-1,聚流室-2,引流室-3,吸入室-4,扩散室-5,密封圈-6组成;本体-1采用塑料制作,截面为圆形,本体外部两端各自制作两个密封槽;射流器由聚流室-2、引流室-3、吸入室-4、扩散室-5组成。

1.一种圆管用多通道射流器,其特征是:它是在同一个圆柱形里面,同时根据射流虹吸力的原理制作多个射流器,且每个射流器在单独工作时又同时经过各自的引流室抽吸同一腔内里的气体或液体,流体由聚流室流向扩散室时,气体或液体经过引流室吸入至吸入室,再由扩散室排出,由于是多个射流虹吸力的作用,经过引流室的气体或液体的数量更多、压力更强,从而达到强大的抽吸力。
2.根据权利要求1所要求的一种圆管用多通道射流器,其特征是:它是在同一个圆柱形里面,根据射流虹吸力的原理同时制作多个射流器,每个射流器都是由聚流室、引流室、吸入室、扩散室组成。
3.根据权利要求2所要求的一种圆管用多通道射流器,其特征是:且每个射流器在单独工作时又同时经过各自的引流室抽吸同一腔内里的气体或液体。
4.根据权利要求2所要求的一种圆管用多通道射流器,其特征是:本体外部两端各自制作两个密封槽。
